This was dinner!

I don't have breakfast either. It's an extra 300+ calories I can manage without. Plus I don't have much time in the morning.

Great loss unescorted

God that's a shit photo Blush sorry guys. It looked much nicer irl Grin

Not2bObvious · 20/01/2019 18:07

Well I’m out of calories so it’s going to be a longgggg evening. But feck it, it’s fine, black tea will suffice. Got 40 minutes on the treadmill so it’s something done for the day. 2 days on track

Wolfcub · 20/01/2019 18:09

Nowt wrong with that photo Wreck, give yourself a break lass

Massive achievement Inescorted, well done

A few peppermint creams may have inveigled themselves into my life this afternoon

lifelongfrugaleer · 20/01/2019 18:20

Well done unescorted.
Looks lovely wreck.

I'm disheartened. Putting up a bed and moving furniture = still shite steps.
Stepping at the pool = not recorded
Veg haggis is pants for protein so miles out.
Chocolate = in my mouth - le yum

Start again tomorrow

Not2bObvious · 20/01/2019 18:56

You’re probably a bit low from the slight hangover life, lots of activity by the sounds of though - steps are only a measure. But of chocolate has been earned

Not2bObvious · 20/01/2019 18:56

Bit not but

lifelongfrugaleer · 20/01/2019 19:47

Thanks, probably.
I've asked for a new fit bit for my birthday

northender · 21/01/2019 06:25

Got my steps in yesterday. Back to work today. Gym on way home from work.

WreckTangled · 21/01/2019 06:50

Another lb gone! Well sort of. I ignore the points and just look at the whole pounds. Starting weight (when did I start? Jan 2nd?) 9st6 now 9st2. Would prefer a 2lb a week loss but never mind.

Not2bObvious · 21/01/2019 07:51

Down to 162 this morning, a pound lighter than Friday. I love when that happens, very very rare but a sign I’ve kept to my calories & not overdone the drink/crisps over the weekend. This is my lowest post Christmas weight too.
To lose a pound when you’re already low weight wreck is really fab. Do you have a goal weight in mind?
Haven’t heard if my yoga is on, I’m pretty sure it is but I don’t know if I want to go. It’s on so late, was nearly 10pm getting home last week. Although it does stop me eating after dinner on Mondays, too many downward dogs to risk a cheeky biscuit. Today’s going to be a walk as much as possible everywhere to get my steps

WreckTangled · 21/01/2019 07:53

My perfect weight is 8st3 but I would be happy with 8st7. (I'm short and a petite build).

Since starting yoga I've gone from being about to touch my toes for a second to being able to bend down and hold my fingertips and thumb on the ground Grin

Happierwithouthim · 21/01/2019 08:49

And there was you wreck thinking you weren't making any progress with yoga, well done.

not2 lovely to see a low weight on a Monday. It's a sign of sticking to a good routine at the weekend. I saw exact same weight as last monday morning, I only drank 900ml of water yesterday and ate late and went over by 200cals, back to business again this morning.

30 mins bootcamp done
Spinning class tonight and food is mapped out for the day also.

life my fitbit needed charging yesterday morning, I spent Sat in my pjs barely moving why didn't I charge it then? Got 5854 steps yesterday from 1.30pm but in the morning I did loads and went swimming too so I'm counting that as a 10000 day SmileWink
Sounds like your garmin is playing up can you troubleshoot it with them?

HaloStarGoing to smash this week gals HaloStar

Well done Not2 and Wreck

I’m not even discussing what the scales said for me thing morning Sad

Breakfast. Pain au chocolate and Skyr

Lunch will be salad and sobrasada on toast

Dinner is something unidentifiable from the freezer. Depending what it is it will either be served with rice or cous cous

Ggreengrass1 · 21/01/2019 13:22

Well done on your weight loss everyoneSmile
I'm going to borrow you attitude happier and smash it this week.
Off to walk dogs, then to lidl for skyr.

WreckTangled · 21/01/2019 14:13

I love Skyr. Aldi have it in at the moment too.

Don't worry wolf today is a new week Smile

ChristmasSeacow · 21/01/2019 16:14

Do you all weigh yourselves daily? I only weigh once a week (well twice really - my sw weigh in is Thursday night, I usually weigh myself first thing Thursday morning too out of curiosity!) . I think if I weighed daily I’d be disheartened - it’d move too slowly and any natural fluctuation upwards that didn’t feel ‘deserved’ would make me think ‘fuck it’!

Not much to report. Steps are always down over the weekend - 8k ish per day for me. Eating has been okay- I’ve not eaten anything that I shouldn’t but I’m not sure I got enough veg in on Saturday either. I did better yesterday. Today has been okay so far. I have leeks, chicken thighs and lean bacon for dinner, need to decide what to turn it into.

Not2bObvious · 21/01/2019 16:19

A few of us do follow the average weigh in method, weigh every day, enter into the Fitbit app and get the average weight on a Sunday. And it’s exactly for the fluctuation reason, one super salty meal can mess up the week if only looking at 1 day. But if the once a week works for you, then that’s brilliant.

Ggreengrass1 · 21/01/2019 16:47

I am weighing myself daily, some people have told me not to for the reasons you say, my weight does go up and down, but it helps me to stay on track, i shove the number in my garmin, but whatever works for you sea
Have resisted a cherry bakewell so feeling virtuous!!

WreckTangled · 21/01/2019 17:17

I do. Keeps me focused.

Food today:

Alpen light

Homemade veggie curry
5 dark chocolate orange segsations Grin

Homemade burrito with green salad
Skyr yoghurt

I make that 162 cals remaining. May or may not eat them.

Wolfcub · 21/01/2019 17:49

Sea those ingredients scream pie to me

WreckTangled · 21/01/2019 18:03

I would either do a 'creamy' pasta dish or a pie but with a mash topping. I'm not keen on pastry unless it's a Greggs sausage roll

northender · 21/01/2019 19:19

Gym after work today. Fitbit says 350 calories burned. Eaten fairly well.

Not2bObvious · 21/01/2019 19:42

I’m struggling with whether to go to yoga or not. I said to my instructor I would so I might just go, but it’s so yuck out. Not a huge fan of it, just thought it would be good to quieten the noise. Slightly worried my chilli con carne will generate too much noise when I’m downward doggingBlush
Doing grand today which is pleasing, my snacks throughout the day were Greek yogurt & a nutty protein bar and really helped me to avoid chocolate/crisps. Although I did have a small treat after dinner (finger of fudge, 2 small choc chip cookies)

lifelongfrugaleer · 21/01/2019 21:28

It's an old Garmin do might be on its last leg. I may try and see what they suggest.

Macros bang on. 100 Cal left but the nice ice cream is in the other freezer and it's cold and wet out.
13400 steps so need a bit of a jig about.
No gym today.
