Morning all 12.9 this morning, there is some serious nonsense going on with my scales, but when they go down I don't really mind.

Mountain I am a very slow loser, in fact I have lost pretty much nothing for the last couple of months. But I keep at it - I am not perfect every day but my weekly total definitely is in deficit even if if it's just a small one. not that this makes a blind bit of difference

So pleased for you BOOP on your size 12, that's amazing!

I have definitely stopped bouncing round 2lbs up/2lbs down and seem to have settled on the lower figure. I am hoping now that my period is over I will see an actual loss soon.

Welcome back Howlong, wondered what had become of you!

Yesterday I fasted brilliantly until about 5pm and then ate everything I saw, with extra cheese and washed down with wine. I did walk almost 12km though, so perhaps mitigated slightly?

Today was supposed to be a Fast Day(ish - was going to clock in at about 600) but I seem to be drinking a Costa latte and eating an unplanned Greek Yoghurt. I'm at a conference and my tummy kept grumbling really loudly this morning Blush

Today's breakfast and lunch is the same as yesterday (houmous now used up!). Dinner is slow cooked breast of lamb with veg and 'spelt borlotti bean and mint'. It smells rather good :)

Howlong 6lbs in one month is better than I've ever ever done, 7 has always been a distant dream to me! I always throw the diet out the window when I have a cold, being sick and hungry just sends me into a spiral of despair.

I'm weighing in tomorrow morning. I won't have, but if I were to have lost 1lb I'd be in range of clocking in 5lb for the month, which would delight me more than words can say!

And then after that my friend is treating me to sushi Grin

I'm just about to make a frittata for lunch then start on lamb, spinach and potato curry for dinner which will be waiting for me post-gym.

Sushi is my FAVE BOOP! My friend gets free meals as an employee perk and is sometimes generous enough to feed me! Don't worry, there'll be fried stuff too Grin

Mine is slow roast lamb breast, cabbage and half a sachet of "I am super grains" mint spelt and borlotti beans

It's lamb, potato and spinach curry here tonight. I thought I'd make it, forgetting what a right old faff the recipe is. Just waiting for the BF to get home before serving up

All your meals sound lovely, love the sound of that curry BOOP!! We've had curry too but had to be a jar which I know is really bad but I didn't have a the ingredients 🙈 But had a lovely pea and ham soup for lunch and baked oats with a banana for breakfast :) now I'm having some serious cravings for chocolate! Trying an options hot choc to help but somehow it's not the same as a massive box of malteasers 😫 Why does AF do this to us????

Morning everyone! Went a bit off the rails here over the last few days, I have been busy and didn't make it to the gym or out for any runs. I also didn't manage to do my fast day on Tuesday, so today is my first fast day this week. Fingers crossed I will still see a bit of a loss, or at least not a gain!

Morning all. Going to try to bump my step total up a bit today as I'm feeling right as rain. Been bouncing around 600-800 since I got home, so hoping for at least 2000 today, 2500 tomorrow, and then back to 3000 for Saturday :)

I’m desperately confused. Was too late to go to Boots for a weigh-in before my seminar this morning so survived on coffee until the break and have just sprinted off, and apparently I’ve GAINED well over a pound since last Friday?! Sad Angry

That’s the biggest week-to-week gain I’ve ever had! I wasn’t that “good” this week, didn’t feel I’d have see a big loss but at the very least expected to maintain!

I reckon that's because you weighed later in the day. I go up over 2lbs in the course of the day. So I wouldn't worry too much

Yeah I also go up a couple of pounds at least during the day. Even water and coffee have a fair bit of weight to them, so it is probably that.
