I'm down 2lbs for this weeks weigh in. This takes me to 29lbs lost all in, over 2 stone. Dh is back to work now after his surgery so for me this week is back to working out during ds2's nap time rather than watching netflix with dh. Hoping for a 3lb loss this week.

That is so so good zebra, your determination is inspiring. To lose 2lb a week your deficit is around 1,000 a day. To lose 3, that takes it up to 1,500. If you’re going to work out more, you might get hungrier- just something to bear in mind - it would be a shame to push yourself too hard and get exhausted or disheartened if the scales doesn’t cooperate. If you haven’t done already, take measurements and photos to compare month on month. The scales only tells one part of the story

My weight is back up to what it was last Monday so the challenge starts again to bring average down Hmm
I overate yesterday as I was super tired, stayed out too late Sat night
Exercise is planned for this week so it'll be back to normal and I've set my mfp back to 1600

Got a walk in despite the wet wet wet weather, stripped to naked after it kinda of wet but will have 13k steps going to bed so it was worth it Grin

Nice one happier, that’s a good investment on a Monday (blowing some crazy gale now though) Not far off the 15,009 but think trying to get those last few may wake me too much and I’ve an early start tomorrow. Whether I do the treadmill depends on if I naturally wake before 5.40 or so, any later I don’t have enough time. Alarm set for 6.10, I’d rather sleep if I can than run.

I'm 1.4lb up this morning. I'm not recording it because I know it's because I ate shit yesterday. I'm going to make up for it today and do some exercise after work.

Down to 158.6 this morning so my average is down to 159.4! I know it could be shortlived but I’m basking in it for now.
I feel very unwell to be honest, I had a horrible nights sleep and feel very off. No run as I was scared I’d come off the treadmill. Hoping a good dose of caffeine will help. Not too hungry after my veggie sausage sambo (highly rec Linda McC sausages, 16gr protein only 141 cals) and I think it mightn’t be too hungry a day anyway. Homemade veg soup and a chicken roll for lunch. Roll on home time, if I make it

Thanks @Not2bObvious that's good advice. I will keep in mind that i may need extra fuel for workouts and will see how I go. I think my weight loss is still more at the minute just due to the fact i have alot to lose. It will slow down eventually but im rolling with it for now. I would love another stone off before we go on our little holiday at the beginning of May so ive got just over 7 weeks to go, 2lb a week would get me there but im going to make sure im pushing myself each week and lose as much as possible.

I would be eating my own hand at this stage if that's all I'd eaten and biscuits were on my desk.

There's just apples and raspberries on my desk, there were two kiwis but I ate them!

Well I finish work at 3 and from 2pm until then I was having cuddles with my colleagues two week old baby 😍 I would have had one if I hadn't scoffed so many yesterday.

Dinner was burritos. I'm really low cal yesterday but was 500 over yesterday so want to make up for that.
