Fast day food consumed: steak, 275 cals, swede mash, 125 cals, lots of broccoli (not sure, 100 cals?) and a lot of tea probably = about 600 cals. Well, it was my first go - will drag it down to 500 cals on Monday!

Count me in! Lost 7lbs on the September thread but have put it all back on again due to lack of exercise and not being careful with food and booze over recent months.

Starting weight is 10st 1. Got myself an Apple Watch this week and hoping it will help to motivate me and keep me on track. Tracking food again with MFP and did a short run yesterday. Back to my HIIT classes tomorrow after a 3 month break. Grin

Today has been my worst day this week Sad had a small slice of chocolate cake and a chocolate! Gutted! I was doing so well.
I'm not going to let it ruin the rest of the week though.

Blargenblargenblarg. I feel blargy.

I've been lethargic and headachey all day and my swim was agonisingly hard work. Had a lovely bowl of soup and feel sated food-wise but don't feel like I've lost any weight this week, in spite of it being one of the goldenest weeks I've had in ages. My tummy's still really big and I just look exactly the same as I did on Monday Confused Normally after three golden days in a row I can feel myself vanishing!

I think maybe my lack of sleep's messed it up? Seriously hoping to climb into bed now and drop off like a stone, I have been so tired all day, just shlomping around like a zombie - if I am lying awake at 1am again I will cry real tears!

Don't worry Quim, keep it up and you might have a lovely surprise when you stand on the scales :-)

A bit of chocolate cake won't undo all your hard work squiffy (unless you demolished an entire cake!!). (I'm so jealous!).

Fortunately I've come in at less than 1100 calories for the day so I'm not too upset (I'm allowed 1200)

Congratulations everyone who is down lindas! I still haven't weighed myself, will do it either tomorrow or Saturday morning.

I had a slight fail of a fast day, but not too bad. I have had just under 800 calories, accidentally ended up going out for dinner. Still, tomorrow is another day!

12.4 again today, a little disappointing but I am being good this weekend so hopefully another loss by Monday. I had a teeny bowl of peanuts last night 25g bit 140 cals so that might have tipped me into non loss territory. I am not going to eat any snacks after dinner for the rest of this week and next week see how that takes me.

Failure to get up in time for a proper breakfast meant lemon curd on toast but at least I'm going to Zumba so it could be worse.

Another one TTC here. We do have a DD, who's 18 months. Been trying for another since July and nothing yet. Today I can feel AF is getting ready to come to town, so I guess that's that for this month.

Between that, and my DD being up all night with a temperature, I'm feeling pretty low today. Which always leads to a binge. I can be strong, right? I don't need biscuits to make it all better...right??

Sorry for mentioning the pannetone! It'll only make an unholy mess if I open itdive face first into it

I've lost another Linda. Now 12st 1.5lb, down 2.5 Lindas since restarting on Wednesday. Would dearly love to see 11 something on the scales in the next week or so.

Not looking forward to today, as I'm just about to make the 1.5 hour journey to a funeral; one of my very best friends is laying her mum to rest.

Well done everyone-finding this thread v helpful at making me think about food choices.

I am down 2lbs to 11st 2 which is what I was hoping for, but my husband has lost 5lindas which is annoying - Slow and steady wins the race is what I'm telling myself!

Out tonight and have a magnum of prosecco in fridge, I am a mid week drinker too but have been good all week. really wanted a snow ball last night but resisted!

4lb off since Tuesday-BOOM! 😂 Had a very bad day yesterday, ds1 got bollocked by the orthodontist for breaking his brace, so he was in a state (asd anxiety), some twat nearly ran over ds2 as he was crossing the road by school 😡, he was very very shaken and tearful and I have the mother of all periods. I had 2 large vodkas and slimline tonics and god I feel rough for it this morning.
Now the weekend to navigate- this is where it could all go horribly wrong....

Spurious you managed to stay under 800kcal and eat out? That is astonishing!

Sorry to hear you had a crap day Chardonnary, that is a mother of a shitstorm. I'd have been on the vodka too - well, the gin in my case, but realistically I'd probably have thrown the towel in and hit the wine, so you get a double gold star from me!

I am off to weigh in a bit. I have a feeling I'm going to be letting the thread down...

4th golden day here, had double helpings of Turkey and bean chilli yesterday, as was starving, but had it with corgetti rather than rice, so not counting as a fail.

Dry January going well so far, tonight will be the test though. Almost cracked last night, kids wouldn't go to bed, I was getting stressed. Poured a glass, but didn't drink it!

Steak with chilli, ginger and soy sauce, broccoli, pak choi and mangetout for dinner tonight. Not quite our usual steak and chips, but looking forwards to it!

Failing miserably on water intake and exercise though...

Total fail over here. Writing it down in the hope it might shame me. Two biscuots AND two (small) chocolate bars, after my breakfast and it's not even lunchtime yet ffs. Total comfort eating. I need someone to knock the biscuit out of my hand!!

Not sure what a biscuot is - maybe it's a normal biscuit but with no calories??
