I don't know happier. I always do that class, it's called myride.

Lowest weight for me too today but not sure it'll stay that way after Nando's and then pizza tonight!

Not2bObvious · 22/03/2019 14:09

That’s brilliant happier, scales victory/fitness victory, you’ll be a new woman by the time this communion comes around. I’ll never forget having to send himself out to buy my a larger dress the night before my eldests communion. Had been away the week before and I completely lost the run of myself. Now after having my long weekend abroad without a gain, I feel so much more in control.
So in the zone, over 15,500 so far and I’ll get another 2-3,000 over the day. It’ll make up for yesterday’s shortfall

Team RH has definitely helped me with binge mentality, it just doesn't happen so much anymore. I think intuitively now I know when I've had a crap day & gone over on carbs and under on fibre and protein, doesn't mean they don't happen but not as frequently and I definitely don't suffer from the horrible bloated tummy effect anymore.

I'm only 5'2" so I'll be far from a skinny minnie on the day but I'll be pleased with my achievement.

That must have been heartbreaking about your dress for your dd's big day

WreckTangled · 22/03/2019 14:41

Had a salad at Nando's so less than 500 calories. It was really nice.

Happierwithouthim · 22/03/2019 14:51

I've only ever had Nandos at home
Sounds good, where are you headed for dinner then tonight?

WreckTangled · 22/03/2019 14:55

We're going to Ask. Have got some Tesco vouchers and the dc love it there. Thought we could use it as an excuse for a 'well done for a good parents evening' meal Grin also well done on your 5k. I can't run at all (physically) so think people who run are amazing Grin

Not2bObvious · 22/03/2019 15:36

Oh it was happier, I had to get a size 16 and while I know it’s not exactly enormous, it was just the last thing I needed to do before hosting a party with 30+ people. There’s not one picture of me that day. Shameful that I let my issues about how I looked mean there’s no pictures of me and my girl. I’ve stopped that stupid carry on as well, no more camera dodging or ridiculous self hate. Yes Team RH have made a big difference to my thinking, so glad I joined

86 calories over but I didn't have any of the mayonnaise with the starter so could easily be on target. Still expecting a weight increase after the carb heavy dinner!

Not2bObvious · 22/03/2019 20:51

86 calories over 1200 wreck?

OP posts:
WreckTangled · 22/03/2019 20:57

Yep. Shared a pizza and starter with dh which all together was 843 calories and the salad at lunch was 443. 6 yo ds ate enough for everyone twice over ShockGrin

Not2bObvious · 22/03/2019 21:33

That’s pretty decent for 2 meals out, good job

Happierwithouthim · 22/03/2019 21:35

Amazing going wreck

WreckTangled · 23/03/2019 07:29

122.6lb. Not sure how. I wonder if it's because I've upped my exercise. Will wait until tomorrow morning to see what my average is.

Not2bObvious · 23/03/2019 10:04

157.8 here this morning despite my night out, average down .2 with one more weigh in to go. Pleased with that, feel like I might be able to stay in the 150’s and put the 160’s behind me. Tiny bit delicate this morning after a few too many grape juicesBlush Anywho, I’ve been a lot worse so I’m going to rest for a bit, have brunch around 12 and then get a decent walk in. My best friend is coming to stay tonight so I’ve to cook something nice, am putting myself on a drink limit too.
My sore brain is trying to work out was 122 is wreck, that’s lovely & light, no carb bloat for you

lifelongfrugaleer · 23/03/2019 12:33

Nsv size 8 tops from Sainsbury's. 8 ha ha

WreckTangled · 23/03/2019 12:34

Well done life!

Not2 hope you're feeling better. It's 8st10.6.

Not2bObvious · 23/03/2019 12:46

Thanks wreck, seriously my brain feels a bit mushy around the edges😂

Wow life, that’s tiny, seeing a size dropping is so powerful! I couldn’t believe when I was able to fit in size 12 jeans a few years ago after being a large 14-16, even more shocked now that I fit into river island/oasis jeans in size 10. I can’t imagine being an 8

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 23/03/2019 12:47

And I should add I’ll very unlikely ever be an 8!

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 23/03/2019 13:06

I'm hoping that I've put the 160s behind me also, looking at -1.1lbs average is of today.

Had a crusty roll with sausage & pudding out this morning, balancing this with salad(reduced in Dunnes) and pack of Peri peri chicken on top for lunch

Happierwithouthim · 23/03/2019 13:11

Wow life fantastic

Happierwithouthim · 23/03/2019 13:12

I'm getting back into some of my 12 jeans this week it's great

Not2bObvious · 23/03/2019 14:05

That’s brilliant happier, it’s those nsv’s that make it worthwhile - where you know saying no more than yes (to food of course) makes a difference. Nice drop in the average too!
I’ve been looking over my Fitbit weigh records, I’ve been losing and regaining the same 10 pounds for a lonnnnggg time. Dammit, need to break through this cycle. Going for a brisk walk

Well done happier must be an amazing feeling!

Today has been ok food wise so far

Had a late breakast of a cheese and pickle bagel thin

2 black coffees and a choc fudge cereal bar

Lunch was vegetable soup and a muller greek yogurt thing

Dinner will be spaghetti and meatballs

Ive sorted out my eyebrows and dyed my hair today too so feeling good Wink

WreckTangled · 23/03/2019 15:23

I've been busy at work today but have managed a chicken salad, whole raw carrot (in sticks, I'm not an animal Wink) and four rich teas. These are my biscuit of choice at the moment as they're low cal and not so delicious that I need the whole packet Grin because dh is cooking tonight it's oven food for them so I'm having a Bol veg pot with some bread and butter to add the the calories a bit.

lifelongfrugaleer · 23/03/2019 16:22

Well done happier. I was doing really well until a home made sponge was put in front of my nose.
