Feel pretty crap myself, feel like my blood pressure is up due to a couple of stressful happenings. Lying down now, might have some chocolate in a bit to see if it lifts me a bit, all in my planned food already. I’d say I’ll be under today, nearly 16,500 steps so that’s something

Rest up not. I've done 13.5 and a bit today. 16k is good going. Sorry you are stressed

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 25/03/2019 18:45

life take it easy.

Food today
B- croissant and coffee. Snack was two pieces of toast at work. More coffee.
L- coronation chickpea sandwich, vegan tiffin bar and a can of lemonade. Then lots of water
D- burritos and salad and then a coconut ruffle for dessert
Oh and two oreos

Steps today 14126

Happierwithouthim · 25/03/2019 19:33

I just looked back on my Fitbit app I've only done 70k steps in a week 3 times in 21 months Shock

6 months apart, well this week I'm going to hit it for second week consecutively - keep me accountable guys

Lovely walk by canal this evening & having a cheeky Chinese now, I'm going to be over my cals but I only get takeaway about twice a year so I'm going to enjoy it

WreckTangled · 25/03/2019 19:37

I'm under cals at the moment. Going to try and stay that way but not sure I'll make it....

WreckTangled · 26/03/2019 06:54

0.4lb down from yesterday but a stage still up. Why is my weight always higher the beginning of the week? Is it because I'm not strict enough at the weekends? I think it might be so I spend the beginning of the week working to get all of that back off. I'm going to try and be really healthy this weekend and see if it makes a difference.

Not2bObvious · 26/03/2019 08:14

Down to 159.8 this morning. It’s very frustrating wreck but as long as the longer term trend is a loss, that’s what you should focus on. Or only weigh on Friday. Fluctuations are normal and you’re hardly gaining weight on 1200 calories and decent activity.

Happierwithouthim · 26/03/2019 09:00

It's definitely the change in routine wreck I find I eat more of my food in the early part of the day during the week but at the weekend this reverses.

WreckTangled · 26/03/2019 13:52

I'm going to plan better for weekends and see if that helps.

So far today chicken salad with chia seeds and broccoli among other things.
Two mini chocolate crispy bites

Dinner is 'hot dogs' (veggie sausages) in brioche buns with salad probably as I'll have two buns so no need for chips. Will have my giant apple at some point today.

Not2bObvious · 26/03/2019 14:11

Was toying with dropping cals but since I’m not sticking to the cals I’m supposed to and still losing, albeit marginally, I’m going to work harder to stick to them and hit my macros. Just over 10,500 steps, only 5,500 to go (new target of 16,000 for the next 3 weeks)
Rotten sleep, medium to poor humour

About to do a HIIT tabata. Wish me luck!

lifelongfrugaleer · 26/03/2019 16:04

I'm struggling today. I'm full of cold and just want junk food

WreckTangled · 26/03/2019 16:39

I think if you're unwell you should just eat what you fancy.

Did the work out. I found it ok but my heart rate didn't go up much. I think it's because there's no jumping etc but that's good for me because o don't have the strength in my legs for that. Followed it with a 15 minutes abs work out.

Not2bObvious · 26/03/2019 18:11

You poor thing life, don’t be too strict on yourself, just hit your cals (and then some!) Maybe a good dose of carbs....with butter. Hot buttery toast, tea for fluids, choccie biccies for comfort. Sounds like I made a plan for me not you 🤔
I love Tabata wreck, was it a gym class or home class? I find myself looking at gym memberships but I know it’d be a waste. There’s very little I can’t do from home, I have a treadmill/bike/weights/dvds, even a trampoline if the urge takes me.

OP posts:
WreckTangled · 26/03/2019 18:13

It was a YouTube one. I can only just afford spinning once a week! Our local gym is £46/month Hmm spinning is £7 a class so I just do that.

lifelongfrugaleer · 26/03/2019 18:16

I have had a carb day. Just vexed as I was really back on plan then I get ill again.
Getting steps in though.

lifelongfrugaleer · 26/03/2019 18:17

That's pricy wreck. Do you have an exercise 4less near you. They are cheap as chips and have virtual spinning too

WreckTangled · 26/03/2019 18:28

No we're too rural to have anything like that. That's a council run gym too!

Not2bObvious · 26/03/2019 19:21

At least it’s not a low carb plan life and you’ve done great so far. Got 16,500 steps with a trip to M&S, I still have 200 cals left, don’t know if I need or want much. Just had half a HC bun with a scrap of butter, tasty

OP posts:
WreckTangled · 26/03/2019 19:23

I love hot crocs buns so much! Actually there's some in the freezer...

Not2bObvious · 26/03/2019 21:44

Mine were freezer specials too, there from last yearBlush Tasted fine, too fine 😋

WreckTangled · 27/03/2019 06:46

Weight down a bit. Still not down on last weeks average but down 0.8lb from weds last week. My heart rate has been as low as 56bpm this week, I'm really pleased because I've always been so unfit!
