Ugh ugh to the dh's losing weight so easily. It's SO unfair. My dh is the same, and then can't understand why it's different for me. Wanker.

I've stayed the same. Again. Bollocks

Went to the flicks last night and saw Lion which was good, sobbed and sobbed at the end. Has anyone else seen it? It was at an outdoor Moonlight cinema and there were these HUUUUGE bats flying overhead, amazing.

Slightly nervous about weighing tomorrow after a weekend away! I was 143lbs Thursday so fingers crossed its the same if not down.

Monday weigh in:

Start weight: 13st 12lbs
9.1.17: 13st 8lbs
16.1.17: 13st 6lbs
Total loss: 6lbs

Although another loss, I've not been committed this weekend. Back on it!!

-1.9 this morning. Not thrilled with it but a loss is a loss I guess.
I'm now changing my weigh in day to a Friday so next weigh in will be next Friday (not this one coming).
My mission this week is to track religiously in MFP!

5.6 Linda's off this month. I can get to 7 this month I CAN!

Everyone is doing so well! I've got an annoying DH too he lost 7.4 last week, which is obviously fantastic but I'm soo jealous!

Hello all!

Back from Italy and have put on at least 2 Linda's (it's basically half a kilo: sorry I'm metric!)

So the very aggressive technique comes out today - basically no carbs and max exercise. Am doing my food planner for the week and it's basically fish ahoy.

Hoping this rain effs off so I can get out and run with the buggy today x

Morning lovelies.
I've been away for the weekend but been relatively good. Did have some bread and butter with dinner last night and a handful of crisps, but stayed away from the wine and chocolate.
Went for a couple of walks (only 20 mins or so), just to get a bit of exercise in, and I've been for a quick run brisk walk this morning.

12.4 this morning, I imagine the 12.1 from yesterday morning was down to dehydration from the wine, so +2lbs over the weekend.

Not as catastrophic as last weekend but not ideal either. I really need to be better at the weekend! Next weekend I am going for a curry and quiz night at the scout hut so should be able to be good if I avoid rice and naan and stick to water!

What is on the Menu for people this week? I need some inspiration...

New potato, pea and asparagus salad
Tuesday I'm busy so will be something like a sandwich
Wednesday mattar panner
Thursday veg quesadillas
Friday is my birthday so pizza as calories don't count!

I'm back down a kg if period Wright and only 0.5kg up from the recent record. Considering I've existed on carbs over the weekend due to period pain and sinusitis I'm not too unhappy. Back on the plan today. Smile

KOKO I'm low carb, don't count them just stick to stuff I know is low carb. Veg that grows above ground, cheese, eggs etc. (I don't eat meat) and I stick to between 800-100 cals a day.

Seems to be working! Tempted to move to counting carbs as well but I will need a new system if I do that I think!

I did a spin class years ago and was near to tears when I got off the bike. Blush Grin

Just bought a weighted hoop. I've watched a few tutorials but at the moment I haven't quite got that serene rocking thing going on, I look more like I'm being electrocuted.
