45 minute workout. It was an intermediate to advanced one so really pleased I managed it all Grin💪🏽

Just having a coffee. Need to have some lunch but waiting for the heating guy. I can see him sitting in his car outside Hmmit's annoying because I want to get washed and changed but can't because he could knock on the door at any moment!

Well done on the workout wreck, I’ve managed to get 6000 steps - it’s going to be slow progress to get to target. I have to get at least 10,000 today. Tomorrow I’m going to do a big run, and a good weights workout. Maybe 2 goes of my 25 minute program. Watching ‘Obese a year to save my life’ - find these programs so encouraging, poor bloke I’m watching now started at 35 stone. Makes my 159 pound seem just fine!

Over a bit on the calories today not by much though. Really painful lower abs, definitely doing that work out again tomorrow!

Managed to scrap together my 15,000 steps by hook or be crook. Also was in bed by 9pm under calories and alcohol free! Hopefully it went a way towards fixing the excess of Thursday night. I might have a glass of wine with a steak tonight or not. Lots to do today, housework/exercise etc

I’ve never seen that screen before in my Fitbit dashboard, is it that you adding the exercise in?
I’m done, stick a fork in me! Nigh on 16,000 steps and about 20 minutes weights. Scales 159 today, looks like I’m back to last weeks weight unless I miraculously drop 3lb overnight. Sigh. Weights might be part of it

I start the exercise on my Fitbit. But if I forget I add it afterwards.

Ahh ok. I don’t add exercise on Fitbit or mfp, I used to on mfp but since it vastly overestimates I gave up. Never did on Fitbit as I thought it counting my steps & heart rate was the key.

Nice one wreck, I have a charge 2 with a shocking crack through the screen. Looked at the charge 3 but considering I have some really lovely watches, I just want to drop these stupid 20’odd pound so I can back to wearing them, I said I’d hold fire. I’m stupidly addicted to my Fitbit Blush

As I’m saying that, I think I’ll invest in a strap that I can wear the Fitbit on my ankle and go back to my good watches. My husband will be thrilled not to be woken by a neon glare every time I move

I need to do nearly 18,000 - don’t think that’s happening either. Scales is being a bastard here too wreck, my average is up .3 on last week - so around 150grams, meh, I think I can accept that.
Up since just after 7, prepping the meat & veg for lunch. No alcohol today

So I’m two pounds up from my lowest of a few weeks ago but I’ll takr that as the scales have been showing much worse for the last two weeks. Onwards and downwards

0.8lb on average although I have to admit I didn't put yesterday's in (was lower than today though!) and today's was post spin.

I’m really struggling today to get out moving. To be fair there’s very little to do apart from some lunch cooking since I did the prep before 8am. I’m setting the bar very low, just getting my 250 steps an hour as a minimum for the moment. I’ve manaded to eek out nearly 3,500 steps so far. Ouf, just under 15,000 to go. Nope not happening, if I get 10,000 I’ll consider today a success.

That’s good wolf, got to draw a line and start somewhere I find. Hopefully by next Sunday you’ll have got shot of some of that.
