Well it’s safe to say that 3/4 of a pound of lost yesterday has returned thanks to carb fest. Planning to limit weekend carbs as much as possible without being miserable

I didn't track yesterday as well as last sat & sun, going to input yesterday now and this morning I made a protein shake with all bran, banana, avocado, pineapple, almond milk and natural nutrients protein powder.

6 weeks today until communion, this is no time for slacking!

Food so far today under 200 cals - smoothie and skyr

Dinner will be smoked sausage, cabbage and sweet potato fries

Lunch is leftover pizza for ds and wholemeal pitta am low fat humous for me.

I will be having cider later though so it’s not all good behaviour

Ours is 18 may happier. Which reminds me I need clothes as all mine are now too big.
Omlette with leerman and ham for lunch, usual fage, raspberry and bran sticks breakfast.

Today hasn't been too bad

Blueberry muffin (basic one not a fancy one with jam in etc Grin)

Carb killa bar

Bacon tomato spaghetti (100g of spaghetti) with a big salad and tbsp of potato salad.
Homemade chocolate popcorn square

Have enough calories left for 1/2 a big bag of giant chocolate buttons later. Will try not to eat the whole pack...

I'm not that keen on the carb killa either 🤔 but have to finish the ones I got! I much prefer trek bars but they have less protein.

My average is 0.6lb up from last week. But weight 0.2 down today so in the right direction.

Spinning this morning then going to mil's for a roast. She does a nice roast which is usually quite simple so I'm not worried about going over calories with it.

My average is .2 up this week, bloated a bit up from flying. I’ve altered my cals to maintenance for the next 10 days, 2200-2300. Enjoying nice food & drink but aiming for 2 meals, no snacking. I’m only one day in and going ok enough. Walking loads, I’ve 16,000 with another 4,000 I’d say this evening

Bit over today but not by loads. Maybe 100-150? I'm no good at having my main meal at lunch time.

Chocolate popcorn bar (homemade)
Two rich tea

Was within cals easily but just had two crumpets. Worth it though Grin

I'm within cals. Hugely over protein today but it pulls the week average up.

I'm going to go to 2k while I'm away. Still aim for steps but can't weight me or good each day.

Well done on Monday low weight life, that’s a nice boost - and great for a same as Sunday weight wreck. Down .4 from yesterday but average now jumped up to 161.4 - could be worse with holiday eating& drinking. Of course I’m away another 8 days so time to cock up😉

Halloumi salad with a petite pain

Two soft tacos with minced beef, salsa, cheese, carrot and tomato

Big piece of honeydew melon

A twix

Did 30 min shoulders and 20 min abs this morning.

Not sure I'll get anything done tomorrow as I'm working so I'll be out of the house 8:30-6 and have the dc to sort etc. Annoying.
