Is anyone planning on starting exante? I have 4.5 stone to loose and thougjr exante may help me loose a little. If you have tried exante and succeeddd feel free to share any tips you have.

You are describing me too! I tried the Cambridge Diet and lost loads! A friend has done Exante and days the shakes etc are almost identical to Cambridge but significantly less money! Good luck

Finally! I've been searching everywhere to fellow Exanters! There's tonnes of threads but none that are recent ..... until now! I'm trying to lose 2 in 8 weeks. I'm day 2 (end of) and feeling the lack of sugar!!

Hurrah! An active person! I'm day 11 with a loss so far of 18lbs. Massively slowed this week but I expected it to!
The headache will pass as will the rest and then you have to just fight cravings!

Hi ladies I’m really tempted to join but how do you cope with the hunger? I’m struggling to get below 1000 calories with high protein normal food or are you literally just going to bed hungry?

Hand on heart I never ever feel hungry now I'm in ketosis. I feel cravings but I never ever feel hungry. I'm at the point where I'm actually forcing myself to have a shake.
Elizabethtailor- I have a lot a lot a lot to lose. I don't expect it to be that speedy for the duration.

I am planning to eat another shake and go to bed.
Think I learned yesterday to have the shake as late as possible in the morning and the same again st lunch to try and stretch them out.
When does Ketosis happen? How will I know?

For me ketosis kicked in around day 3/4. I don't really experience side effects from ketosis so I bought some keto strips and used those. It does get easier. It's just breaking habits that's hard.

Raisin- are you doing three sachets a day? The 600 cal plan? Any recommendations for things which are good? Have only tried the shakes so far and they have been fine. Am having to tell my children they are not milkshakes however!

I do 3 shakes/bars. If I'm honest I think they all taste putrid with the exception of the fruity ones which are just disgusting. I also have a meal in the evening. I wouldn't survive on just shakes. As far as I am concerned as long as I'm in ketosis I'm burning fat so I'm happy.

Hi there new to this so just after a few tips. I'm having 3 shakes a day ( started Thursday) lost 4 lb already 😁 but have noticed there are meal sachets too ..eg cabanara , curry & snack bars. How many calories in one of these and is this used as 1 of the 3 sachets a day ? Trying to be really strict with myself but also want to enjoy it .

I am afraid I haven’t really tried those yet. I think if from the total plan they are 200 cals each too. Have some in the plan I ordered but as ac’turkey dinner’ feels the same as a milkshake in the packet- basically dust- I can’t say I am very keen to try liquid savoury food. Can’t quite work out spaghetti carbonara 🤮🤮

Hi guys,

I'm not super strict with exante but I dip my toe in every now and then.

I admire you guys that can stick to it I really struggle. Any tips?

I'm armed with my vanilla shake with a shot of coffee for breakfast. Sweet and sour noodles for lunch and not sure about dinner maybe Indian rice.

I agree with spacing it out. I do t have my shake till midday I then have my lunch about 4ish and dinner about 8 or when boys finally asleep. Grin

You are allowed a Diet Coke a day which I do have. I'm currently 10st 8 lbs hoping to lose a stone.

how's everyone getting on? 3 week mark for me tomorrow I think. Still sailing through. I haven't really struggled so I'm going to that while it lasts!

I cant seem to find the noodles any whete to buy ? Are the foods ( noodles & curry ) 1 of your 3 sachets a day or does it have to be 3 shakes ? Im only doing 3 sachets a day total x

Raech1 the shakes, bars and meal sachet or pots are all interchangeable, they each have 200-210 kcals.
I've been doing it for 13 weeks now and lost 45lbs so far.

I tried the carbonara for lunch. It was the most disgusting thing I have ever eaten. Threw it in the bin and had a shake instead. Think I will just need to stick to shakes in future

I didn't like the carbonara either. The black bean pot and lentil Dahl pots are both nice, both out of stock at the moment. I mostly have shakes and bars but I make my own evening meal, a salad or stir fry with lean protein. I know it wouldn't work for most people because others like that they dont have to think about prepping food or food choices but for me its important that I made good choices along the way. I keep a few meals in for emergencies.

The lemon pancakes are good too.

Hi! Just started on Monday 10th and finding it ok so far!
I'm doing the 600 calorie total solution diet. I've lost 5 and a half stone on my own through a calorie controlled diet however my weight hadn't changed for a month so I thought I'd give this a try to attempt to boost my metabolism a little and give me a much needed kick start!
I'm close to my target weight with 23 pounds to go when I started on Monday.
I'm enjoying the shakes and the panacakes are good. The turkey dinner and shepherd's pie meal packs were disgusting! I have 3 that are definitely going in the bin. They are like eating meat flavour porridge 🤢 Yak!
