3/8lb up this morning. Dinner out tonight too so I suspect no loss before the official weigh in tomorrow

My average is 3.5lb up on last Sunday’s, it could go a bit higher tomorrow. I’d say 2 pounds is fair & true gain, the rest is fluid but regardless I’m sure it’ll take a few weeks to shift going by my usual pace. Crap weather here

Hey all! I will catch up on the thread later on, havent posted since end of March, had a bit of an internet break but still been on track with mfp. My total loss now is at 3 stone and on track to lose 2lbs this week after a cheeky weigh in this morning. Official weigh in on Mon. Hope it's ok to join back in.

What a nice weigh in on a Sunday life, isn’t that most of the gain gone? And well done wreck, that’s your mid term fun gone. I hate when that happens - does exercise even count if there’s no Fitbit record😉
Feel a bit green this morning, very little sleep. Conked our about 10 but woke about 1 and didn’t go back asleep until after 5.
Not excited about my own weigh in, maybe a walk before hand might get rid of some of my bloat

3.7lb up on last weeks average. Hopefully I’ll get rid of a bit of it by next Sunday. Booked Sunday lunch here with it being Easter, won’t eat til then. Be no harm really! No walk yet

Delighted with my loss & today's step count stands at 16329, I'm in bed now so it's today's tally. 4 mile fun run in the morning & day out on my feet.
Yesterday afternoon I was on my feet too so got just under 10k steps.

Hope everyone has had a happy Easter.

I'm shocked by this mornings weigh in 1.4lb off of yesterday's. 121.2lb. Will probably be up tomorrow. Yesterday I only had one meal then had 1/2 an Easter egg in the evening. I also had two glasses of Prosecco though.
