Dh is going out so I could do a HIIT session from YouTube but I really can't be bothered. I'm just going to binge Netflix.

God I could murder a bar of dairy milk. I don’t even really like chocolate. Good job there is none in the house. Need to stay out of the crisps and crackers though

Yesterday was a totally right off plus 1000 kal. 7.5k steps.
Woke up with a sore throat and snotty though.

I made the dc a chorizo and mozzarella toastie and am so jealous. Having a Bol soup which I shoved in the freezer about a year ago. MFP tried to tell me it's 350 cals when the tub clearly states 250 as does the website Hmm

Made curried sweet potato soup for lunches next week. It's so good! If I get six portions from it (which I think I will) then it's 160 calories per serving and cost pennies. The dc liked it too.

I’m a hungover mess today. My loss is .5lb - I think it would have been closer to .75-1lb only I had a big fluctuation at the start of the week.
Yes wreck I’d absolutely think you need to eat closer to your limit, doing the spin this morning surely burned a lot? You always sound like you’re on the go. Fuel is needed
Glad you’re feeling better life...yum chip shop chips, slobbering here. I was out for lunch but it didn’t really hit the spot - only sleep will cure me I’d say. Feeling rough

I'm really not on the go! I think I was so worried about going over today that I restricted a bit much. Also I would usually have a trek flapjack after spinning which is 200 calories but I have run out. I'll have some toast later as it's all we have really.

Hello all

I was at work all day so not as many steps today, around 6000 or so.

Todays food

B- Toast and cheese

Snack -Apple

L- pasta salad with red onion, cucumber and corn with a red pepper dressing. a choc orange cereal bar

D- chicken and broccoli curry with cauliflower rice and a mini naan bread

Had some peanut butter halo top after too so came in bang on calories. Hoping for a loss in the morning, will update then

Since last Monday I've lost 1.4lb. I'm usually up on a Monday too after spinning. Today's meals:

Homemade soup
Carrot sticks
Satsuma

Chilli and rice
