Nearly at 13,000 steps and I’m starving! Chicken Kiev and chips planned for dinner, but not sure when I’ll be having it. Between kid collection/parties etc. it might be a while.
Had a few fizzy sweets myself curvy, rookie mistake, I should know picking at sweets when I’m hungry sends me on the prowl, pack of nik naks inhaled tooBlush
I’m out for lunch tomorrow as a Mother’s Day treat, not going to be calorie friendly but I’ll make it fit

Wow life, that’s some step count! I’d say you fell into a coma after that. Completely confused this morning, remembered the clocks went forward and then spent a confused 5 mins trying to figure if my Fitbit/phone had updated automatically. Waiting for my system, ahem, to be ready for my weigh in. Hope to have scrapped under the 160

Loss of .4 this week to bring me to 158.9 - under or on target every day bar one and that was around 350 over. Over 94,000 steps done so far, and 2 weights workouts done. I’ve just under 2 weeks to the holiday that if I continue as I am I’ll have a better idea of what’s going on. If I can stick to 1800 like I have the last week and still lose around half a pound that’ll show me my tdee is much less than my Fitbit indicates. Knowledge is power and all that😉
Glad you’re still in the 150’s happier

It's ridiculous isn't it?! I made marshmallow cornflake cakes last night for the dc and they're so good. Finding it hard to resist! No idea what's for dinner tonight as apparently it's a surprise

I was doing some decluttering and came across Davina, Fit in 15 and did the cardio 15. This is definitely something I can do every morning before I hit the shower and I won't get bored because I can do something different every week day.
Feeling more energised now too, so going to prep dinner, make some soup for lunches and then do more decluttering!

That's great curvy. I find cardio hard because I can't jump (or do anything that involves any kind of jumping!).

Happier that's still a loss plus you do loads of exercise 💪🏽

That’s a great thing to do curvy, I’ve a very special place in my heart for Davina. And 15 minutes brisk exercise will be a great start to the day.
If it’s any consolation happier, I lost 1.2 in March so pretty much the same boat. But, if I remember rightly, you had a few nights out/away, and I had 4 days away. I think you’d agree in the past that could have resulted in a few pounds gain - never a hope of a loss albeit small.
April for the win folks!!!

Yes not, she is lovely.
Food today
B- mini wheats with coconut milk. Coffee.
L- red pepper and sweet potato soup, made a big batch so have lunch sorted for 3 days.
D- roast dinner with vegan sausages and made fluffys vegan yorkshire puddings again. It was lush.
Steps were only 1786, but I've done lots of decluttering, cleaned the bathroom and did cardio earlier.
Definitely a better day today. Drank plenty of water too.

Well I weighted in heavy this morning at 131. All my work undone but so worth it.
Back to it this week even though I'm still full of head cold.

Right. New week. Starting weight 124lb but going to start easing off worrying about weight and start doing measurements instead I think. Seems to make more sense if I'm working out a fair bit. Ds said he can see my muscles Grin (not sure that's strictly true, it is April fools day...)

2lb up from Friday but still under 160 and since I had Chinese yesterday (and loads of chocs) I am more than happy with that.
I think you’re on the right path wreck since your goal is more physique than numbers. I need to drop the numbers to have a physique😉 Take the compliment, April fool or not.
Not to worry life, typical post weekend bloat and I find any illness bloats me up too.
I did 50 minutes on the treadmill and about 20 minutes weights which I found tough. I think finding it tough is a good sign, obviously pushing my muscles. I know 20 mins isn’t spectacular but it was all I had so it had to do! Cinema this avo with nipper & nippers pal
