Yes I've had it before and liked it Smile

Spinning this morning...

lifelongfrugaleer · 10/03/2019 06:53

Today will be rubbish as it for carvery lunch. Will go for mostly meat and vegetables. There will be ice cream for afters.

WreckTangled · 10/03/2019 06:58

125.4lb average this week 0.6lb up from yesterday but definitely didn't drink enough.

Yum life! I've never been to a carvery.

Not2bObvious · 10/03/2019 07:59

Is that a loss on last week wreck? Thanks for the butternut curry feedback, enjoy your spinning. I’ve not weighed yet, being lazy on my phone, I’m fairly sure I’ll have a gain albeit minimal. Not sure of plans today, it’ll be weather dependent. I love a carvery and think them very macro friendly life, I’m also 30+ pound heavier than you so I’m questioning my thinking now...Maybe best to leave them off your list wreck😉

I think as long as the roasties and Yorkshire's are minimised it is very macro friendly. Also not too big a plate pile.

I'm gonna sort my shit out this week and do it properly. Even if it means eating the same everyday to hit macros and calories.

WreckTangled · 10/03/2019 08:14

0.8lb off last weeks average.

Not2bObvious · 10/03/2019 09:06

That’s incredible wreck, well done. I’m out for a jog, picking up the makings of a slow cooker roast. My Yorkshire’s are only 42 cals each from Aldi, 2 will do me

Well done Wreck

It’s official weigh in day here and I am happy to report a loss of 5/8 of a pound

Lots of walking today. Breakfast will be hot cross buns. Lunch will be a substantial picnic (in the rain) dinner is beef stew and mash followed by crumble and cream

Not2bObvious · 10/03/2019 09:57

I’m down a bit to 159.2, so my average is the same as last week at 160.1 - this has never ever happened before when I’ve had a few days away. I’m so pleased. Slow cooker beef with roasties and lots of veg for a late lunch, apple sponge with custard for afters.
Great work wolf, going in the right direction.

The dc are driving me mad so it's not going to be a good day calorie wise...

Happierwithouthim · 10/03/2019 14:11

I did got galaxy share bar to share with my cuz she's a chocolate fiend so I ate 240 cals & she ate the rest😃
This afternoon the reason why appeared Grin

Dinner was smoked chicken salad, steak veg & pepper sauce & dessert medley.
Drank 4 0% Cronin's cider also

No weigh in this morning so -0.1lbs is my result

Not2bObvious · 10/03/2019 14:24

That’s sounds tasty happier, I’m so hungry now. Rasher, egg, slice of thin ballymore crust toast and a pear so I’m more than ready for my roast. Should be sitting down at 3. Just started gale’ing & snow flurries here, any more steps will be on the spot. Have over 10,000 and hit my weekly target so rest will be taken.
Hope the kids don’t drive you too crazy wreck, mine for once are calm....for now

WreckTangled · 10/03/2019 15:42

Have decided against lasagne for dinner. Going to have a veggie burger in a bun with a side salad. Will be over calories by over 200 but still until maintenance so should be ok. Sigh. Feeling deflated and fed up today.

Mmm I love galaxy. Haven't had any for ages!

WreckTangled · 10/03/2019 16:09

The calories don't count if it's homemade do they? 😏

Not at all wreck. Looks yum.
Huge Sunday lunch. Mostly veg and lean meat. Chocolate brownie and ice cream for pudding.

Not2bObvious · 10/03/2019 16:59

That looks so nice wreck and of course the calories don’t count! Is it carrot cake? If yes you get a pat on the back for super healthy calorie free cake! My cake has apple in so clearly I’m now a healthy cook too. Really enjoyed my lunch and now relaxing with a v nice G&T which himself monopolises the TV with shouty afternoon sport. Thoroughly enjoying a lazy day

Happierwithouthim · 10/03/2019 19:29

I bought sunflower seeds to make sunflower seed cake seems like we're all baking Grin

Happierwithouthim · 10/03/2019 19:31

I want to eat but I'm not hungry I'm tired and over cals already, going to be in bed within the hour

WreckTangled · 10/03/2019 19:36

Yes it's carrot cake Grin yum.

Have made three chicken salads for lunch this week.

Not2bObvious · 10/03/2019 20:38

An early night sounds good happier, I keep trying to get a last few steps done but then feel drained. Done enough for this week. Really hope to get a good sleep tonight

OP posts:
WreckTangled · 11/03/2019 06:47

Morning. Weigh the same this morning as yesterday morning and after yesterday's spin and binge I'm pretty pleased with that. New week etc.

Not2bObvious · 11/03/2019 07:20

Weighed the same as Friday and my average is only up .1 this morning, that’s a brilliant start to the week. Had a great sleep too which is rare for a Sunday. Today will be a collection of walks to get my 15,000 steps, tomorrow I’ll do a run.
That’s a great start for you too wreck - hope everyone wakes in a good form ready to make this a great week? It’s around 3 months to what I’d consider summer, might be enough in my case to hit my initial goal (145lb, 160.2lb now)

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 11/03/2019 07:20

Right. I'm still in the 1,2s by the skin of my teeth. And no it's not building muscle Grin blobby, blobby.

Everything weighted and the week fitness planned until dh got called out so I can't more go tonight. FFS.
Aiming for 15k steps and 3 body pump classes.

You lot are doing great. I'm reinspired.

Wolfcub · 11/03/2019 07:25

A little over a 1/2 pound gain overnight, all things considered (wine) that’s not bad.

Breakfast will be hot cross buns
Lunch will be ham sandwich
Snack apple and almond butter
Dinner likely to be fish cakes and chips or something else a la freezer as it needs emptying Wednesday morning so it can be ready for the new one coming
