I will try peanut butter one. Not over struck on the caramel one. (Halo top)

lifelongfrugaleer · 16/01/2019 21:06

Great steps quite.
12,300 today.

Need to increase steps though tomorrow will be bollocks due to work travel.

Happierwithouthim · 16/01/2019 21:37

I love peanut butter but don't like halo top pb ice cream Shock
Strength workout at bootcamp
Steps only at 6k though

Macros hit & 81cals left, I'm always over on fat rather than carbs so this is unusual for me

I have had a very lazy day - but I did manage to avoid the office chocolates.

Happierwithouthim · 17/01/2019 06:14

wow Jasmin Paris

She is amazing. 11hours off the overall record. To put it in context - the Spanish and Irish men in 2nd &3rd were on course to beat the course record too. Unfortunately the Spaniard had to pull out overnight only 4-5km from the end. I will let you know what happened there when I find out.

The weather has been really foul with runners retiring due to hypothermia.

Jasmin is expressing at the check points because she is breastfeeding.

In other news I now weigh 74.2kg the bike no breakfast combo. I am "healthy" weight apparently. Just. Today could be challenging because I am working from home

WreckTangled · 17/01/2019 07:17

I ended up going over by almost 200 cals yesterday. I needed chocolate.

Today should be ok. Left over vegan curry for lunch and dinner is jacket potato with tuna and cheese.

Happierwithouthim · 17/01/2019 08:04

Unescorted I was mega impressed with her expressing at every stop and feeding her one year old too, I'm always touched by bf stories.

That was a massive reduction on overall record. Must see who was the Irishman who came in one of the top places.

We're almost the same weight, mine is 73.48kg when I convert it, so you're much much taller than me.

Today's dinner is unplanned - might eat out because we've a lot of stuff on this afternoon, will see. I've 687 cals left for it. Dc like subway maybe I could get a subway takeaway for everyone and then we could eat in car between activities. Caloricdefisteph inspired! She fitted a footlong into her macros the other day.

wreck Richie Howey actually says to allow yourself extra calories for totm and then it's controlled and doesn't feel like a binge, I've introduced that theory and it definitely keeps it in hand.

Scales up a smidge but still 162’ish although my average is up .5lb, still 3 more days to make a dint in last weeks average of 162.8
Yes allowing those extra few cals for totm is a godsend. Now to keep it to 200-300 and not 800-1000 like I did on TuesdayBlush
Couldn’t manage the treadmill this morning but I did trot on the spot & got 2000 in the bank. I’ll get 30 mins at lunchtime, and 40 mins after work. That is the plan anyway

Wolfcub · 17/01/2019 08:44

Scales are down here to 15.2 and 3/4 They were slightly better than that yesterday.

Pain au chocolate for breakfast
Mushroom soup and a bap for lunch
Baked potato for dinner most likely with cheese to try and get rid of more Christmas leftovers

Either wine or whisky after I pick ds up from his activity at 9pm

WreckTangled · 17/01/2019 13:16

Thanks happier that's a good way to think Smile

Ggreengrass1 · 17/01/2019 14:55

Hi, found you, thanks. Back from work, have taken dogs for afternoon walk, 13769 steps so far, I've started parking just less than a mile from work to make sure I exercise more. Going running with dh in a couple of hours ( he loves running , I don't feel the joy, he's doing couch 25k with me. On week 8.) Anyway trying to stave off the munchies with a satsuma and tea! Sorry I haven't read back properly. My goals are to loose 14lbs, get do I can run 5 km in 35 mins or less. And work on my terrible posture!!!Smile

northender · 17/01/2019 16:19

Smoothie for breakfast again
Scone when out meeting friend
Soup and toastie for lunch
Not sure what's for tea yet. 6494 steps so far

Unescorted · 17/01/2019 18:01

No exercise, crap food choices. Tomorrow is another day.

WreckTangled · 17/01/2019 18:05

Probably over by 100 cals or so. Hard to work out lunch as homemade veg curry. I've got an awful headache Sad

Going out for lunch tomorrow so will probably have a bad day!

Wolfcub · 17/01/2019 18:16

Had onion chutney in my baked potato with my cheese

I neeed Wine. Have to wait until after 9 though as I need to drive to pick ds up

Justanothermile · 17/01/2019 18:21

Evening. Been a busy couple of days.

Jasmin Paris is incredible, such an inspiration. Just shows you what a can do attitude can produce. The expressing at each checkpoint station was just 'wow'!

Yesterday
Egg on toast
Left over risotto.
Home made veggie broth, slice of bread
Couple of falafels and a hard boiled egg, some dark chocolate as a snack.

Exercise was a 9 mile run and 2 dog walks so steps were over 32k😂
Two dog walks gives me a base level of 12k steps it has to be noted.

Today.
Avo on toast.
Scrambled eggs on toast
Broth again and some oven chips.
Snacks - some falafels and a piece of home made brownie.

Exercise - interval training at the track and a PT session. Both hard and I'm goosed.
Steps are about 21k

Justanothermile · 17/01/2019 18:22

Move on unescorted, don't dwell - terein lies guilt and a spiral. ❤️

Justanothermile · 17/01/2019 18:22

*therein

Wolfcub · 17/01/2019 19:01

Four mini cheese twists (100 cals).

lifelongfrugaleer · 17/01/2019 19:16

Tomorrow will be better unescorted.
Did well considering been traveling today. Walked to and from the station. Currently on 13.7k steps and all in macros. Have about 100 Cal to spare. Hungry though

Not2bObvious · 17/01/2019 19:38

Managed (so far) to stick to my extra 200 cals and on just over 12,000 steps. I’ll give it a final push and try get another few hundred in. I’m going out tomorrow so I’ll have to try keep cals low during the day. It’s a gastro pub and nothing incredibly calorie friendly so I’ll have to just eat a bit less. The rest of the weekend will be pretty light

Unescorted · 17/01/2019 20:30

jam I thought that you were coming around to my way of spelling.
