35 calories under for the day.

Giant cookie (colleague brought it for me!)
Pasta pesto
Alpen light bar
3 jelly babies (medicinal Wink)

A mini cinnamon roll

Vegan chicken style burger
Aldi lentil mix thing looked gross was actually nice
Rocket and yellow pepper
Skyr
Red grapes

Wolfcub · 05/02/2019 18:41

Evening all

Food today

Nature valley peanut breakfast bar
Skyr
Noodle bowl (very nice thank you Wreck I am glad I precooked the noodles)
Apple
Mediterranean veg with leftover roast ham, roast new potatoes and fried eggs

I need a big gin but I won’t have one

Not2bObvious · 05/02/2019 19:02

I’d love a big glass of wine but won’t have one either. I’ve eaten all my cals and could cheerfully snaffle a few hundred more so I think I need to take myself away from the kitchen. Might go up to bed and watch some weight loss programs on YouTube.

lifelongfrugaleer · 05/02/2019 19:44

Didn't make body pump as the day conspired against me.
Done my 10k steps. Hit macro and cal. Though our beef burgers which were still frozen when I grilled them were not cooked. Hope it's not Envy

Wolfcub · 06/02/2019 06:54

Food plan for today

Salmon and rice for tea
Probably noodles for lunch
Skyr for elevenses
If there’s enough bread for me and ds then toast for breakfast

I may have had some cheese and crackers and the corner off the block of marzipan last night Blush

WreckTangled · 06/02/2019 07:01

Mmmm marzipan!

The scales are not my friend. I've been sticking to my pathetic calories but I'm still more than I was this time last week. Maybe it's the carbs? definitely not the biscuits

Today:

I know there's another giant cookie waiting for me Blush
Lunch is pasta pesto

Dinner is either couscous or noodles with stir fried broccoli and bbq chicken

I do not know how you eat so little wreck, I’d be a crying mess! I know I’m a lot heavier than you but I can’t manage on less than 1700 - and I barely manage on that as is some days (that’s pure greed on my part though) Why aren’t you eating the 1200 at least?

WreckTangled · 06/02/2019 07:54

I think I am but mfp always takes the exercise off. Usually I'm 100 calories either side of 1200 I reckon

Not2bObvious · 06/02/2019 08:08

I don’t have my Fitbit linked to my mfp, nor do I add the calories back so the 1700 is exactly what I eat. Are you pretty sure your entries for food are accurate and you’re weighing food too? The fact will probably always be it’s just natural weight flux and at a low weight, losses will be slow. Painful though, I get that totally.

WreckTangled · 06/02/2019 08:10

No I'm not weighing food I really don't have time for that. I'm good with quantities though, I have to be to carb count for my insulin.

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 06/02/2019 10:57

Morning all.

Right I'm determined to post every day.
I'm home with dd2 as she has tonsillitis, one benefit of this is I got to make lovely creamy porridge earlier, it was lovely.
Steps yesterday were just over 6000, that was just going to the Drs and chemist.
Steps today will be really low.
Hope everyone has a good day.

zebrarobot · 06/02/2019 12:29

Hi everyone.

I've come on MN while ds2 is napping to have a look through some of the weight loss threads. I'm still counting calories and exercising but havent felt my usual motivation the last 2 days and I dont want to fall off the wagon! I came in just under cals last night.

Have planned today's food which so far looks like this

B- had 2 small slices of toast with 15g low sugar jam and 15g low sugar peanut butter shared between both (have been really craving PB so wouldnt usually have this but it hit the spot)

L- pasta n sauce pot with salad and some popchips (at work)

D- fajitas with 2 wraps, chicken, chunky peppers and onions and a mini corn on the cob on the side.

After this, i will still have just over 400 calories left from my 1700 allowance so will likely have a hot choc after dinner if i feel like something sweet.

Ive done my 10 min workout today too and so far on just under 5000 steps. We shall see how the day goes.

zebrarobot · 06/02/2019 12:30

@CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces
Hope dd is better soon! Tonsillitis is the worst.

zebrarobot · 06/02/2019 12:31

@wreck
Any chance its cycle related? From experience i know that this week coming i may maintain or gain as im ovulating. You might have a bigger loss next week?

WreckTangled · 06/02/2019 13:50

Hard to tell zebra because I'm on the mini pill so no pattern at all (and no ovulating supposedly!).

I've had lunch and am really craving something sweet but I need to get out of the habit so am having water instead.

Not2bObvious · 06/02/2019 17:44

Days going pretty good so far, early yet though! Did an hour on treadmill and with that and other walking I’m over 16,000 steps. And I’ve my treats planned so all excited for that😬

WreckTangled · 06/02/2019 17:50

I'm 71 calories under for today. Will try not to eat them later Grin

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 06/02/2019 18:52

Thank you zebrarobot.
Well steps today have been a grand total of 226, lol.
Food wise
B- porridge
L- salad in a multi grain wrap with hummus
D- 3 vegan sausages, mash and gravy

I haven't logged into mfp for a bit, so must start again

Not2bObvious · 06/02/2019 20:50

I’m on a 663 day streak on mfp - now I’ve said that I bet I’ll mess it up! Just made me think about how I used to track food before I started using it April 2012....And I’m still overweight, sob. Trying to remember how I tracked food before it🤔
Kitchen closed, in bed, 338 under for today. Might break close to even this week after my Saturday/Sunday splurge. Really hopeful for a lose by Sunday.
Hope your dd is improving curvy, I’ve suffered from tonsillitis all my life, but worse as a child. It’s miserable, poor pet

Wolfcub · 06/02/2019 20:56

Evening

Didn’t have any skyr but I have had some cheese and crackers and a low cal hot chocolate

WreckTangled · 06/02/2019 21:17

I caved. From tomorrow I'm avoiding all sweet stuff and bread. Will have skyr after dinner and that's it.

zebrarobot · 06/02/2019 21:24

Ive come in bang on cals tonight. Decided to have some cheese with my fajitas and then have had a weight watchers yogurt and a jaffa cake bar thing. Also had a diet coke with dinner so today has felt like a real treat.

Going to try having less carbs tomorrow though , noticed i had alot today.

What are good low carb but filling breakfast options? Im not keen on eggs so will generally have toast / bagel thin/ cereal etc.

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 06/02/2019 21:26

Thank you Not, this is the second time she has had it, the first time she was 18 months, roughly. She is now 8, I just hope it isn't a sign of things to come.
Dd has slept a lot, I have had to wake her twice to give her the antibiotics, but she seems a bit better now, but will probably go down again.
You poor thing, that must have been awful. My sister suffered as a kid, but she had her tonsils out in the end.
Wow a 663 day streak, that is impressive, the most I've got to is 86 days!

zebrarobot · 06/02/2019 21:29

@Not2bObvious what an amazing streak! Well done you! I keep thinking that logging my food is something that would keep me on track even when i am happy with my weight. Its so quick and easy to do. Im on 31 days which is the longest. My longest before was 28 days

Not2bObvious · 06/02/2019 21:39

I kind of wonder what happens if I ever get to goal & conquer my eating issues. Would I no longer need mfp? Then I get real, that day is far if not forever away.
How did you cave wreck? Just a glitch, go easy on yourself, maintenaning a calorie deficit is hard going
