Calories and macros hit. Steps a bit low but will get over 10k

Not2bObvious · 20/03/2019 18:41

Good work life, 10k steps is decent.
Main macros hit but still a good few calories left (short on carbs)
I’m so excited - I have 432 cals left😬 Scales back down to 159.6, got a jog and a 30 min fitness blenders weight workout done. Over 14,200 steps so all is good!

Nice going not2

lifelongfrugaleer · 21/03/2019 06:51

WFH today as have to take mil for an appointment. Will make up steps tonight @ Zumba.

V excited as booked my classes for next weekend for my fitness weekend.

WreckTangled · 21/03/2019 07:06

Down 0.6lb today. Not sure how after yesterday.

Yesterday had:

Shortbread

Chicken salad
Shortbread

Quiche, new potatoes and salad

Shortbread.

Am going to try and go spinning today to make up for it!

Justanothermile · 21/03/2019 07:13

See - just shows you wrecked!

Cheers for the explanation of reverse dieting. Makes sense. I know little re diets.

Yesterday
Bagel with peanut butter.
Rice salad, small biscuit, brownie.
Oven chips and fishless fishcakes
Handful of crisps.

Bit of a shit day on health grounds there, not enough foods stuff at all.

Exercise - six mile progressive run.

Won some dosh for my race Sunday!

Today is a PT session and stretching.

Happierwithouthim · 21/03/2019 08:03

Fishless fishcakes Confused jam

Not2bObvious · 21/03/2019 08:06

Hurrah! Decent 6 hours sleep last night and despite a few stiff muscles, feeling in good form. I thoroughly enjoyed 400 of my remaining cals last night and was 159.2 this morning, so down .4 - my average is up .5 but I’ve 3 weigh ins to go to make a difference. It’s a pain how 1 high weigh in can muck up the week. I suppose it’s to be expected when losses are as low as mine. Also starting back with weights, albeit small, will have an effect on fluid retention.
Got to work even earlier than normal and got a quick 3000 step walk in to get the ball rolling. Only 12,000 to go!

I'm keeping to my cals this week, doing ok with macros, steps average is above 10k and on track to lose according to my weekly average so I'm very pleased. This was a bank holiday weekend in Ireland and that's normally not great for the scales Grin

Happierwithouthim · 21/03/2019 08:08

I've been watching Claire Madson's page with interest not2 she's just doing full body workout 3 times a week, her physique is incredible, she is a busy single mum to her niece. #goals
I'm really inspired by her and Mum Reloaded because they're in similar situations to myself.

Not2bObvious · 21/03/2019 08:54

I’ve seen pictures of Claire happier, fab figure. I must look into her page, thanks for the suggestion. Mum reloaded is good too but I’m loving doing my treadmill sessions listening to Carly’s/Jerri’s walkie talkies. Great amount of videos these days.
Well done on the dropping average, I think I’ll be on a weeks catchup after my deliberate splurges on last weeks totm days

Are fishless fish cakes just cake? Or is that wishful thinking Grin

I'm hovering around the same weight but didn't track properly yesterday so was over cals in the end.

Happierwithouthim · 21/03/2019 10:58

I've loads of videos saved but I generally put on music when on treadmill or running so I've not watched any of the walkie talkies.

Wolfcub · 21/03/2019 11:24

Pilates tonight. Weight just seems to keep going up rather than down this week.

WreckTangled · 21/03/2019 16:47

So far today have just had couscous salad with feta. Have done a thirty minute weights work out and am going spinning later. Can't eat dinner beforehand 🤮 so not sure what I'll do.

zebrarobot · 21/03/2019 17:44

My headache has shifted so back to normal today. Just under 2lbs down from Monday weigh in, wont weigh again now until Monday coming.

Food wise today
b- bagel thin with beans
L- cous cous, chicken and salad
Snack - pack of crisps and marshmallow thing
Dinner is burger and chips as didnt have this last night (had stuffed peppers instead)

WreckTangled · 21/03/2019 17:46

Wow zebra that's great.

lifelongfrugaleer · 21/03/2019 17:52

Had a fantabulous food and drink day. Now just need to move my ass more

WreckTangled · 21/03/2019 21:09

Spinning done. There was an oap clique and they turned all the lights out and I swear they turned the air con off too. The took over the place Hmm but I did it and my fit bit shoes peak heart rate for ten minutes which is my highest yet Grin

Not2bObvious · 21/03/2019 22:04

Woohoo, avoided wine this evening which is good since I have company over. Just under my target too, macros hit. Steps are a bit low, not quite 13,000 but I’ve been on my feet for what feels like hours! Done

lifelongfrugaleer · 22/03/2019 06:23

How on earth did the instructor allow that wreck. Well done for doing it
Yeah not. You always smash steps so your average will be fine.

Went from nowt as WFH to 12k steps.

WreckTangled · 22/03/2019 06:34

No instructor life it's a virtual class so all on a screen.

I'm out for lunch and dinner today Blush

Not2bObvious · 22/03/2019 07:19

Delighted with this mornings weigh in of 158, my average is now only .1 up on last week. Of course it’s typical that I’m going out tonight and could potentially cock it up but that’s just small picture view. Lowest weight this year😬
How very high tech on the spinning wreck, sounds like you worked super hard too - good job. Great number of steps for you for wfh life, I can get great steps when I wfh but that being said how much w I’m doing is debatableHmm

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 22/03/2019 08:18

Ah I see, that is annoying wreck.
I only got that many steps as I did Zumba on the night. I was on 4500 until 6pm

Happierwithouthim · 22/03/2019 08:43

Not2 it's like we're the same person Grin lowest weight this year this morning too 157.6 GrinHaloGrin Well done you, staying away from vino made a difference!

I went out this morning and smashed a 5k run too, delighted with it. Taking part in a 10k local fun run on Sunday so I'm confident I won't make a complete fool of myself now.

Determined to keep my steps up now. I've 9 weeks and want to be down in the 140s for my mini goal.

Bootcamp is starting again next week but it's only on early mornings and I'd have to leave after 30mins and drive about 10 miles to get there too so I'm going to let it go this time and doing running and gym instead.

wreck how does that work for insurance with no instructor, no lights or air con sounds nuts
