Fabulous happier.

I'm officially a self destructive twat.
Had a rare glass of wine yesterday and went into binge mode.
Less than 10k steps.
Reset this morning.

Wolfcubisthefemalenominal · 22/04/2019 09:53

Well done Happier and Wreck. My mother’s Easter baking has added another pound to the scales. However I have woken up with sinusitis again which normally kills off my appetite so may finish the week better than I’m starting it. So far today high vitamin fruit juice and tea.

Not2bObvious · 22/04/2019 10:31

That’s a really nice loss pattern happier, you’re well on your way to under 11 stone by communion time. My scales is down 1.8 from yesterday so I’m starting the week at 162.4, that’ll do just fine. Last full day of holiday and suns is forecast until 2, then cloud so I’m making the most of it. Went out for an hour, jogged 20 mins, walked briskly for the rest. I’ll do another 30 minute walk to collect lunch in a while. Spent a while this morning writing down snack options that aren’t chocolate for when I get home. I’m on a mission😬

I struggled spinning yesterday so am giving my legs and hips a break for a week. Did 35 mins arms and 20 mins abs this morning.

WreckTangled · 23/04/2019 06:43

Weight back up today. I knew yesterday was too good to be true 🤔

WreckTangled · 23/04/2019 16:44

Weights and abs done. Didn't really feel like much of a workout though. Need heavier weights again.

Lunch:
Chicken and chickpea salad

Snack:
Trek bar

Dinner:
Oven food. So excited Grin

lifelongfrugaleer · 23/04/2019 17:49

219 calories over. Will do steps and did fbw at lunchtime

lifelongfrugaleer · 23/04/2019 21:00

Actually rechecked mfp and only 72 calories over

Not2bObvious · 23/04/2019 21:04

I haven’t even bothered to try fill in mfp apart from making sure I’d breakfast in there to keep my streak going. Day of travelling and had a delicious takeaway for dinner, followed by great lumps of Easter egg. Anyway line drawn
Plan for tomorrow, simple food, porridge for breakfast, omelette for lunch, steak & loads of green veg for dinner. I think I’m going to avoid the scales until Friday, I think I might cry if I look at them before then

Also reset my calories to 1700 - now to stick to that🙄

OP posts:
WreckTangled · 24/04/2019 07:25

On calories yesterday. 0.4lb down this morning. My first photos compared to today just don't look any different though.

Not2bObvious · 24/04/2019 10:42

How much have you lost since your first pics wreck? Did you take measurements too, if not maybe do that now.
My measure is a pair of jeans with no Lycra. Put it this way, I won’t be wearing them for a while

OP posts:
WreckTangled · 24/04/2019 11:31

Not much tbf. 2lb 😭

lifelongfrugaleer · 24/04/2019 13:34

I have doms. I'm tired and wanting to eat

Not2bObvious · 24/04/2019 13:41

I’ve lasted the morning on a decent bowl of porridge, having vegan red Thai curry with some added chicken to boost the protein. Positive side of doms shows you made a good effort life, go eat🤗

OP posts:
WreckTangled · 24/04/2019 16:42

I feel like I'm at risk of eating loads of chocolate tonight. I'm in one of those moods!

Just did a 15 min arms and abs then a 15 min abs. I didn't sleep well last night appear to have a very mild cold (all in my throat).

lifelongfrugaleer · 24/04/2019 16:47

It's a bugger isn't it i mn thinking about Malteser bunnies

WreckTangled · 24/04/2019 17:54

Ooo I love a Malteser bunny!

I'm still 500 calories under

Lunch:

Chicken and chickpea salad
Two rich tea biscuits

Dinner:

Bacon and tomato spaghetti with cheese

I haven't had doms this week really. But I think it's important I rest my hips. Def need some heavier weights might get some Friday.

lifelongfrugaleer · 24/04/2019 18:47

I've got 2 mini ones. It will take me over but will stave off a binge.

Not2bObvious · 24/04/2019 21:23

Day 1 of mission get back into non stretchy jeans complete. Just over 1500 cals, hit protein/fibre & 10,000 steps - hadn’t the energy or humour to get 15,000 so 1500 is my limit. Only a small bar of chocolate & a few choc chips in my porridge, that’s decent considering we still have Easter eggs. Long & boring day tomorrow so I’ll need all my willpower.
All this talk of Malteser bunnies😍

Ive caught up on the thread now - is it just me that has to make sure i read every post i miss??

Anyway im glad i did as its been a motivation booster seeing how well everyones been doing - congrats on the losses and on (mostly) staying off the easter chocolate. I definitely inhaled a cadbury egg on Monday night but was only just over my cals, and it was planned - no snackcidents hereSmile

Also i lost 3lb on monday's weigh in taking me to total loss of 3st 3lbs.

Sw 20st 7lbs
Cw 17st 4lbs

Not feeling too motivated this week but sticking to cals of 1510 per day and averaging around 12k steps. I usually do 8-9 so this is good for me , will work up to 15 if i can

WreckTangled · 25/04/2019 06:56

Zebra that's amazing. You've lost a similar amount to what my 6yo son weighs, and he's really tall Grin

My scales are messing about. I did wonder when I had that low weight on Monday. This morning stepped on 9st 2. Stepped off and back on again and it said the same. Off and back on again and they said 8st 9.8 then I moved them and went back on and it said 8st 9.8 again. I've taken the higher weight as that's more plausible. I haven't had them that long though so hope they're not going wrong maybe I need to change the batteries? Luckily as I spend all day weighing children I have some calibrated scales but they're massive and heavy so I don't tend to bring them indoors...

lifelongfrugaleer · 25/04/2019 07:00

Slightly over yesterday but weight is still dropping. I struggled to track my dinner though.
Pilates today, maybe defo Zumba tonight

Not2bObvious · 25/04/2019 10:51

I made the mistake of standing on the scales this morning and I’m not the better of it. It’s going to take weeks to undo this.
Wow zebra, you are doing so so brilliantly, 45lb is phenomenal, don’t overthink whether you are motivated or not - just keep going. That’s my plan anyway

Right I'm gonna go for a run, haven't gone to gym in two weeks but have run a bit, been busy with dc & then getting house ready for photos to be taken for sale. Now that's done I really don't feel like going to gym so I'm going to run instead Grin

I've 468 cals left but only 11g protein to hit, I feel something nice coming on Grin
