Hello All!
Wreck I think you have a point there .
I have Saturdays as my treat day only.
Sometimes I wont even want it (usually a Magnum ) but it stops me obsessing .
Potato farl ,grilled bacon and tomato
Falafel wrap
Clementine
Dinner will be a sausage bake with salad.
Batch cooking that so will make several freezer portions.
Im tired today Sad

Ggreengrass1 · 19/01/2019 15:30

30 mins run this am with dogs. Weighed myself gained 2lbs. Sad Its my evening snacking!!! So going to try extra hard to snack healthily. When I'm tired I snack loads. 16k steps today so far.
jam you are wonder woman I'm in awe. Have you always run.
I need to go back to Pilate's, thought I'd be motivated to do posture exercises myself, but other stuff takes over.

Wolfcub · 19/01/2019 17:12

Quite it is lovely to see you.

2 slices toast and marmite
Pack of salmon and prawn nigiri (206 cals)

When I’ve picked ds up I will make curry. Having naan rather than rice because I can’t be bothered

I will also be having a glass or two of wine.

lifelongfrugaleer · 19/01/2019 19:32

500 cals over as didn't go for low cal drinks also over ate. Didn't hit macros.
It's one day. I go out drinking 3 times a year. This is 1

WreckTangled · 19/01/2019 19:34

I'll be back to it tomorrow. Spinning in the morning too.

QuiteFrugal2019 · 19/01/2019 20:10

Thanks Wolf
Ive got hip pain ,actually lots of hip pain and I have no idea why .
Im ready for January to be over now Sad

Wolfcub · 19/01/2019 20:21

Ah I Quite that’s a bugger I know that can be decidedly grim and tireing . January is my most hated month of the year it always feels like a struggle. I agree with roll on February. We’d all love to see you back on t’other thread, no pressure but just so you know

Wolfcub · 19/01/2019 21:37

Hmm a couple of glasses of wine may have become most of a bottle. Good job the food side of today has been sensible.

Not2bObvious · 19/01/2019 22:29

Phew made it through today and stuck to my cals...what’s rare is wonderful! Just over 13,500 steps. Oh the wine just goes down too easy wolf, I budgeting for 3 small glasses. And for once I stuck to it (eh trying to make up for yesterday’s sins) I find a glass of tonic with lemon or lime is a good enough distractor. I’m employing a new tactic, I’m allowed 20% of my cals in treat/junk food a day. So I’m going to stick to that rigidly & if I’ve cals left and I’m still hungry, I have to eat something on the more nutritious side of the fence. In theory I’m trying to weed out the greed.

lifelongfrugaleer · 20/01/2019 06:40

Good plan not2.
Feeling a bit hungover this morning #lightweight.
Lots of water and good food required

WreckTangled · 20/01/2019 07:09

I got confused when my alarm went off this morning. Need to shower before I go spinning as my hair is all greasy (have to wash it every day AngryBlush) just having a coffee first.

Not2bObvious · 20/01/2019 07:42

I can’t imagine washing my hair before spinning wreck, I think I must be proper muckyBlush The thoughts is have to wash it again after would kill me. But then I’m only clinging onto my mop these daya, thin & moulting Barnet I have.
Hope the hangover isn’t too bad life, a decent feed might help cure you. And if you can bear a big walk to get some air that can help.

WreckTangled · 20/01/2019 08:11

I don't usually but it was just embarrassing Grin

Happierwithouthim · 20/01/2019 08:12

Wreck I think that's what made me sick this week washing my hair before exercise!

WreckTangled · 20/01/2019 08:26

No way?! 😂 I was almost sick last week as it was!

Happierwithouthim · 20/01/2019 08:55

Yep or it could be not getting to change out of my sweaty clothes for about 45 mins or an hour after exercise

WreckTangled · 20/01/2019 09:22

I'm done. I'm alive. My chest hurt again, I can't work out if it's because I have a bit of a chesty cough or if I'm just really unfit

Wolfcub · 20/01/2019 09:53

Not sure why I seem to have chosen to say on Sunday after a weekend of drinking but hey ho. 1 lb down

Happierwithouthim · 20/01/2019 10:49

Well done wolf

Great loss everyone. Scales tell me I've stayed the same which isn't surprising given the 1000cals of chocolate I ate yesterday Grin

Yoga done too now.

Not2bObvious · 20/01/2019 11:00

Excellent work happier, and congrats on the pound wolf
I’m up .6, as expected. I probably got away a little lightly!

lifelongfrugaleer · 20/01/2019 12:43

Excellent work.
I would say sitting in sweat gym kit happier.
Up today as expected. It's one day, still tending down on the graph

WreckTangled · 20/01/2019 12:51

Today so far have had:

Trek bar
Bol curry thingy
Skyr yoghurt

Lots of protein there.

Dinner is going to be a ham hock and leek frittata with salad. Should end the day having 83g protein. I don't count macros like some of you but I know I should eat more protein.

Wolfcub · 20/01/2019 16:30

Today so far:

Bacon sandwich which I didn’t enjoy
Two slices of toast with sobrasada
Chicken pie mash and veg for tea

Unescorted · 20/01/2019 16:57

Evening - despite my best efforts to eat like a hog. It appears that I have got to 73.8 kg. That is 1.2kg loss. Skipping breakfast is making a difference.

I went to be healthy for dinner today (having had a Danish for lunch) - and all the salad stuff is frozen. Wolf it has caught your fridge / freezer's problem.
