That’s an interesting point happier about getting into new bad habits, I’m going to bear that in mind. I thought I was over by 150 yesterday, completely slipped my mind about my 4 fruit pastilles I snaffled earlier. I always think I’m a good tracker, but there’s definitely things I forget. Over time it makes a difference

I could see a pattern forming and I know there's 20% shite rule but I just can't get into that habit.

zebrarobot · 14/03/2019 10:21

Hey all

Ds2 is driving me to the brink today. I cant believe ive not raided the snack cupboard yet. Ive just put him for an early nap since he woke up at 5.30 this morning.

So far ive had shreddies for breakfast with a black coffee

Lunch will be half an asda pepperoni pizza (352 cals - to satisfy a craving ive had for about a week) with salad

Cup a soup and some grapes before work at 5 then dinner when i get home is veggie burger in a flatbread with salad and a mini corn on the cob.

Im so exhausted today ive come back to bed while the baby naps just to chill out. Other things need doing but they will have to wait. Hope you all have a fab day

lifelongfrugaleer · 14/03/2019 16:34

I'm way over calories today and way under protein. Steps already at 10600 with walking to a new office. Food options are mostly carb based when traveling. I will consider this days a mini carb refeed.
Zumba tonight.
I can't do the 20% shite as a rule as it just opens the flood gates. Have had a chunky kit kat today. They are so small now

WreckTangled · 14/03/2019 16:52

I've had a fairly unhealthy day but I was stuck in the office bored Grin will still be under calories though. Have just done weights and yoga too.

Not2bObvious · 14/03/2019 17:17

Way over fibre here, way under protein. Still a fair number of calories left after dinner (low fat sausage, gravy, roasties, Yorkshire pud) but have no interest in trying to eat protein for the sake of it. Yeah I hear you on the floodgates life, I have a feeling mine are starting to slip open. Totally drained, wish totm would just happen alreadyAngry

I had these sausages from Aldi (I say sausages the only thing sausage like is the shape) they're really nice though and low cal

Hmm interesting wreck, I don’t think we have them in Ireland. My low fat sausages are from Aldi too, pork but pretty high fibre, 12gr for under 100 cals. Loving my veggie sausage sambo for long day breakfast.
Plotting my treat tonight

lifelongfrugaleer · 14/03/2019 18:00

They sound nice. I'm going to look for them. I prefer veggie sausages

WreckTangled · 14/03/2019 18:17

I'm. So. Full. 3 calories over but v unhealthy.

One hobnob
Grab bag of beef hula hoops (these are my all time favourites)
Bacon and feta salad (no dressing)
Galaxy ripple

Sweet potato curry
That was going to be it but dh bought me a glazed crispy creme. There's a chocolate filled one too but I've said the dc can share that and I've gone for the lower cal option Wink

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/03/2019 06:36

17800 steps yesterday to counter the excess. Will be worse today as lots of driving but doing body pump at the gym

WreckTangled · 15/03/2019 07:00

0.4lb on.

Not2bObvious · 15/03/2019 07:41

Totm bloat boat here, up 1.4 - average now 159.4, all things considered it’s acceptable. Getting my hair done this morning so got an outdoor jog done - just on 9,500 so that’s a positive. Out for dinner with himself tonight, show off my new do!

Happierwithouthim · 15/03/2019 07:48

I broke into a box of butler chocs last night, I've had all week of totm bloating/cravings/crampings etc very little bleeding but that's nothing unusual here. I wanted chocolate, they didn't hit the spot, I ate 8 just to make sure Blush

Probably wasn't the best week to go back to 1600 calories, I'll probably sts again this week

I need to up my game, I've 10 weeks to go until dd's communion, obviously I want weight loss for life but this is my mini goal.

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/03/2019 08:01

It's good to have mini goals happier. Totm wreaks havoc with the best laid plans. Tis done now is a controlled ish fashion.
Well done not on those steps so far. Wish I could run/jog.

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/03/2019 08:02

Happy new do too.

Out for lunch today so will go for least harm and do my best around it. 50% on track this week. Fgs.

Not2bObvious · 15/03/2019 08:34

10 weeks is a brilliant amount of time to focus on happier, you could be down 5lb, 7lb, 10lb or even the full stone! I love a good countdown. Take this Sunday as your start week and work from there, no looking back it’s a new beginning. I have 4 weeks to my Easter holiday and then another 11 to my Summer holiday so I’ve loads to get in shape for.
Some shifted...ahem....re-weigh needed, only 1lb up 😊

OP posts:
WreckTangled · 15/03/2019 09:03

I just did a HIIT with weights. That was hard!

WreckTangled · 15/03/2019 09:32

Just weighed again and 1.2lb down Grin I know I can't count post exercise weight but it helps to encourage me at least

Wolfcub · 15/03/2019 10:21

Most of this weeks bloat had gone by yesterday, slightly less than a pound of bloat to go to stay the same this week so we will see, I think there’s a reasonable chance of a loss

Breakfast was crumpets
Lunch no idea
Dinner is home made keema peas in a couple of roti and a slice of cheese cake. Drinking will be limited by the fact ds needs picking up at 9.30pm

Trying to limit the damage this weekend as I’m out for dinner and drinks on Monday and it will not be either healthy or restrained

Not2bObvious · 15/03/2019 12:57

I weigh myself after I run, considering most weight gain is retained fluid I think it’s fair enough to get rid of it first. So I think it does count wreck, but maybe I’m just a cheater😉

OP posts:
WreckTangled · 15/03/2019 17:55

Haha! I do like your thinking Grin

Have 361 cals left. Didn't get time for lunch today but made up for it with dinner. Went to a friends for coffee this morning too so had a millionaires shortbread.

Dinner was veggie burger in bun with salad cream, big salad and four onion rings. Yum.

Wolfcub · 15/03/2019 18:32

I made the mistake of buying haribo, they are sat in the cupboard singing to me

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/03/2019 20:30

189 calories left. So by default haven't got Marcos.
Will get 15k steps and did body pump today too

Happierwithouthim · 15/03/2019 22:15

I thought we would weigh heavier after exercise?
