30 minute HIIT. It was a low impact beginners one but I found it really hard! I like to think that's just because I was pushing myself though Grin also 8 minute abs afterwards. Haven't eaten much today not in the mood really.

Chicken salad with pomegranate
Protein bar

Stir fry. All veg no noodles.

lifelongfrugaleer · 01/04/2019 19:15

Back in 1600 as doing 15k steps now and body pump X3 per week.
It will come back off.

Not2bObvious · 01/04/2019 20:21

Darn it, was doing great until 5 mins ago when 2 of my remaining 6 Belgian chocs fell into my fat ass gob (box of 16, managed to inhale 10, yes 10 yesterday)
I’m admitting my greedyness in the hope the other 4 don’t go down my gullet tonight. I’m sooo weak😩

I just ate 100g of galaxy. Feel sick now. Still under cals though. And there's one square left that I couldn't manage BlushGrin

Not2bObvious · 01/04/2019 22:16

I’m not surprised you ate that wreck if you’d eaten less than 700 calories, done a workout and got through the day. That’s very hard on yourself surely?

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 02/04/2019 06:35

Good day yesterday. Today will be good too.
I think I need to go to the doctor's though as my cold is now on my chest

WreckTangled · 02/04/2019 06:54

Oh no life that sounds rubbish.

It wasn't intentional not2 the dc had swimming lessons and it was all a bit of a rush. I wasn't hungry just in a bad mood because dd had been awful hence the chocolate.

1.6lb loss since yesterday Hmm

Not2bObvious · 02/04/2019 07:36

Still not a lot to eat during the day - you do need fuel for the body to keep running. A body in a coma would need more than that.
Best to get checked out life, could turn nastier. You might need antibiotics or steroids.
Scales up this morning, salty popcorn no doubt helped it. Was wondering if weights affected it but as I only did 20 minutes, it’s unlikely. Knackered today and wayyy too much day to go. Might see can I split my day a bit, feeling rubbish

wreck what's up with ds? Those days of rushing around & not eating destroy my macros! So I try to make a conscious effort to look after my food, doesn't always work though. Au pair thought of me last thurs eve with swimming lessons and had a fibre one in her bag for me Smile

I stayed within my macros yesterday and hit my steps goal too (70000 per week 12607/70000) stepping on the scales yesterday morning and seeing it spike to 160.7 after 24 hours of overdosing on carbs and fat the previous day put me back to the straight and narrow pretty promptly Grin, it went back to sat weight of 158.5 this morn phew Grin didn't enter yesterdays weight as that'll f up my average again.

life that's lingering a while now you'll need to get sorted

WreckTangled · 02/04/2019 07:57

It was dd. She's just being hormonal and grumpy! It's not different to someone doing 5:2 really I don't think one day of not eating much is going to do any damage, especially as what I did eat was all nutritious (until the chocolate!). Usually I eat the majority of y calories with dinner, I just didn't yesterday as I was unorganised 🤷🏽‍♀️ also annoyed with dh because the bacon I had bought for two dinners he used to make bacon sandwiches Sunday morning and hasn't replaced it or said that he will. He wasn't even sorry Angry

Happierwithouthim · 02/04/2019 08:44

She's about same age as my dd I think wreck dd will be 9 in a few weeks. She's very emotional but she's always been that way so I can't say that's it's hormonal.

Yesterday ds threw his runner and it hit her in the forehead, it wasn't intentional to hit her but her reaction was extreme too, buckets of tears for about 20 mins, it's all down to separation Sad

Your dh has form for that kind of thing doesn't he? You're trying to manage the budget as best you can and then he just ignores it.

WreckTangled · 02/04/2019 09:44

Yep. He doesn't think. He would just say 'well I will replace it then' not getting the point that all be had to do was ask if I needed it for anything or replace it the same day without me having to ask Angry

I can't find that offer?!

Not2bObvious · 02/04/2019 14:24

I don’t like carb killas at all - which is a pity cause they’re often on offer in a local super market and the flavours sound gorgeous. I have to say the fulfil hazelnut bars are delicious but too expensive.
Battling through the day in a haze, eating my bag of food and went for a walk at lunchtime. Only 7,000 done but could be worse.
Good work on the steps and the scale happier, my 160.4 put my average back to 160.1 so that sucked but I forced myself to do it. Surely it has to improve over the week. I’ve been tracking calories/activity very carefully since the 10th February. According to my calculations I should have lost around 5.2 pounds, I actually lost 2.5 - so not sure what’s wrong. I think it might mean my burn is off, which is wholly possible. I track very carefully but I’ll try harder again.
So I’ll keep as I am until I go on holidays, then I think I’ll need to drop cals when I get home. Boo

Oh I will go to h&b and get a cake one to try. Thanks happier.
YY I love all the fulfil ones thus far

Body pump today = done

Happierwithouthim · 02/04/2019 15:38

Wreck I got it by email

Happierwithouthim · 02/04/2019 15:46

Is that the whip flavour? That's delicious alright.

I just had cajun chicken sandwich filler from Dunnes not2 very spicy but quite high in protein.

WreckTangled · 02/04/2019 16:31

Ah ok must be just for customers or people signed up.

30 mins weights and 10 mins abs.

Lunch was chicken salad and a protein bar.

Had some more of my galaxy when I got back, once it's gone it gone!

Pasta bolognese for dinner 😋

Not2bObvious · 02/04/2019 18:27

After saying fulfil is never on offer, they had it in the health store near me - box of 15 for €25, so €1.66 a bar instead of €2.50....tempted. Yep happier, the whipped one is sooo nice.

lifelongfrugaleer · 02/04/2019 19:23

Dam it not. Never offer here. Though tbf I barely eat them.
Body pump done, 15k steps, macros and calories hit.

Not2bObvious · 02/04/2019 20:04

I used to buy them in Penney’s (Primark for you folk😉) for €1.70 but it was only the cookie flavour and I was at risk of losing a tooth! I’ve gotten much better at hitting protein that paying so much (they went way up to €2.50) wasn’t happening.
Just over 14,000 steps, a bit closer to 1900 than 1800 but a well

Not2bObvious · 02/04/2019 22:18

Well feck it anyway, I just inhaled my last 4 Belgian chocolates AND that was after I brushed my teeth, so I have to do that again too! And log the extra 280 f’ing cals in mfp. If there was a plus side it’s that they are all gone. I’m really going to have to reel it in the next few days. Grrrr

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 03/04/2019 07:20

That's me too not. If they are there I can't help it. You can pull this back.
I've seen the peanut and caramel ones in Primark. Like you I don't really eat then now.

Weight from weekend dropping back down. I need to add variety to my food this is where I miss my macros. Will plan over the weekend.
Rest day today so just steps. Annoyed as won't get third fbw in due to travel and gym
