Well done Happier. Not losing your shit definitely deserves a cookie Cake

Not sure what food will be today. I have liberated something random from the freezer but have no idea what it is. The only option is to eat it with rice I think as the cupboards are a bit bare.

Lunch might be soup and a cracker or three
There might be a slice of bread left for breakfast if not it’ll be skyr and dry cereal (I don’t like milk on it I’m not being a martyr)

I finished last night with some skyr and dried apricots

WreckTangled · 30/01/2019 06:53

Happier that sounds very restrained!

My scales are down again I'm really pleased 😁

Do you think stir fried noodles will keep ok in a food flask? That's what I'm planning on doing? Then dinner is veggie sausages with gigantic couscous with veg in

WreckTangled · 30/01/2019 06:54

Actually I'm not sure my food flask is big enough for a decent portion. Might have to nip into M&S

Happierwithouthim · 30/01/2019 08:08

No idea as we have good kitchen facilities at work wreck

I don't like milk on cereal either wolf I don't like the soggy texture Grin

I wanted the can of Ritz that was in the fridge but I'm out on Sat night so I'll just wait until then.

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 30/01/2019 08:18

That's none too shabby happier considering the day.

I'm eating bran, granola, and yoghurt. Also a soggy cereal hater.

Can you try it wreck but take something to supplement just in case?

WreckTangled · 30/01/2019 08:47

Nah I've been to M&S. the noodle thing is really low cal so I need a lot of it and it really would be counter productive as I would need more food. Will have to think of something else for tomorrow and next week.

Happierwithouthim · 30/01/2019 09:17

A second food flask maybe? Try it out at home first to see if it stays warm

OP posts:
WreckTangled · 30/01/2019 16:49

I think I'll just find something else to have, I don't suppose it would be that nice kept warm anyway Confused

Having a good day, had a slice of cake at the team meeting but still easily within calories. Have enough for a cream egg later too 😏

Wolfcub · 30/01/2019 18:14

Breakfast was two slices of toast and marmite
Lunch was omelette with port salut and saucisson sec

I am not telling you what’s for dinner but if you see my car bill on the other thread you will understand why

WreckTangled · 30/01/2019 18:19

Wolf don't blame you

Today:

1 malted milk
M&S orzo salad
Mango chunks
Slice of lemon drizzle (sliver)

Two veggie sausages
Giant couscous, broccoli and cauliflower
Skyr
Homemade ginger biscuit

Bit high on the sweet stuff but comes in at 1086 calories.

Also three black coffees and some water but not enough.

ChristmasSeacow · 30/01/2019 20:14

I saw it Wolf, Shock. If I’d got a big bill like that I’d have Wine for dinner Wink

I forgot to put my Fitbit on today so a bit annoyed, but I don’t think I broke any records (office day).

Eaten:

A cereal bar
Banana
Flask of hm minestrone soup
Pack of Itsu seaweed thins
Nectarine
Latte with semi-Skimmed Milk
About to have pasta with hm sauce made with low fat sausages, tinned toms and loads of veg (peppers, courgette, onion, mushrooms). And grated cheese.

I’ve made loads so will eat exactly the same tomorrow. It’s weigh day at SW so I’ll have the pasta after I’ve been weighed as I never eat dinner beforehand (no time).

Still have enough Syns for a good treat this evening too. Maybe some peanut butter halo top. Or a couple of marshmallow wafers.

lifelongfrugaleer · 30/01/2019 20:25

6500 steps jeeze.

Not2bObvious · 30/01/2019 20:34

Evening all, blooming freezing here so I’ve decided to take myself to bed with a hot water bottle. Not sure what went down with your car wolf, know these things have a tendency to beggar you, much sympathy.
Another decent day, just under 1600 cals and nearly 12,500 steps. I’m not pushing myself to do 15,000 at all these days. I’ve left my running gear ready for the morning. I haven’t ran since Sunday and the guilt is getting to me.

WreckTangled · 30/01/2019 20:50

Yoga done. I did a little time lapse video to watch and I'm quite pleased with how I looked. Ie I didn't fall over doing lunges Grinand I can actually cross my legs comfortably now

Ggreengrass1 · 30/01/2019 21:37

Well done wreck I didn't realise how inflexible I was getting until I tried to cross my legs a few weeks ago.
17k steps, but horrendous snacking again. I think I'm a stress eater!

WreckTangled · 31/01/2019 07:14

2oz down 🤣

Anyone else still got separated stomach muscles? Ds is 6 so I assume there's no hope for me. I can fit my fingers between them (two side) 🤢

Wolfcub · 31/01/2019 07:58

Morning all

Travelling with work today so food choices will be a challenge and there will need to be a skinny latte as I haven’t had a drink yet and I’m going to what I know will be a difficult meeting. If I have to do it without caffeine I will be tetchy

Dinner is yesterday’s freezer dive and rice but not until 9pm as it’s a bust evening

Will aim for something marks and Spencer’s in the middle

Not2bObvious · 31/01/2019 09:03

Didn’t manage to get a run in, too icy. But I did manage just over 3,000 steps jogging in front of the TV before I left for work at 6.45am. Feeling tired already, going to be a long day. Looks like I might hit my macros for the first time this week. Scales down to 160.8, average down by .1 so far. This won’t be a big weight loss week after 2.2 last week.

Happierwithouthim · 31/01/2019 09:21

Well we've the month of January down and everyone's still very committed, well done all.

My scales crept down another notch this morning too. I went over my cals by 80 last night, all good food just didn't weigh out the dinner and divided it into half between myself & dm, it was late and I was hungry Grin

Bootcamp done

Doing great on water this week but not great on fibre, think I'll eat quorn meal this evening to help with that, want a flat tummy for my night out Grin

wolf haven't read other thread yet but hope all's ok
wreck I've got a small bit of separation, my friend has more, possibly similar to you, she was told surgery is an option but she's not willing to risk it.

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 31/01/2019 11:47

That’s a good point happier, January all but done. I started the month at 165 and ending it around 161, so 4lb in 4 weeks - textbook pound a week. Can’t complain about that. And it’s 4 weeks to the last day in February so I’m interested to see where I am by then.

Wolfcub · 31/01/2019 15:07

Not doing too bad on the food front I think

Mushroom and emmental toastier about 460 cals
Cocoa Bircher
Skinny latte
Lots of tea

Dinner will probably be some pulled brisket maybe with a slice of toast, that’s assuming I’ve guessed the mystery meal correctly

I’ve bought ds a sandwich to eat in the car between appts as it’s too much to ask him to wait to 9pm to eat and just risks and emergency mcds trip.

Wreck I have a permanent vertical dint type thing down my belly since ds is that the sort of thing you mean. Doesn’t matter how many sit ups or planks I do it stays. I also have a cracking section pouch so I’m a proper sight!

WreckTangled · 31/01/2019 15:16

Yes wolf exactly that! I used to have a point in the top half of my stomach when doing sit ups but those muscles don't seem as bad now it's the ones below my belly button Confused

Today so far:

Couscous salad
Alpen light
Creme egg Blush

Dinner is homemade sausage meatballs in homemade tomato sauce with pasta. Yum.

lifelongfrugaleer · 31/01/2019 17:27

Macros all on point. Steps rubbish as day at my desk all day writing a report

Not2bObvious · 31/01/2019 17:41

Having a hungry day and over cals already🙄
Will very likely be a maintenance day, tiredness just blew through my resolve

Happierwithouthim · 31/01/2019 18:56

Ive 4lbs lost from highest weight to today's weight but weekly average is down 2.6lbs overall.

I think my shape has changed though.
Well done not2
