Ooo I love fig rolls!

71 cals over. The buttery toast I'm eating is worth it.

lifelongfrugaleer · 18/03/2019 20:43

I did get on the pony jam. Which highlighted how bad my core is Grin

Not2bObvious · 18/03/2019 20:56

Hit 1800 cals exactly so day 1 of 7 a success on calories and steps (just over 15,200)
I regret nothing I ate today either wreck, let’s hope we have nothing to regret at the sad step tomorrow😉 I wonder will I get some bloat after kettlebells, the doms are present already so there’s a chance. Full days work tomorrow- boak

WreckTangled · 18/03/2019 21:22

Grin I'm having a rest day tomorrow. Could barely lift my arm after my workout. I used a mixture of new weights and old weights.

I fancy kettlebells, what size do you have?

Not2bObvious · 18/03/2019 21:49

I have a 6kg and an 8kg so not super heavy. And could only manage the 6 after months of no weight bearing workBlush But hey gotta start somewhere! I have a barbell too that goes up to 15kg and I hope to start using that again. If I get up to speed I’ll collect the weights set my Dad has, I think that’ll bring me up to 30kg. But for now baby weights

OP posts:
WreckTangled · 19/03/2019 06:53

My dumbbells are only 3kg but that's up from 1.5kg. I still use the light ones for some moves too! I've been watching the Hasfit videos on YouTube and I'm really enjoying them, I recommend.

Weight the same today which is good because the previous two Tuesdays they've been up quite a bit.

lifelongfrugaleer · 19/03/2019 07:30

I think I need to up my steps to 15k. I seem to have a mental blocker on 1500 calories.

Restart today (again)

Not2bObvious · 19/03/2019 08:04

Up 1lb - not sure if it’s water weight from the workout or bloat from restaurant salty lunch. Not to worry, I’m planning on upping the water to flush it out.
I’m so tired today and a bit achy. I sleep so badly the night before I do my 2 days at my other job. Don’t know why but it’s hard on the head. I could count on 1 hand the number of decent sleeps I’ve had in the last 8 months since I started this.
What do you mean life about upping steps cause you’re on 1500? Do you mean you need to up them so you can eat more? Not sure where you are goal’wise but could it be time to reverse diet. Oh my, I can’t wait to need to reverse diet. Might have more of a chance of it when I manage dieting in forward mode for a decent length of time!

My salad smells a bit funky but tastes ok... Grin

Chicken salad
Mini pitta bread
Apple
1 x bourbon

Not2bObvious · 19/03/2019 14:29

Well put it this way wreck you’ll know in 12 to 24 hours! Funky chicken eh? I hope it wasn’t bad cause that can be nasty 🤢
Toasted cheese and ham, pack of ready salted crisps and half a bueno here, was yummy. Want the other half of the bueno now

OP posts:
WreckTangled · 19/03/2019 14:47

Oh no it wasn't the chicken it was the soggy beetroot bits and lettuce!

Not2bObvious · 19/03/2019 14:53

Ahh, that’s not as likely to have you loosing weight in a bad way😉

lifelongfrugaleer · 19/03/2019 18:08

I mean in in the 1500 group as I don't average 105,000 steps a week and only do 3 weights work out. I average 12k steps a day instead of 15k I can eat an extra 100 cals pretty day and go to the 1600 group.

Target wise I don't have one. I was thinking of reverse diet research today but I think it assumes heavy weight lifting. I will look into it.
Anyway 11k steps thus far and body pump done. Have 30 calories left for treat.

lifelongfrugaleer · 19/03/2019 18:08

Fizzy salad Le yum, not.

WreckTangled · 19/03/2019 18:13

Reverse dieting sound way too much hard work to me.

Since I got home:

Red pepper and butternut squash sausages
Roasted new potatoes
Broccoli and cauliflower
Gravy

Two rich tea biscuits.

304 calories left. Will try and save them for tomorrow when dh is at football so I can eat chocolate whilst watching GP's behind closed doors

Justanothermile · 19/03/2019 18:19

What the fuck is reverse diet? You speak to someone with no knowledge!

Foods,
Egg on toast.
Pasta veg salad, fruit pot (grapes, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries).
Lentil chilli, broccoli and a few oven chips.
Some cashew nuts, hummus on a cracker, brownie.

Exercise was a 7.5 miles run, a 3 miles run - all within Z2.
Dogs walked for 4 miles too.

Justanothermile · 19/03/2019 18:22

Oh, I weighed myself. I'm a couple of pounds down, but well within what I'd imagine I'd drop while marathon training.

Not2bObvious · 19/03/2019 20:01

Simple definition of reverse dieting:
Reverse Dieting is the diet after the diet. It's a method of gradually increasing calories (via one, two, or all three macros) so you can increase your weight to healthier levels without losing all control around food. Reverse Dieting uses the same principles that you used to get lean.

That was a lonnnngggg day, hit steps, hit fibre, just about hit cals. Tomorrow’s menu should mean I hit protein - just wasn’t happening today. Had a bath to try ease the muscles, the gin I had also helped😉
Here’s hoping for a decent sleep although I’ve a nasty suspicion I’ve footcramps brewing. Time for fluffy socks!

0.4lb down 124lb exactly. Hope it stays off. Have a team meeting this afternoon which will involve biscuits.

Will work out when I get home. Maybe just weights and abs today.

Happierwithouthim · 20/03/2019 07:13

Hey all
I'm aiming for 70000 steps this week life and 400+ active minutes.
I stayed within cals yesterday but didn't hit protein. I blame having porridge for breakfast Grin

zebrarobot · 20/03/2019 10:41

Ive not posted this week, been suffering on and off with migraines since the weekend. On monday i was 1.7lb down. Ive stayed within cals all the time and been doing ok exercise wise.

Im not long up today due to headache through the night. Started the day with a quick meal replacement bar (206) as i feel quite sick and couldnt stomach any milk/hot food.

Not sure what lunch will be yet probably a chicken wrap and dinner is burgers. If i feel like eating any of it.

Not caught up on the thread but hope you're all well.

WreckTangled · 20/03/2019 12:35

Self sabotage with shortbread today Blush

Not2bObvious · 20/03/2019 16:29

You poor thing zebra, keep hydrated if you can, sounds miserable. It’s a different thing not being able to eat cause you feel too ill as opposed to trying not to eat to lose weight. An appetite is a gift really, we shouldn’t lose sight of that.
Pfff a few biccies wreck, you can afford them😉

OP posts:
WreckTangled · 20/03/2019 16:33

They were the big ones that come in a four pack from the bakery BlushGrin I just did a yoga core work out really not in the mood for anything else but glad I did it
