4 egg omlette for lunch from my local bakers. She even weighted the cheese and ham for me so I could track it. On the bacon butty grill so I got the crispy bits and bacon taste. Le yum

I'm knackered, moved furniture, shampooed biggest bedroom carpet, moved furniture back, team round after poorly DC, walked to school and back twice (which to be fair is about 500 meters) emusioned my bathroom and deep cleaned dd bedroom and the bathroom.
How is that only 7596 steps. FFS. Gonna put my tracker on my dominant hand.

I'm fucking knackered

Happierwithouthim · 15/01/2019 17:05

Couldn't be life
I went to bootcamp - 20/25 mins of class, went to work and sat all day and I've 3000 steps.

Oh and I unlocked a plug hole

Wolfcub · 15/01/2019 17:55

Also had a pic-a-pac of cereal, no milk as needed to be eaten with one hand over keyboard.

Tea will be gnocchi, pesto and garlic bread. I have to admit whilst I’m not actually hungry I can tell I need food

Operation empty the freezer is going well so far

Wolfcub · 15/01/2019 17:55

Bloody hell Life you’ve been busy

WreckTangled · 15/01/2019 18:18

Not a great day but within calories

Alpen light
Homemade soup
M&S cookie mmm
Spag bol
High protein yoghurt

Justanothermile · 15/01/2019 18:30

Well...now one or two of you have said stay...😁

wolf - I'm rarely feel hungry too, but I agree that's very different to not needing food. Once I've eaten, I change completely and realise this, so I tend to eat now whether I'm hungry or not (within reason).

Food
Avo on toast
Jackfruit wrap, three falafels, some 'hummus crisps'. Small piece of homemade brownie.
Chickpea, cauliflower and mushroom curry with rice (not eaten yet but seems quite spicy).

Don't think I've snacked but I often do!

Ran for an hour, so seven miles and done stretching and abdominal exercises, stretched the definition of lunch hour a bit really.... About 19,000 steps. Having spaniels seriously boosts my step count though to be honest, they have to be walked whatever.

I'm not surprised your goosed life, that's a hell of a list of big stuff you've done. Sit the hell down now.

Unescorted · 15/01/2019 18:46

Another day of cycling today- tomorrow I will be in the car because I don't have anywhere safe to keep my bike on site visits. Hurrumph.

Lunch was leftovers ..... exciting life I lead.

ChristmasSeacow · 15/01/2019 18:54

Crikey Life, time to sit down!

Someone needs to stop me snacking... I don’t know what’s got into me. I haven’t snacked much but there’s not much ‘frre’ food I can eat apart from fruit and I really don’t fancy it. The couple of bits I’ve already had are going to take me over my allowance for the day.

I blame Lonely actually as one of my nibbles was a teeny tiny bit of her flapjack. Diet kryptonite.

ChristmasSeacow · 15/01/2019 18:54

Yes stay Jam. Though I must admit I do miss hearing about your meat meals - they gave me good ideas Wink

Unescorted · 15/01/2019 18:58

He has form for this and actually finished them yesterday so 4 per day .
I have given him a bollocking and pointed out they were for both of us.
I wont be buying anymore "nice"Hmmapples this week as its not in the fuckingbudget AngryAngryAngry

Justanothermile · 15/01/2019 19:21

I’m more like perspiration than inspiration😂

The apple thing is a DS trick quite and pisses might right off too.

QuiteFrugal2019 · 15/01/2019 19:26

Im Shock that he has done this AGAIN .
16 pieces of fruit is utterly ridiculous but its the fact he knows it is for both of us .
Grrrrrr
Of course berries, melon, mandarins left untouched as he would have to chop or peel themHmm

WreckTangled · 15/01/2019 19:28

Quite I would be fuming! It's such hard work sticking to a budget whilst being healthy and things like that make you wonder why you bother Angry

QuiteFrugal2019 · 15/01/2019 20:15

This is a pattern of behaviour Wreck
He once ate 6 sausages out of the pan of 10 while I was mashing potato.
It was a meal for 5 🤔
Anyway words have been had .

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/01/2019 20:21

Ha ha I went to body pump and Sainsbury's too.
Sitting down now trying halo top ice cream as it was on offer. Up to 11 1/2 k steps. Will leave it now and go back to 15 tomorrow as I'm in the office so will walk there and back.

I would be fucking livid too quite.

Unescorted · 15/01/2019 21:40

Quite you have my sympathy. Mine also do the trick of eating one fruit for ages and then suddenly not eating it for no reason so it all goes off.

life I feel I have done a work out just reading your list of activity Grin
