I'm very happy to have burned this in gym, really enjoyed my time there tonight 💪🏻 🏋🏾‍♀️

Brilliant Happier, well done

WreckTangled · 16/03/2019 06:25

Wow that's great happier. I think you can weigh more the day after exercise but immediately after, due to all the lost fluid, you weigh less.

WreckTangled · 16/03/2019 06:51

I'm really achy from my work out yesterday. Especially my lower back! Have to stand all day today too as working second job. Won't get any exercise in.

Breakfast will be a hot cross bun.

Lunch is a rice noodle pot thing (190 cals)
Will take Apple, carrot and celery as snacks

Dinner probably bacon tomato pasta

lifelongfrugaleer · 16/03/2019 07:30

Step on the spot wreck while your are standing.
Great work happier.
It seems I can hit 15k steps when not in my normal routine. Bloody office job. I need a standing desk.

Bought some new gym kit and had to get an 8 top. And 8. Probably vanity sizing.

lifelongfrugaleer · 16/03/2019 07:30

An 8!

Justanothermile · 16/03/2019 07:38

Cool! An 8 life, fabulous - take the boost, vanity or not I say!

Had a recovery week from running this week, all planned. So, just two easy runs and a couple of gym sessions. Got a race tomorrow and hoping for better weather.

Tea last night was sweet potato dhal and rice.

lifelongfrugaleer · 16/03/2019 07:43

Oh I am taking it as I sign my hard work is paying off. Not arsed about clothes sizes really just wanna be healthy and look good for me.
A few people are commenting on my weight loss so must be changing shape although the scales are not budging.

Justanothermile · 16/03/2019 08:09

100%. If folk are noticing, your clothes feel better and most importantly you feel healthy and fit - the scales matter not.

Not2bObvious · 16/03/2019 10:37

That looks like you put a good workout in happier, better again that you enjoyed it.
Very nice mac life, love getting new gym gear, would love even more to see the size go down.
Bit delicate this morning after my night out, didn’t eat that much but made up for it in Gin and Wine - tea & toast to help me feel a little human

Happy saturday all. Its snowing here. Anyone else have it?

I feel im on track to maintain this week, always the same around ovulation. Havent been able to work out as much as I hoped but have stayed within cals every day. Official weigh in on Monday.

lifelongfrugaleer · 16/03/2019 11:19

Pouring with rain here.

lifelongfrugaleer · 16/03/2019 11:20

Mmmmm tea and toast

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 16/03/2019 11:21

Waves to everyone Smile
You have all been doing so well.
I've had a rough couple of weeks but want to get back to it, so starting afresh.

B- was a banana toasted sandwich with cinnamon.
No idea what lunch and dinner will be as going to my sister's.
Have a good day all!

Not2bObvious · 16/03/2019 11:40

Rubbish weather here as well, lashing rain and windy. No idea how I’ll get my steps today, need to get 10,000 minimum

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 16/03/2019 15:40

Slowly getting the steps in, 6000 done over the last 3 hours. Scales was 159.6 this morning so night out had no ill effect. Headache isn’t too bad now but pretty tired

lifelongfrugaleer · 16/03/2019 19:38

Eaten and drink too much and not moved enough. GAH. Pump tomorrow.

WreckTangled · 16/03/2019 19:40

All I want is chocolate! Trying to resist though. I have calories left but I'm not hungry it's just a craving. Must. Not. Give. In.

zebrarobot · 16/03/2019 19:52

Ive struggled today , feeling snacky. Still under cals got around 400 left but will definitely be eating them all once the boys are in bed.

Food today was

Breakfast - Slimfast meal replacement bar (really yummy and filling/high protein. And cheap from home bargains)

Lunch - 2 flat breads with chicken and salad and a pack of low cal crisps

Snack was some watermelon and one of those Pink & white marshmallow wafer things for 50 cals

Dinner - pasta and meatballs and some mixed veg at the side to bulk it out

The kids had ice cream after dinner and it was all i could do not to inhale a scoop of it. Ive got some Breyers in the freezer for later, salted caramel i think so looking forward to that. Steps shit today about 4000 had a lazy day.

Work all day tomorrow but lunch prepped ready to go.

Wolfcub · 16/03/2019 20:39

Breyers has finally turned up in my local Sainsbury’s Happier; it kicks halo tops arse

Not2bObvious · 16/03/2019 20:40

I have resisted very little today, gone over quite a bit but it was necessary. Knocked out my 10,000, that’s all I have in the tank.
Better day tomorrow, roast chicken dinner with lots of veg. Lunch out on Monday (bank holiday here) and I’ll definitely get a big run in, might do one tomorrow as well. Bedtime soon

So annoyed my average is only 0.2lb less than last week. And I've been sticking to my calories (apart from Monday which I made up for Tuesday) 😭

Not2bObvious · 17/03/2019 09:22

That’s a bit annoying wreck, but I guess as you get lighter losses slow. Didn’t you lose over a pound last week? Might be worth looking on a monthly rather than weekly basis going forward. I’d best not share my calories chart, rather a lot more red on mineBlush
My average is 159.5 down from 160.1 - it might have been better but I resigned myself to deliberately going over/nearly hitting maintenance level for most of this week being totm. The previous times I’ve tortured myself to stay on track and failed miserably. Better to have a controlled over than a frenzied one. Just (by a day!) under 4 weeks to go for Easter break. 27 days of giving it a good go to get there in decent shape. Well maybe 25 days...gotta get through the rest of the long weekend and enjoy it😉☘️
