Happy Advent!

Here's the link to the November thread where we cheered each other on to be MoSlender

Now we slide frostily into Christmas with the hope of losing more (or at least not losing our grip completely)

I keep meaning to look at that 30 day shred. I've also got that fit in 15 book. I might dig that out. I'm so restricted on what I can do at the gym with my dodgy shoulder.

My phone autocorrected dodgy to fishy, then disgust. Both of which are true.

Morning all, I am changing my diet to one consisting of cake and pizza as that is all I ate yesterday and I still lost a pound! 12.3 onwards and downwards!

Mummyreindeerlegz · 04/12/2016 08:28
Xmas Envy
HairsprayBabe · 04/12/2016 08:54

I am sure I am just dehydrated and it will come back to bite me in the ass tomorrow mind you....

BeyondTheHarpy · 04/12/2016 10:01

Grin pizza and cake sounds good!!

Day four, beyond is still being held hostage in the gynae ward Envy

SpuriouserAndSpuriouser · 04/12/2016 10:05

That is amazing hairspray, I want to follow the pizza and cake diet! I would be so good at it I would definitely lose pounds and pounds.

Meanwhile I am too scared to weigh myself this morning after dinner out last night, followed by many cocktails. I did chose prosecco cocktails because I feel like they are less bad for you than fruity ones.. Less sugar maybe? Unsure whether I have made that up.

SpuriouserAndSpuriouser · 04/12/2016 10:05

Oh no Beyond, aren't they letting you go home yet?

BeyondTheHarpy · 04/12/2016 10:06

Could be true, prosecco is quite dry isn't it

I missed a xmas night out last night, so that's a load of alcohol calories I don't need to worry about now!

BeyondTheHarpy · 04/12/2016 10:07

Just waiting to see a doctor, spurious. They should be letting me out this morning, but then they did say yesterday so... Grin

HairsprayBabe · 04/12/2016 11:38

Haha thanks all, hoping I won't be too harshly punished by the god of calories for not complying yesterday, I was v scared to weigh in this morning bit it was a plesant surprise.
beyond I hope they free you soon, hope you are feeling ok ☺

BeyondTheHarpy · 04/12/2016 11:56

I'M FREE!!!!!!!!!!!! Grin

SpuriouserAndSpuriouser · 04/12/2016 13:12

Hooray! Glad they have finally released you. Enjoy the decorations and Xmas meal!

BitOutOfPractice · 04/12/2016 13:14

Hurrah for freedom! ( I typed that in a Braveheart accent )

Haha my phone does that all the time Nd it's not till my dw says what that I realise. If you are interested in doing 30 day shred perhaps we could start it together and motivate each other all long the way??

ponygirlcurtis · 04/12/2016 17:48

Enjoy being home, Beyond.

BitOutOfPractice · 04/12/2016 17:51

I'm up for that Roge.

Where do I find this programme that will turn me into Elle McPhearson (how the Jeff do you spell that?)

Hoorraaaaaaay Beyond! Freedom! How come you were having a Christmas meal so early? So sorry you had to miss it, although as usual you're finding the silver lining Smile

Welcome new faces too! I enjoyed the 30DS, it certainly got my heart rate up and I've really felt it in the ab zone whenever I've started it up again. I plan to take it up again when our renovations are done. It does get hella repetitive but at least it's over pretty quickly. It's a bit rough on the knees, too.

Mummyreindeerlegz · 04/12/2016 20:23

BOP it's on YouTube.

Rogeliodelavega · 04/12/2016 20:37

Bit out of practice, I believe it is the correct spelling. The first two levels are on YouTube for free so that's good I think they also do a dad for it. All I really know is that you need a yoga mat or soft floor. Lol

Mummyreindeerlegz · 04/12/2016 20:52

You can find level three if you google, it's on a foreign page but I forget where.

BitOutOfPractice · 04/12/2016 23:38

Hard on the knees you say? That worries me a bit. My knees are a bit creaky

BitOutOfPractice · 04/12/2016 23:41

I find my know why but I'm absolutely starving tonight. Most unusual for me and I had a good dinner (roast st BF's). I found eat a scabby dog though. I really don't want to eat any more though

Weighed myself this morning. Have lost the grand total of 100gms. Only another 8kg to go FGS, it's soooo slow. On the up side I have just done W4R1 of C25K. Am hoping that it will have shifted at least another 2kg in sweat as it's warming up here (Australia).

Do you all weigh in on a Monday - or just as and when . . .?

BitOutOfPractice · 05/12/2016 07:19

Morning ( evening?) archduke. I tend to weigh in every day when I'm in the zone. Well done on the loss. And getting running. Careful of your knees though. Have you got the right shoes?

I've lost another pound. That's 1.5 for December so far. Pleased with that!

OP posts:
HairsprayBabe · 05/12/2016 08:06

Morning all 12.2 this morning thats either -4lbs from the 1st of Dec or -2 from the 31st of November. Either way I am pleased, would love to be well into the 11st bracket by Christmas Day so the numbers are moving in the right way.

I still hate exercise and am avoiding this talk of shreds, sounds very scary not sure I can handle it.

My house is the size of a small broom cupboard so not sure how I could manage to work out without destroying my living room, esp. now my christmas tree is up!
