Officially a 1lb gain this week. Well done to everyone on your losses

lifelongfrugaleer · 17/03/2019 11:04

-0.05 this week.
Deserved as only on track 3/7.

lifelongfrugaleer · 17/03/2019 11:04

Didn't make the gym today as had to take Ds to the walk in. Won't make tomorrow as need to go to school.

Not2bObvious · 17/03/2019 15:52

Should have weighed after spinning wreck
You’re under 9 stone, that’s epic! Enjoy it

We went out for a pub lunch and the service and food was awful! So disappointing. I didn't eat it all so hoping a have some cals left for supper but always hard to guess on these.

After spinning and weights I was 8st12.4!

WreckTangled · 17/03/2019 17:08

11k steps so far today too. Considering my average is only 5.5k I'm pretty pleased Grin

Wolfcub · 17/03/2019 18:01

Cooked breakfast
No lunch
Haribo
Salmon, rice and veg for tea
Either millionaire shortbread or vakewell slice for pudding

Justanothermile · 17/03/2019 18:43

Some fabulous losses, well done guys.

Ten mile race today. Pitched myself against stellar competition today at a high profile race. Pleased to finish 32nd female, many of the top ten are high level runners.

Food.
Porridge and pumpkin seeds.
Highly carby sports drink used by elites, two gels.
Cereal bar.
Pasta and roast veg salad, fruit, some chocolate.
Creamy mushrooms, jacket spud, veggies.
Wine.

I'm doing so much exercise I'm eating a shed load of food. It's embarrassing really what's hitting my mouth.

lifelongfrugaleer · 17/03/2019 19:54

Well done wreck. A good marker to pass there.
Fab going too jam.
Another totm thing going on. FFS.

Tomorrow. Again, tomorrow.

Not2bObvious · 17/03/2019 20:00

You can still change the weight in your Fitbit app wreck, I would (and I have)
You ok wolf? Were you expecting a gain, I can’t remember if you follow the average weighing thing or are going week on week. Regardless I know it sucks to see a gain, more palatable if we know why but still shite

Wolf I just can't pay for halo top 😂
Have you an Aldi near? They've got their own now, hasn't hit Ireland yet Angry

I made & burnt cake so it's less calories per slice after I cut off burnt bits Grin

Well done on losses everyone
Jam you deserve every bite you're working hard. Well done on race place too.

Morning all. 160.2 this morning so only .6 up from Friday. My week of excess is done, back to normal this week although I’m going to increase my calories to 1800 as I think I’ll work better at that - the protein level is better at that. Let’s face it, I was never sticking to 1700 and I was still getting a small loss. Seriously making an effort to stick to it one day at a time.
Out for a big brunch so I’ve just had a mixed bowl of cereal to get me started, I’ll let that settle and then get an hour on the treadmill before beautifying myself. Hairdresser switched up my colour and I’m coming to terms with it

0.8lb down from yesterday. Salads made for the next three days lunches.

Happierwithouthim · 18/03/2019 10:07

Bank holiday Monday here so I've not got up yet, except for weighing. Sts as yesterday which is brilliant for any Monday never mind Bank Holiday weekend.

I've noticed when I spend day out with new guy we only eat one meal as he's not a big eater so I've got lots of calories left come evening time, bonus but steps are low then cos we go for day trips in the car.

Want to maintain my sub 160 average now and get under 11st Smile

Tesco delivery today, plenty of stuff to keep on track Smile

Not2bObvious · 18/03/2019 10:15

You have a new guy happier? That’s brilliant, sounds like it’s going well. You’ll easily break into the 10’stone bracket the way you’re going. I’m actually down .6 from yesterday, unprecedented for a Monday weigh in. I really feel more positive than I have in ages, maybe it’s the longer brighter days brightening my humour

I had a honeycomb tiffin and I regret nothin. Also had chicken salad and an apple.

Happierwithouthim · 18/03/2019 12:56

Yes not2 it's very early days but we're enjoying each other's company & he understands my situation as we've known each other for over ten years.

WreckTangled · 18/03/2019 16:12

HIIT with weights done. I wasn't dying so maybe I wasn't trying hard enough. So hard when ds is yacking in my ear!

WreckTangled · 18/03/2019 16:46

Microwave chicken saag for dinner as everyone else is having pizza. 58g of protein per serving!

Not2bObvious · 18/03/2019 17:31

An hour on the treadmill, running more than jogging and then 20 minutes kettlebells. First time doing anything weight related in months and I can feel it already. Fabulous lunch out after a very enjoyable potter and spend in a danish homeware/craft store. Lovely but spendy day. I think I’m quite the opposite of frugal this weekend! I drove so no vino for me despite it being the bank holiday. Poached egg & smoked salmon with hollandaise (in the side, only a few dips) and home fries, plus a taste of everyone else’s meal. Finished off with a ice cream cone but I only ate half of it, I’m getting good at that. Once the craving is satisfied I stop. Depends on the food on how much I eat, rarely leave any chocolate behind.

Hip a bit sore today as had a pony lesson with dd. Managed to trot and everything. Nerves must burn more calories.

Justanothermile · 18/03/2019 20:04

Nice one not, sounds like a lovely day.

Treadmill run and free weights for arms, stretching.

Egg on toast.
Rice salad, hard boiled egg, cereal bar.
Lentil chilli and jacket spud.
Two dried apricots, two fig rolls.
