Thanks life, I’ll be guzzling the squash all day. I’ve given up on plain water, I just can’t drink enough of it. But a very weak sugar free squash and I’m well able.
Lying in bed after getting up early to set up slow cooker. Starving

Wolfcub · 03/02/2019 09:42

So the official weigh in of the week puts me at about 1/2 a pound down rather than a full one but officially below 15st so yay!

Quite it’s lovely to see you. How’s the cycling to work when it’s icy, do you feel pretty secure?

WreckTangled · 03/02/2019 09:52

Well done wolf!

Was a bit icy in the gym carpark Hmm

Wolf
It wasnt icy then !
We seemed to miss the worst of it .
Thats why I walked when the snow came down, not risking it .

lifelongfrugaleer · 03/02/2019 13:24

I prefer squash not.
Well done on the sub 15
Body pump done. Currently cleaning the house but that is not many steps. Meh

WreckTangled · 03/02/2019 13:45

Will be a bit over today (110) but don't mind after the spinning. Have bought a sticky toffee pudding for later and custard 😋

So today:

Ready brek post spinning

Veg stir fry for lunch

Dinner will be cottage pie with roasted veg and then the above mentioned pudding.

Wolfcub · 03/02/2019 14:04

Sounds nice Wreck

Breakfast was fruit toast
Lunch was ham joint cooked in apple juice in the IP, mash, roasted root veg and Yorkshire’s. Flake dessert for pudding.

Dinner will be soup and toast

I haven't done any yoga since Wednesday. I'm finding it really hard to fit in so considering getting up thirty minutes earlier. Finding it difficult to persuade myself...Grin

zebrarobot · 03/02/2019 17:51

Ive seen a few of you mention yoga and I didnt fit in my usual workout today so decided to try it. Just did the yoga with adriene beginners 20 min one. Ive also been using Fit in 5 videos on sky one, and a kettlebell workout on youtube - body fit by amy, i think the channel is.
What other exercises are you all doing? Any workout videos you would recommend?

WreckTangled · 03/02/2019 17:53

I like the shred. Nice and easy. Prefer level 4 but it's not on YouTube. When I mean easy I don't mean it's not a hard work out but easy to follow and fit in

zebrarobot · 03/02/2019 17:56

Thanks @WreckTangled , i thought about the shred but then it went out of my head. Are the other levels on youtube? Is it 30 mins per day?

WreckTangled · 03/02/2019 17:57

Yes first and second are. I think it's actually 20 mins and if you don't have weights you can use tins of beans Grin

zebrarobot · 03/02/2019 19:13

I can only find it on youtube that you have to pay for? Is that right? Im sure i could get the dvds cheaper than £6.99 ? Might have a look on ebay

WreckTangled · 03/02/2019 19:14

Shock you're right they've got rid of it!

lifelongfrugaleer · 03/02/2019 19:18

I do walking and weights.
The Les mills workouts are good. Try youtubing body balance. Not sure how much is on at the minute

Not2bObvious · 03/02/2019 19:48

Fitness blenders are good too, free or at least they used to be

zebrarobot · 03/02/2019 21:15

Thanks all! Ive found a few and added to my workout playlist. Ive been trying to do something everyday on top of walking loads too.

Official weigh in for me tomorrow! When does everyone else weigh in?

WreckTangled · 04/02/2019 06:57

I weigh every day. Up again today but always am the day after spinning.

Got up at 6 and did 20 mins yoga.

Wolfcub · 04/02/2019 07:17

Zebra same as Wreck on the weighing but my “official” day is Sunday.

I’m up again to Wreck, post weekend bump but it’s not horrendous and definitely not as bad as last Monday’s so it’s all ok

Not2bObvious · 04/02/2019 07:56

I weigh daily, input it into the Fitbit app and then I take the average weight it gives me on Sunday’s. My weights up a fair jump too, should drop down by Wednesday, been a bit of a greedy guts this weekend.

WreckTangled · 04/02/2019 08:08

Yes I like Wednesdays it's when I see a real drop usually before it going back up over the weekend!

Happierwithouthim · 04/02/2019 08:54

Hi all - I was missing in action from Sat eve, yesterday was a write off and scales had a 4lb jump this morning, I'm not going to record today and tomorrow's weights on Fitbit app as I know it's just post alcohol bloat.

I'm down 4.4 lbs. this takes me to overall loss of 15.2lbs since 6th jan. i'm super pleased with this as its over a stone gone!

school run for eldest done so at 3834 steps so far and built up a sweat pushing the pushchair too!
I'm now going to sit and meal plan for the week

WreckTangled · 04/02/2019 10:30

Shockzebra tell me your secrets!

WreckTangled · 04/02/2019 12:36

Popped into a cafe for lunch and got curried sweet potato soup. Have had to guess the calories, was delicious though. Resisted their amazing honeycombs tiffins and now I'm grumpy because I really wanted one.
