Anyone doing one at the moment?

I've started exante this morning. Last year I lost 3 stone with Cambridge but Exante is loads cheaper. No meeting though so I need moral support if any one can give it!

Starting weight 249.2lb. Awful I know so no need to tell me.

Hope you all had a good day yesterday. Day 5 for me today.
Venus - hope your headache is better today.
Arty - did you stick to smoothies in the end?
CB- hope you had a better day yesterday.
Rock- hope your first day back on plan goes well.
Msqueen- hope you are managing tbe weekend!

It's very quiet on here. I am still sticking to bars snd 1 200 cal protein and veg meal. Wishing the days away until Wed and my first weigh in.

Hi Pinkie I did stick to smoothies- and have put ON weight this morning. Very unhappy.

I am about o have a boiled egg and an apple for breakfast. I might weight myself Tuesday.

Morning :)

Headache still there round the edges but much less than yesterday. Drank loads of water last night and slept well which has helped.

Today's plan is either 3 shakes, or 2 shakes and then some chicken and green veg tonight, just going to see how I feel when I get there. Often I find if I've given myself permission to do it I then don't need to, if that makes sense. Planning for a 12-8 calorie window. Have had two cups of tea so far which is all I'd normally have by now anyway.

Arty hang in there. I randomly gained 2lbs at the start of the week (have just restarted vlcd but was trying to eat better before that) but they've come off again now. Scales are temperamental bastards x

Thanks both, I did weigh at the same time, but had loads of water yesterday that I have not yet (it appears) eliminated. So hopefully that. Blush

Hope you are all doing ok. Just cooked pasta for the kids and I am starving!!! Had 2 cambridge bars so 1 product to go as well as a 200 cal protein veg combo meal. Could eat today 🙁

Just cooking dinner for everyone here too. I am going to have some chicken and veg; I've got a meeting tonight and my brain is just so foggy. That will bring me in bang on 800 calories for the day though so I'm ok with that. Did a long dog walk this afternoon at a leisurely pace; I don't count it in my calories but it's nice to have it there anyway.

Guzzling water and so far no headache.

Resisting pasta is pretty good going there Pinkie :)

I always think that's proper stubborn fat coming off when it's like that Buxton. Not just water or whatever. So well done from me, anyway.

I'm finding it easier today, hunger has dropped and headache has subsided. Don't get me wrong, i'd still like to fall face first into a chocolate fudge cake but I think that will always be true...

Been really busy today. Only had 2 bars but then I had a 250 g tub of longley farm cottage cheese - not the low fat one. So messed up!

Ok I'm back on it today. Haven't been terrible but definitely off plan.

I don't think I'm going to weigh myself as often, I get disheartened too quickly so my next weigh will be 1st July. I hope.

I've also booked myself a day of pampering on Friday. Cut and colour, manicure and pedicure. Looking forward to it followed by a weekend away.

Loving reading all your funny posts.

I am newly invigorated. Had an okay day yesterday- 800 cals. Planning to skip breakfast today which should see that brought down again.

Eating plan

Bk- black coffee, redusure tabs

Ln- grilled chicken and salad - approx 320 cals

Dn- spinach salad with boiled eggs- approx 250 cals

Plus ad hoc cals like lemon juice, turmeric etc. (I drink a glass of sparkling water with 1/4teaspoon of turmeric and the juice of a lemon every morning... it is meant to be good for inflammation and I have knee and back problems).

Arty that sounds good. I don't have the will power to do it without using the products but will hopefully get there!
Feel nervous about tomorrow's weigh in. If it's not a good loss I have a tenancy to go off the rails so fingers crossed.

4lbs off in my first three days, and I'm due on, I'm really happy with that. Cravings down, headache gone, hunger almost non existent. Feeling really hopefully this morning.

I have people coming to stay this weekend. I'm going to eat with them, life's too short. My off plan meals will be Sat brunch and tea and Sun lunch and then that's it. I'm saying this all now so I can cement it in my head and not use it to freefall right back to the start again. I've also got four days till that happens so I am planning to be super strict I over those next four days.

Pinkie I am not sure I could do the foodplan without my redusure appetite suppressors! I am thinking of changing the evening meal to a spinach and mushrooms omelette though- I get disheartened eating salad at dinner!

Just about survived the weekend but came off plan for one meal. I'm seeing family in two weeks and I'd really like to shift 12 pounds though I'm not sure this is do able. I'm on my third litre of water. So hoping that might help though have been in and out of the loo. Once I weigh Wednesday I'll probably stop weighing until July. I've got a lot of meetings coming up for my kids (two have Sen) so am hoping I can avoid binge eating junk.

@keeponkeepinon I'm on slim and save. I lost two stone this time last year and went back to stupidly bad habits and gained it back. I'm looking to lose four stone. I've also tried harcombe but it wasn't as quick. I love slim and save. They also have two very good Facebook groups for simplicity and lifestyle so I might see you on there if you follow simplicity.
