I just had some fish fingers

could be worse than fishfingers...

it's difficult, isn't it - I think you need to get in the zone

honkersbonkers · 05/01/2018 13:12

Had a wobble last night, was so frickin hungry, ended up having some chicken wings. But never mind, one thing I learnt at ww was you can have a bad day, just don't make it a bad week. And don't give up if you slip up. So onwards and upwards, feeling stronger today!

Aridane · 05/01/2018 13:29

I suppose the good thing, honkers, is that you just had chickens wings - ie you didn't go to town and eat everything in sight on the basis that you were going off piste

honkersbonkers · 05/01/2018 13:51

Yes exactly. You can't just throw your hands up and then use it as an excuse to give up. Took me a year to lose 50lbs on ww so there were definitely ups and downs, you just can't give up! I've been about 1-1.5st over my goal weight for about 2 years now and it is time to get back to it now!

minimalist99 · 06/01/2018 08:52

Ok today is a new day I am going to make it count! Wish me luck

How have you done today, minimalist? I have stuck to my 4 sachets, despite spending an inordinate time in JustEat nearly ordering a takeaway...

I'm on day 5 and it's ok so far. I'm doing two packets and a low carb meal.

I'm weighing myself on Wednesday so no idea how much I've lost yet.

I know from November that the first 5 days are the hardest so feel quite pleased with myself. I did check and I'm just going in to ketosis but still a bit hungry so not quite there yet

How's everyone doing?

Aridane · 11/01/2018 09:18

Didn't have a very good week last week- only managed to keep to it over the weekend. Still I have lost a further lb bringing the total over 2 weeks to a 7lb weight loss

Aridane · 19/01/2018 12:49

How is everyone doing? I'm really struggling and only managing to stick to it for 2, max 3 days a week. Still, I've lost a further 2lbs over the last week, bringing the total to a 9lb weight loss. If only I could stick to it things would be much easier and the weight loss quicker and more substantial.

Hi everyone

I am starting exante next week and ideally need to lose six stone but would be happy with four. Looking for a buddy to keep me motivated!!!!

Pinkgeorge · 27/07/2018 15:52

Wombat I’m on Sunday, have two minimum and 3 to be heathly. I’m doing the full plan sun-Thursday and having two days to eat normally (not as much as I do now) as I have wedding etc to attend!! This head is making me feel enormous and puffy !

Pinkgeorge · 27/07/2018 15:54

Meant I’m starting on Sunday!! I feel like a blob on fat legs 😫

Wombat1989 · 27/07/2018 16:17

Hi pinkgeorge!
What do you do to keep you on it when YOU JUST WANT TO EAT THE WORLD??

Pinkgeorge · 27/07/2018 16:21

I don’t know if I can stick to it yet but I need to. I feel old, fat and blobby! It’s going to be hard x

minimalist99 · 30/07/2018 18:39

Wombat & pink George how are u getting on?

OP posts:
Wombat1989 · 31/07/2018 00:33

Bloody rubbish. Had one bar yesterday which was hard to get down and been eating normally since- healthy though!

Someone please give me some motivation to get back on it and stick on it?

Pinkgeorge · 31/07/2018 10:04

I’m doing no better wombat! I has 2 glasses of Shiraz and a packet of those party snack crisps from m&s 😳

Wombat1989 · 31/07/2018 10:33

Pinkgeorge it’s definitely a mentality thing isn’t it. Something has to click in your head to be able to do it properly.

I’ve been on exante before and lost three stone, it bloody works. But of course I hadn’t changed my eating habits so it all piled back on.
Need to make some short term and long term goals, that might help.

minimalist99 · 31/07/2018 11:42

I created a post in april and fell off the wagon and I can see the people who followed the plan since then have lost weight. Meanwhile I sit here chomping on my French toast. I have 5 stones to loose to get down to my prepregnancy weight

Hi. I’m new I’m desperate to lose 2 stone and can’t aeemnto stick to a normal diet. I’m hoping exante will be easier as it will eliminate the choices I have. I’ve just orders 2 weeks worth should arrive tommorow. Fingers crossed 👌

minimalist99 · 01/08/2018 23:39

Good luck looking2looselbs.

I am hoping to get back on track and loose 3 stones by the end of the year using exante. What step are u planning to implement?

MING1951 · 15/08/2018 15:45

Hi all I'm new here ,

I started the exante diet on Monday and boy is it hard.... I've stayed on track so far .

How are you all getting on?

Essexdarling · 28/08/2018 20:20

How’s everyone getting on with the diets?? I’m back on Exante (hope third time is the charm) been yo-yo dieting for years! Was 18st at one point, lost a little with careful eating and done Cambridge diet for few months, lost another 2st. Since last 2 kids were born I’ve just not been able to loose any weight, I’ve tried my usual Atkins, cutting calories and 5:2 and bloody nothing!! So back on exante, it’s really hard with no food (total solution 3 packs) but it does work! Previous attempts have seen up to 7lb a week losses until I fell into pizza & prosecco traps! Determined this time, I’ve got a plan in motion, 14 days on total solution then gradually add in low cal low carb meals until I’m satisfied with the results... so here I go again Confused
