I started Monday with my partner doing it too and we have both lost 5lb since Monday 😁😁 It has spurred me on to keep going as I’m desperately trying it to give in to any cravings!! Hope your all having a good day!

So how many calories a day is it meant to be if you are having 2 shakes and a meal?

I have 5 weeks to lose as much as I can then I plan to lose the rest at a much slower pace..I just don't know how many cals my meal should be?

Some great losses though so well done!

I can't go back to see any names now I've started typing on my phone but to the pp who gained a lb have you tried writing down EVERYTHING that passes your lips for a few days? Maybe seeing it written down might highlight if you are going wrong. You shouldn't gain if you are minus cals so something might be off.

Madame that was me. I have a Fitbit so use the app and but EVERYTHING on there. Yesterday didn’t eat anything in the evening and finished on 915, no idea how I did that, I definitely think the heat.

So I have gained 1lb for sure. I was hoping my scales were off and bought a new pair yesterday but nope both the same... I’m worrying there’s something wrong with me now!

But llmb our weight fluctuates daily naturally anyway, due to gut contents, hydration & our hormones too. So daily weighing isn't always helpful; be patient & do it weekly instead.

Maybe you could Kickstart your metabolism a bit with more movement or more liquid, fruit or veg?

Iv always drunk plenty of water, other than a coffee first thing water is all I drink..... as a vegetarian I do eat a lot of vegetables....

I reckon on average around 1200 cals a day. Main meal should be 600 cals. Can’t remember who asked x

How has everyone's day been?
Hope you've kept hydrated in Day 1 of the Famous Heatwave of 2018!
I almost enjoyed my Summer Strawberry shake & banana at lunchtime Grin & am definitely enjoying ending the day on 1,600 kcal (is there a 'smug face'? If so, I own it today!)

Still here, too!
Strawberry shake & some 0% fat cottage cheese for lunch (well, it was going out of date!)
Bit concerned about tonight - not a bbq but we have another family over for food & alcohol. I think I can get away without too much food, but feel my willpower disappearing already when it comes to the booze!

I'm having a day off today as I'm in a foul mood and meeting up with bil and sil who I like but nearly every sentence is rude or judgemental and I can't trust myself to be around them and hangry.

Last night I did v well on food but think I may have sneaked into triple figures for the day with a long mojito & a bottle of prosecco. It was jolly good tho!
