Feeling very munchy today but I’m accepting that I’ll be over by a few hundred. Could be worse. Just finished making my curry for tonight, good amount of cream in it but still only around 500 cals with a small bit of rice. Might get some poppadoms. Going out for my second walk of the day😉

I've put all my food in for the day (even having 1/2 a sharing bag of curly wurly bites later) and am still 100 cals under.

I think it's easier for me because I've carb counted for years (loosely) so now by weighing it and doing it all accurately, not only am I losing weight, but my diabetes is the best controlled it's ever been.

Weight up a bit today but I haven't been to the loo for a few days Blush end of the week so have looked at my average and it's 1.6lb down from last week which I'm really pleased about. Spinning in a bit.

You're having a tough time atm wolf but I've no doubt that'll come off easily again once you're ready.

Did spinning and have just done a 30 minute weights.

Average down .2 from 159.5 to 159.3, hardly ground breaking but I’m pleased it’s going in the right direction.
Sorry about the gain wolf, does it make sense as in you know you’re eaten/drank too much or could it be a flux? You probably don’t want to go into it

Oops clicked post to soon, I meant you mightn’t feel like picking it apart. Anyway put it behind you and best foot forward if you can this week.
I did 30 mins on the treadmill, then did a small amount with a light’ish barbell to work out a training plan, then another 20 mins jog outside, finished up with a 20 minutes stroll home. Glorious morning here. Walking to the shops soon with elder dd to buy some bits for a school trip, then I stupidly promised lunch at the food court or diner. Don’t feel like I should after 2 very heavy calorie days but I don’t restrict my calories no matter about the over days - so I have enough to cover me. Just my mind thinking I shouldn’t

Hi all, hope you are all ok.
My steps yesterday were just over 15000 and today just over 10000 so not to shabby for a weekend.
Weight today was 79kgs, which means I have maintained. I need to get back to it properly and will make a more concrete effort from now on.
Will log in each day from tomorrow.

Great steps curvy, and maintenance is good too. My loss was so small I’m pretty much maintaining too. I think I’m paying a bit for my totm week, I always think weight runs a week or 2 behind.
Nearly 19,000 steps and under cals by around 140, feeling a bit odd, might have overdone it a little. Bed soon

Weigh in today +0.2 from last week's average so that's great not to spend the first few days getting it back down

I did wonder happier! My weight is up 0.6lb from last weeks average and 0.8 up from yesterday Angry hoping it's the spinning and weights combined from yesterday. Will see tomorrow I suppose. I wasn't awful yesterday although did have two chocolate cornflake cakes Blush

Up 1lb too, it’s annoying but it’s just flux for us all I’m sure. Got up and did an jog/brisk walk for an hour. Gorgeous day or it was earlier, bit dull now. In work til 1 or 2 depending on how I get on. I’m tempted to go through my weights program this afternoon to see how it works our time wise. We shall see
