But you are still losing not so that's good.
Calories consistently is hard

Happierwithouthim · 28/03/2019 14:05

Not what have you lost in that time frame?

I'm in group since July 2017 - lost well until Nov 17, gained back that and basically maintained until H moved out end Sept 2018 I made an official restart and have lost 16lbs from highest weight to lowest weight not averages !

Not2bObvious · 28/03/2019 14:20

It’s too embarrassing happier, basically lost/regained the same 7lbs, max 10lbs and regained. From my worst pre-pregnancy weight, I’m about 30lb lighter. Pregnancy worst I’m probably 75lb lighter.

Happierwithouthim · 28/03/2019 14:41

Not embarrassing at all think of what you avoided gaining in that time frame.

Not2bObvious · 28/03/2019 14:53

It’s hard not to say f* it and give up but yeah, at least I didn’t let it get worse. I sometimes worry that I’ve spent all this time and I’m destined to be 160lb forever, and all the restrictions have been futile. And then I think I can get it done, 137 for the second half of my 40’s - anyway at least vanity sizing has me in size 10 jeans😬

HIIT done. My resting heart rate today is 62 and it was down to 52 at one point today!

Veggie burgers in buns for dinner. I had chicken salad for lunch with a small (weighed) slice of lemon cake afterwards. Am also drinking water Grin

Not2bObvious · 28/03/2019 20:30

Hurrah wreck, positive peer pressure - a thing grown ups do😉 How you measuring you’re resting heart rate? My Fitbit tells me my heart rate/cardio fitness is very good to excellent...for a woman of my age 😩
Day 5 of either sticking to cals or under by a smidge. I’ve earned myself a teeny bit of leeway for one of the weekend days.

OP posts:
WreckTangled · 28/03/2019 20:32

I do it on my Fitbit. Mines gone from good-very good to just very good. Really pleased.

Not2bObvious · 28/03/2019 20:37

Well done you! That’s a nice nsv

Average only 0.1 down from last week and yesterday and today's weigh in are the same as thurs and Friday last week Angry feeling very fed up as I haven't been over on my calories at all. Now I'm in a fuck it mood and will probably just eat 'normally' today.

Wolfcub · 29/03/2019 07:31

Still carrying the extra two pounds. Pilates today

lifelongfrugaleer · 29/03/2019 11:16

I'm not tracking until Monday now. Except for steps.

Not2bObvious · 29/03/2019 12:03

Down to my lowest for months, 157.4 - average is down by .2 to 159.1 and 2 weigh ins to go.
Why aren’t you tracking life? Just need a break from it?

Got some new gym leggings Grin

I'm away on a catered fitness weekend. My friends will disown me if I wip out the travel scales

Not2bObvious · 29/03/2019 14:30

Ahh well then! I’d still sneakily put guesstimates in mfp but then I’m on a big streak and I can’t imagine not filling it in. You’ll have to fill us in on what the weekend was like.
Nice leggings wreck, lovvve new fitness gear but as I have overflowing drawers of it, I can’t indulge any more. I should do a clear out of shabby/uncomfortable/unwearable

OP posts:
WreckTangled · 29/03/2019 14:33

Wow life that sounds fun!

I hardly have any work out gear. Two leggings, one padded leggings for spinning, two tops and one bra. It's not enough really when I'm trying to work our most days but will have to slowly build it up.

Not2bObvious · 29/03/2019 15:25

Eek, I have stupid amounts of stuff in comparison - but out of all that I have my favourites I wear & wash constantly so I may as well have what you have wreck
I am wiped today, ran for an hour then did weights for 25 mins. Into work for the morning then collecting kids etc. Lying down now even though I still need 3,000 steps to hit target. I’ll get them later

I bought new kit for this weekend so now have a set for everyone day of the week.
Will report back after the weekend
Nice leggings wreck

WreckTangled · 29/03/2019 18:01

Today:

Hot cross bun

Nando's (pitta and humous, chicken wrap and one piece of garlic bread)

Raspberry muffin

Some caramel waffles (the mini biscuit ones)

That's it. Too full for dinner will eat low cal tomorrow to make up for today, am probably a few hundred over.

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 29/03/2019 22:38

Nice leggings Wreck.
Steps today 16789
Food
B-coffee and lotus biscuits (4) and an apple
Snack sweet n salty popcorn then more coffee
L- McDonald's
D- hummus on toast, then some crisps and fizzy sweets and some choc chip hobnobs.

Not really a great day, and now feel a bit queasy.

WreckTangled · 30/03/2019 06:58

Weight up again. Looks like I won't have a loss this week. So annoying.

Not2bObvious · 30/03/2019 07:16

Hope you feel better this morning curvy, probably just a bit too much sugar.
I was bizarrely under cals yesterday. Only had 1 glass of wine with dinner & ended up in bed asleep by 10pm. Exhausted between the weights & the run. Weighing in shortly.
Just a bit of salt bloat from nando’s wreck

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 30/03/2019 09:39

Weight up .4 but average down to 158.9!!! Here’s hoping for no wild fluctuations tomorrow. Jeez what a lot of work though, probably just undoing the excess cals in previous weeks.

OP posts:
CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 30/03/2019 11:22

Thanks not, yes definitely too much sugar, own fault really, but the fizzy sweets are gone now so no more temptation.
I do feel better now.
