Well done Happier

It wasn’t brisket it was stew/casserole so two slices of toast with just enough casserole for a thin layer on each

Whisky

Cake

ChristmasSeacow · 31/01/2019 21:25

SW weigh in tonight, 3lbs down. I was pretty good and helped out for 24 hours by the norovirus Grin. I have 1.5 lbs to lose to get to the 2.5 stone lost mark. I am going for it this week. I think I need to hold back a bit on the carbs... other than bread they’re not limited on SW but I can eat enormous quantities 🐷BlushGrin

WreckTangled · 31/01/2019 21:28

I love pasta but try to have half my plate filled with salad and then fill the other half with whatever pasta dish I'm having. I also use an older, smaller plate and eat the salad first. That's a great loss sea you've done so well Smile

Not2bObvious · 31/01/2019 22:53

2.8lb for me happier average wise. Although after today all bets are off! Arra it’s a new month

lifelongfrugaleer · 01/02/2019 06:18

Some great losses.

Wolfcub · 01/02/2019 07:19

Well done everyone. Apparently the scales like me on a Friday. If I weigh the same on Sunday after weekend food/drink I’ll be very happy as it would mean 1lb gone despite a difficult week

WreckTangled · 01/02/2019 07:38

I'm so close to getting under 9st. Today I need to avoid snacking but lunch and dinner are both low cal so could probably fit in some biscuits too Grin

Not2bObvious · 01/02/2019 07:55

That’s great wolf, hope you see the same or better on Sunday. Friday used to be my weekly weigh in day and it was generally good to me. Monday would be utter scutter, then I’d go hell for leather for the next 4 days to get a decent number so I could do it all again. If it wasn’t for weekends, I’d be a waif!
That’s amazing wreck, well done. I’m starting Feb at 161.2, and an average weight of 161.1 - I have a night out tomorrow so no weigh in on Sunday. Be great if the scales went down a bit tomorrow. I’d love to get even a third of pound off but this week seems to be balancing out after last weeks 2.2lb, that’s a really big loss for me so I can’t complain.

Wolfcub · 01/02/2019 15:28

Food so far.

Omelette, salad, skinny latte

Not2bObvious · 01/02/2019 16:19

I’m starving today and my calories are fast running out. My average cals this week is going to come in around 1860-1880, due to a splurge last Saturday & last night. But on the plus side, I’m not going out tomorrow night now so I should be able to stick to 1700. Food was meant to be Chinese & that would have been instant 3-4lb bloat that’d take 3 days to shift - dodged a bullet there.
Feel rotten, wine headache, self induced of course

Wolfcub · 01/02/2019 18:19

Right I’ve booked a class for next week and need to fit in my gym gear so if you see me near a biscuit or cake smack me.

I am having wine tonight though this week has been a bitch

lifelongfrugaleer · 01/02/2019 18:21

12.5k steps thus far, cals macros 95% there. Body pump at lunch
Craving sugar though.
Trying to make up for last 2 shite days. Though I am losing again

Happierwithouthim · 02/02/2019 11:33

1lb lost Grin

Great happier! Mine is 1.4lb average for the week. Which I'm pleased with as I haven't had a great week.

Not2bObvious · 02/02/2019 13:17

That’s brilliant happier, so close to the 150’s, won’t be long.
My average cals for the week was 1935 a day, going to be looking at a slight gain cause of flux.
Had pizza last night, so the scales shot up nearly 2lb which threw my average off. And I’m having Chinese tonight so I’m fubar’ed bloat’wise. Have to keep reminding myself it’s a marathon not a sprint. And the scales is just one measure and all the crap I remind myself of. One realisation I had was that I could lose weight 2 weeks in a row but I’d have to stick to plan 2 weeks in a row. Nope, can’t do that😂

Wolfcub · 02/02/2019 16:23

So far today cheese toastie and a flat white

Dinner is homemade chicken curry and naan

Pudding is coffee mousse and brownie also the other half of last night’s bottle of wine

zebrarobot · 02/02/2019 18:26

Today i had cereal with skimmed milk for breakfast. Then dinner of hm chilli with cauliflower rice and home made tortilla chips. Missed lunch altogether as i was out helping my mum with some errands that ended up taking 3 hours.
So it means more calories for tonight. Thinking i'll have a gin and diet lemonade and some popcorn tonight with a movie. Maybe even a jaffa cake or 2. Hope everyone's had a good day .

WreckTangled · 03/02/2019 07:28

Scales up again Hmm I need to drink more water and get my digestive system moving Blush

Going spinning in a minute not in the mood really.

Ggreengrass1 · 03/02/2019 07:32

Enjoy your spinning wreck
I need to get motivated again. This cold weather makes me feel like eating LOTSCake

lifelongfrugaleer · 03/02/2019 07:54

I'm at an all time low from the dropped calories.
Body pump this morning.
I've bit my steps 3/7 last week.

Come on wreck, let's do it

WreckTangled · 03/02/2019 07:55

And I forgot to shave under my arms. Post spin stretches will be fun Grin life 💪🏽**

QuiteFrugal2019 · 03/02/2019 08:23

Morning !
Dropped off MN for a bit this week.
Snow put paid to my usual exercise on Friday but swam every other morning 3 cycles in and one very snowy walk in .
Pancakes and berries for breakfast .
Need to make soup for lunches this week

Not2bObvious · 03/02/2019 08:33

Bad couple of days weigh in, frozen pizza & salty food have pushed the bloat up so I’m up .7 this week. Now 161.9 on average, was 161.2 last week. A bit frustrating but could be worse I suppose. It should drop down by midweek. Family over for Sunday dinner so that’s fairly ok calorie wise. I need to plan next weeks food. And then no deviation

lifelongfrugaleer · 03/02/2019 08:53

Meh. I quite often have hairy pits, especially towards the end of the week.

lifelongfrugaleer · 03/02/2019 08:53

Lots of water not. Flush the salt out
