I'm just not keeping up with any of mumsnet at the moment Sad
I saw a new lowest weight on Sun morn, but jumped back up again on Mon. I'm hopeful now that I can get under 154 for dd's communion in less than 6 weeks.

WreckTangled · 16/04/2019 10:48

I've already had four hobnobs

Happierwithouthim · 16/04/2019 19:42

Hitting my macros again so hopefully this will keep scales moving but now my steps have dropped back, why can't I keep everything going!

We've the midterm jar of Nutella in our house Shock

WreckTangled · 16/04/2019 19:46

I don't like Nutella...

Not a bad day so far after the hobnobs.

Chicken salad for lunch

Dinner (didn't get home until 7) was:
2 veggie sausage
Two slices of toast
Beans

Have 210 calories left. Will have a chocolate popcorn thing in the minute and probably won't be up much later so should be about 100 cals under.

Not2bObvious · 16/04/2019 21:29

Good work on the macros happier, it’s hard to hit all the bases. I always get my steps but I go over on cals a lot. Will be working a lot harder when I get home. I like Nutella but I would seek it out, it’s a safe food in my house (except on pancakes - that I like)
I’m a bit sick today after too many holiday vinos. Only a couple of drinks with dinner, in bed now trying to recover. Looking forward to waking with a clear head and eyes that aren’t stinging!

would not, not would
I suppose it’s good there’s one food stuff I can be trusted around!

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 16/04/2019 23:16

I really can't be trusted around it

WreckTangled · 17/04/2019 07:16

My one food I couldn't be trusted with is dark chocolate digestives. I eat a whole pack in one. Oh and Jaffa cakes Grin

0.8lb down today after the 0.2lb gain yesterday. I knew it would come down. 0.4lb off my very lowest but that was a one off.

I have an appointment today with my diabetes consultant and I'll be pissed off if he doesn't mention my weight loss Grin he's always quick enough to mention a gain!

Wolfcubisthefemalenominal · 17/04/2019 07:18

It has not been a diet friendly few days. Mostly because of alcohol, food has been fine. May weigh this morning or may not, haven’t decided yet

WreckTangled · 17/04/2019 08:29

Weights tabata plus abs done

lifelongfrugaleer · 17/04/2019 09:00

Ah it can be disheartening to not get them all happier. Everything you do will count though.

Eaten lots and not moved enough here. I care not one jot, until I get in the scales Saturday

Wolfcubisthefemalenominal · 17/04/2019 09:21

So the scales are evil, I’ve also had to miss Pilates die to repair man changing times not sure my back was up to it anyway but my head needed the exercise

WreckTangled · 17/04/2019 09:29

Wolf could you do a YouTube video?

Wolfcubisthefemalenominal · 17/04/2019 10:52

Wreck, yes I probably will later on or a yoga one

Happierwithouthim · 17/04/2019 11:01

life I'm trying to get house ready for photos to be taken for sale so that's taking priority over exercise at the moment, it's only short term and once my food's ok sure the scales will be ok too

wolf Angry
wreck good luck with appointment

WreckTangled · 17/04/2019 13:31

Humph. He didn't mention my weight loss and the nurse just laughed when I asked her to take a kg off for my clothes and shoes AngryGrin

WreckTangled · 17/04/2019 13:47

Oh god how many calories for this? Can't find it on MFP but all the carrot cakes on there are like 600+ calories Shock guess that's my lunch and there'll be nothing else until dinner!

Happierwithouthim · 17/04/2019 15:14

Looks good wreck I've two birthday cakes to deal with on Sat/Sun
Dd's birthday cake will be choc fudge & I bought the smallest cake known to man for df for his birthday, it's carrot cake and has nutritional info on box so think I'll resist dd's and have some of his.

lifelongfrugaleer · 17/04/2019 16:49

That's still activity happier.

I would say 600 kcal woulds be about right for that lump of lovelyness

Not2bObvious · 17/04/2019 17:48

Nice looking piece of cake wreck, did it taste as good as it looked? Scales shot up 2lb this morning and that sent me into rotten humour, the fact that it’s been raining all day hasn’t helped. Eaten a lot already, so stupid really, scales flux’s up, break out the pringlesHmm
Good luck on the house sale happier, do you have somewhere bought to go? Ignore me if that’s too personal. I’d love to move

OP posts:
WreckTangled · 17/04/2019 17:52

The cake was delicious! Have had dinner and still have 150 cals left (assuming cake was 676 cals).

happier I'm sure you're moving loads sorting the house so it's not like you're sitting around doing nothing!

Wolfcubisthefemalenominal · 17/04/2019 19:24

Saved from a takeaway by the fact my favourites are closed or don’t take card. Paneer and spinach curry wraps for tea

WreckTangled · 17/04/2019 20:15

That sounds delicious wolf

100 cals under not planning on eating anymore

Food today:

Big cake

Curried sweet potato curry with two slices of buttered toast 😋

Honeydew melon

Happierwithouthim · 17/04/2019 23:51

Not too personal at all, I've my eye on somewhere but need this place to sell first

I ran 5k this eve, it was beautiful here

Happierwithouthim · 18/04/2019 06:19

Back down to lowest ever weight that I saw last Sunday again Grin
