159.2 this morning, down .6 from yesterday. Average is .3 away from Sunday so going good. I think I’m going to do a run/school walk/quick jog/weights/shower/work! Go into work for around 10, I work flexible enough on Wednesday to do that - that’s a big positive to my job. Lying here in my workout gear about to have a cuppa, I’ll get moving before 8....promise

Very quiet here today, maybe you’re out enjoying the fab weather? It’s really nice here, helps greatly with the humour. All going good today, on just over 16,600 but that’s me done or I will be once I hit my 250 steps this hour (slave to my Fitbit!)
Food today has been varied but my protein has been hit, short on fibre and over 500 cals left. So a bit of work to do. Bowl of cereal would do the trick

I'm having a rest day today. Mainly because I haven't got any time to fit in any exercise. Have just made lasagne for dinner. Lunch was salad and two flapjack bites. Ffs. Didn't need those.

Not2bObvious · 27/03/2019 17:20

I love lasagne, must have it on next weeks menu - comfort food. 2 flap jacks bites....you horse😂

Not2bObvious · 27/03/2019 17:21

I hope you know I’m joking by the way! I’m currently planning a host of junk food for my tv watching, can’t wait😬

OP posts:
WreckTangled · 27/03/2019 17:27

I also had a custard cream this morning... I just think the flapjack bites aren't worth it and I could have had a proper bar of chocolate Grin

Not2bObvious · 27/03/2019 17:34

I know what you mean, I’m trying to be a bit discerning about my junk. I hate wasting my cals on the wrong junk

Happierwithouthim · 27/03/2019 17:50

I've 11cals left & a lot of evening left - no 'dinner' yet, but I did eat my main meal at lunch. I'm going to try tough it out, going for a run later & will hope for the best.
I've gone over on protein & have 24g fibre.

I was wrong about my weigh in mon too was actually up a 1lb on the average from last week so I'm still waiting for it to go down. I'm super bloated so think totm is on its way again cos I was overwhelmingly tired last night too

Not2bObvious · 27/03/2019 19:06

Good luck happier, lots of water and if that doesn’t carry you through, maybe a bowl of cereal? I’ve hit my fibre now, 275 cals left, 180 I can use for junk.

I'm miles off protein but 12g up on fibre. And eleventy billion calories over. Feed a cold and all that fatknacker I am.
Getting 15k steps though each day this week but no fbw.
Aim for a maintain.

lifelongfrugaleer · 27/03/2019 19:36

Good luck happier.

Not2bObvious · 27/03/2019 20:08

I hope you start feeling better soon life, I think it’s great you’re still doing your steps. Don’t be worried about the food, just keep tracking. I’d bet you anything you’re at worst at maintenance - on 15,000 you’ve very like a 500 cal buffer

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 27/03/2019 21:36

Actually grand, I've not been hungry at all.
Did some outdoor jobs, went running with my friend, bedtime with dc, bath now & pint of water & then bed

lifelongfrugaleer · 28/03/2019 06:37

Well done happier.
My steps are AVE 14700 this week. No fbw though and been over on cals every day. Weight is creeping up but in not going to stress it. I will pull it back.
Thanks not. I just want a decent run on plan.

WreckTangled · 28/03/2019 06:54

Eugh. Weight up 0.4lb again. Need to drink more water.

Not2bObvious · 28/03/2019 07:23

Awake since 4.30am, gave up trying to sleep at 5.30 and got a walk in before starting work at 7am. A bit tired but on the plus side I’ve done over 4,500 steps. My scales is down .4 and my average now .2 up on last weeks - 3 weigh in’s to go.
I know what you mean life, I really want to stick to plan for the next 2.5 weeks. I think I might see just under 11 stone before my holidays if I do that. But it’s a lot to lose 5 pounds in 16 days! I’d settle for getting my average down to the 156 mark. Hell I’d settle to lose another 1lb and keep it off!

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 28/03/2019 08:36

So I'm at a third of last weeks steps with 4 days left in the week so I'm going to top that up, going to use treadmill while dc are at swimming lessons this afternoon, then go for a run tomorrow morning before work and maybe again tomorrow depending on hangover from tonight Grin

Scales dropped to lowest weight yet this morning, and when I look at my graph on fitbit for these three months it's a steady line trending downwards Grin

I powered through water and fibre yesterday though and will do same again today.

You'll get a minus for this week so not2
life you've had non scale victories so you can't have everything together Grin

wreck how many litres of water do you drink daily?

WreckTangled · 28/03/2019 08:38

Happier I'm too ashamed to say less than one

WreckCat is my soul animal today

But I want it all happier, stamps foot..Grin

Happierwithouthim · 28/03/2019 09:28

life GrinGrin
wreck try bring it up to 2, I'm a lot heavier than you, I drink 3+ every day. The rule for water is you should drink it for the exercise/activity that's ahead of you rather than the exercise you've done ie proactive instead of reactive [steps off soapbox]

Not2bObvious · 28/03/2019 09:45

Agreeing with the water point, I’ve made a special effort to get my water in from actual water as opposed to counting my black tea/coffee. So I get at least 2 litres plain water in plus my caffeinated drinks. I’ll gradually try get it up to 3.
I want it all too life😬 Whether I deserve it remains to be seen

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 28/03/2019 10:52

At the risk of ganging up YY re water. With that and cups of tea I must be around the 3l mark a day.

lifelongfrugaleer · 28/03/2019 10:52

Course you deserve it not. You work hard at smashing it.

WreckTangled · 28/03/2019 10:54

If I counted coffee it would be a lot more Grin

Not2bObvious · 28/03/2019 10:59

Aww thanks life, it’s just calorie consistency I have an issue with. But I hope I’m finding my sweet spot - be about time, I’m 2 years with Team RH this April. This old dog is taking some time to learn the tricks!
