Wolfcub · 14/01/2019 12:30

Argh Life I’m not sure I could resist. Mushroom soup and a bap for lunch here.

Happierwithouthim · 14/01/2019 12:51

I don't like chipper fish. There were 2 chips left so I scoffed them.

lifelongfrugaleer · 14/01/2019 13:35

All gonna go to hell tonight as have to eat out as won't be about to use my kitchen

Happierwithouthim · 14/01/2019 14:08

You can still make ok choices, but I suppose that depends on the venue you go to!

I ate my breakfast a bit later this morning so didn't feel like my mid morning snack and have just had lunch, exact same food as yesterday except yesterday I'd two bacon medallions with my breakfast and today I didn't and had an apple with my lunch today and didn't yesterday, I'm a lot less hungry today than yesterday, guess that's the difference between sitting all morning and yesterday when I ran 4.5miles. I'll be glad of the extra later on tonight though after doing spinning and going to a meeting. Might try fuel my spinning with some all bran today to see if carbs before exercise makes a difference. Just remembered I forgot my sports bra too so I'm going to have to use my regular bra Sad

I think if I was eating out I would just have whatever and make sure I had a good day afterwards.

Today I've had 1/2 a Costa lemon muffin and homemade soup. Dinner is stir fry.

Happierwithouthim · 14/01/2019 16:09

Yesterday I didn't check out 6 pieces of Lo Dough for £14 as the shipping to Ireland was another £7 but today I used Parcel Wizard for the order. Each piece will cost me €3.35 but at 39calories for a pizza base I had to try them once

Yoga done ✅

Interested to know what it's like happier!

Happierwithouthim · 14/01/2019 17:24

Hope they're not a gigantic waste of money Hmm

I haven't read any reviews but hopefully they're good.

Quorn stir fry for dinner. No one liked it (I did). Dh says he doesn't like quorn but I'm really going off meat. Not sure what to do I don't want to cook two separate meals and I'm fed up of doing dinner to cater for everyone else's wishes.

Anyway had some yoghurt for pudding and am within my cals. Need to drink more water.

lifelongfrugaleer · 14/01/2019 18:08

Got a Sainsbury's healthy range Thai curry. Gonna be in Cals, fibre bit down on protein.
Some steps to make up as WFH.

Do report back happier

Justanothermile · 14/01/2019 18:21

Here some of you are!!

I'm so glad to see you lonely❤️

Okay - I've no weight to lose, but the exercise and cooking I can tick off.

Won't bother you all but I'm glad to read. X

lifelongfrugaleer · 14/01/2019 18:46

Hey jam, bother away. Always welcome
Checked my steps and look at this

Evening all. Made a cross between naan and scones to go with tonight’s curry, trying to use up what’s in and not buy anything so it was a bit of a make it up as you go along job.

So today

Pain au chocolate
4 dried apricots
Mushroom soup and a bap
Chicken chickpea and spinach Curry and flat-things Grin

Lots of cups of tea

Had a very long work day and it’s not over so I’ve done no exercise. No conference calls either so no pacing. Will plank and physio in a bit when my dinner has gone down

Wolfcub · 14/01/2019 19:05

Woo well done Life

Unescorted · 14/01/2019 20:31

I did the bike ride to the station into a head wind in 16 minutes. I wasn't even trying to go for a land speed record. Maybe my legs have rested over the weekend. I didn't time the way back.

I also hit my other target of making it to lunch before eating...but I may have had to inhale the chips. I had a smaller amount of dinner of homemade Chinese banquet - & I let everyone else eat the crispy duck. (will power Mach 10).

lifelongfrugaleer · 14/01/2019 20:37

I've binged on 19 calories of high protein ice cream. I'm converted.

Unescorted · 14/01/2019 21:46

I have been dot watching...

live.thespinerace.com/

This is a running race, off road for the length of the Pennine Trail. Jasmin Paris is leading .....overall. She is amazing. When I grow up I want to be her.

Happierwithouthim · 14/01/2019 21:47

Massive binge life Grin

That is very pleasing indeed Life. I noticed this last month, I got DH to fetch me things from the kitchen for the next hour so I didn’t spoil it Grin

Hey Jam!

Stuck to SW Plan today and managed an okay 13,100 steps but didn’t eat nearly enough veg. Lunch was also snacky, small and far too late due to work. Must do better tomorrow.

I do love a nice number sea.
I know happier. Run out now though.
Day of decorating and washing carpets today. No gym as workmen here

WreckTangled · 15/01/2019 06:49

O2 priority have got the new Fitbit on offer for £97. Wish I had £97 Hmm

Also I weighed more this morning than I have for the last few days Angry

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/01/2019 07:42

That's a good price wreck. I don't have £97 either.
Weight will be up from spinning. Drink plenty water. Your muscles will be repairing.

Happierwithouthim · 15/01/2019 08:25

I topped off my calories with 2 Chocolate Hob Nob Thins last night they're 31cals each, have ye seen them? Think I'd like to leave room in my cals for one each night just as a well done today kind of thing Grin

My fitbit is not syncing and options are to delete app and lose data or do a reset while connected to charging cable so going to wait for that option at home this evening.

That's a great price wreck I'd wearable envy last night at spinning, woman in front of me had a beautiful watch type tracker.

Great to see you here too Jam you've still got fitness and nutrition in mind so perfect place to hang out Grin

She is amazing. When I grow up I want to be her. Love it unescorted
