Bollocks, I did a fast day yesterday yet somehow I'm even heavier this morning! AF is due this week so I am hoping it's water weight/bloating. But aaaaaaaaargh

Morning all I am 12.6 this morning boo!
But I did go off plan last night so hopefully should get back to 12.5 (or lower) by the first.

I have nearly lost 3st in total now and I am only just over 1st away from being a healthy weight!

I must not just gorge my way through December!

I have had a feasting weekend (planned), so the scales are not getting a look in today. Maybe I'll attempt a fast day - this might be ideal actually. I'm all out of any kind of routine at the moment, it does make it a bit trickier! I suspect it will be like this until the new year though.

I have been sent home from work with a horrible cold my manager (casual friendly office) said I was gross and he didnt want me infecting everyone else! So I am curled up on the sofa now under a blanket sniffling away.

Hello all!

I agree that a December thread to help keep us on the straight & narrow at least some o the time will be helpful! The problem I have is that once it starts getting all festive and hectic, it's easy to just think "fuck it" and have cheese and pudding with every meal. I'll appreciate a reminder that weekdays need to stay sane where they can! Also makes it easier to climb back on the wagon properly after the tree comes down.

I think it's because my dp is so good, I am a bit crap in comparison. Strange you say that, my mom told me off (not angrily) for saying I'm crap. She is always my biggest fan Smile

Yes, it's definitely your turn to be the Thread Queen, specially since you keep coming up with the names! DH is my biggest culinary fan, he simply doesn't believe me when I say I have friends who are much better cooks than I am Grin

I've been golden today Halo 48 lengths, almost 9.5km clocked and have hardly eaten.

This is in preparation for tomorrow's revelries though! I've only managed one swim for the past couple of weeks, so determined to do two this week and have three really fab food days, to see the best possible scale result on Friday. I realise that's Dec 2nd but that's going to have to be my November cash-in day!

I am amazed and not entirely sure how I have managed it but I have lost another pound so I am officially 7 pounds down this month ! :)

I am hoiwever not getting back on the scales for a few days because I don't quite believe its true but I am taking it all the same .

Boop that looks amazing . pub on a Monday sounds very decadent . No way would I have resisted that offer either .
Quim I am in awr of your swimming , I am truly rubbish at it . I love going and bobbing about with the kids but lengths hurt . I have no stroke I can keep up with .

I hope your coldbuggers off soon hairspray . I had one for a couple of miserable weeks .

Monday is one of my two child-free nights so all bets are off! I did slightly mitigate by walking there and back. I am so so tired though with the drugs for my crap shoulder. I slept for 2.5 hours in the afternoon yesterday.

Right! So let's have a golden day. No excuses. No cheating. I'm struggling to keep my focus at the moment.

Today I will be eating:
B: mushroom and bacon omelette
L: a slice of my flan with salad and coleslaw
D: chicken with saffron pistachios and honey, with couscous and roasted vegetables.

That takes me to 948 calories so room for a tiny snackette. No booze. Plus a run at the gym.

Come on!
