Following on from June, July and August's threads, we're aiming to lose 7lbs.
(Posting as Rshard is still on holiday - hope you had a great time!)

All regimes welcome. Support and encouragement guaranteed!

My starting weight for September is 11st 5.25lbs. (I actually ended yesterday at 6.5lbs but the scales have jumped down again so I am having it!). That means I lost 5lbs in August. I found having this thread helped my focus and determination, if it helps anyone else, fantastic! Smile

Good luck everyone!

Dyrnee the cauli didn't act as rice but as the basis of the curry. And it was delicious. Definitely doing that again

I've fallen off the thread Blush still no access to scales which isn't ideal! Off to the gym this am though so will have to weigh there. Up half the night with a teething baby so not sure how effective I'll be. quim was tempted by a swim rather then a workout but it's an over 50s swim at the time I can get there Hmm which is a shame!
Still, managing some exercise and noteating too much- actually my stomach feels a bit flatter and I'm getting more definition in my thighs (lots of cardio at the mo) so better then nothing. I like the idea of a Christmas target...

BitOutOfPractice · 15/09/2016 07:26

I had a golden day yesterday. 11,000 calories and a gym visit. I've put 1.5lbs ON. How the actual did that happen. I'm fuming. Especially as DP lost 2lbs this week

GingerAndTheBiscuits · 15/09/2016 07:46

11,000 BOOP? Wink

2.25lbs off for me this week - 5.75 for the month so far.

MsHeffalump · 15/09/2016 08:31

Well. Eleven thousand calories is going to weigh quite a bit (unless it was all candy floss). You'll poo it out again in no time!

Rshard · 15/09/2016 09:00

So impressed with all the losses and the exercise.

DoinItFine · 15/09/2016 09:18

A treacherous part of my brain is now trying to convince me that I should reward myself for this superhuman feat. With a jammy dodger.

😂😂😂

I weighed this morning.

My scales are basically fucked, but I think I'm around 5 or 6lbs down since the start of the month.

So 2 or 3lbs probably this week.

Just above 10st now.

Really hoping to get below it by next week.

Well done everybody!

We all deserve me(d)als!

Rshard · 15/09/2016 11:22

been to WW this morning and have lost 4.5, so that's my holiday gain plus an extra half lb. Very happy!

BitOutOfPractice · 15/09/2016 11:28

Ooops! Blush I meant 1,100!

I wonder what 11,000 calories in a day looks like as I'd really like to give it a go

DoinItFine · 15/09/2016 12:16

Who's up for the 7lbs in September challenge?
Rshard · 15/09/2016 12:59

trying to imagine 11000 calories.....

Thanks hello, glad to be rid of it!

DoinItFine · 15/09/2016 13:15

11,000 calorie day is like winning the lottery.

How would you spend your winnings?

Grin

Pain au chocolat for breakfast

Bacon and avocado sandwich for second breakfast

Pancakes for elevenses

What am I up to??

Rshard · 15/09/2016 13:32

When do you want me doin!?

BitOutOfPractice · 15/09/2016 14:02

Quite a lot of my 11,000 calories would be taken up with cheese and wine I think.

DoinItFine · 15/09/2016 14:28

When do you want me doin!?

1st October?

Or is that too destructive of our valiant effort?

I forgot about booze calories.

Hmm, I need a rethink.

QuimReaper · 15/09/2016 14:55

Oh God yes, I'd have a whole block of Stilton, a wheel of brie and six bottles of Champagne Grin

DoinItFine · 15/09/2016 14:59

A few crackers maybe?

Ligurian bread?

BitOutOfPractice · 15/09/2016 15:00

I'm so sorry folks, my 11,000 calorie typo seems to have distracted some of you Blush

CarrieLouise25 · 15/09/2016 15:29

Could easily eat 11,000 Grin

Cheese, wine, chocolate, crisps, cake. More cake.

Can you tell I'm struggling?!

Well done to the losers Smile

I seem to have plateaued despite calorie counting and exercising.

I am also heading for the Christmas target!!!

Rshard · 15/09/2016 15:30

No apologies needed bit, I think everyone's enjoyed fantasising!

Helloheyhi · 15/09/2016 15:32

I am spending mine on pizza and burgers! AND I AM NOT SHARING!!!!

CarrieLouise25 · 15/09/2016 15:36

Fresh cream chocolate eclairs....

springlenner · 15/09/2016 16:47

I've had a 50/50 week so far - had all day meetings at work Monday and Tuesday and couldn't keep my paws off the cake in the afternoon..
I think last time I posted I was off to Prezzo - well, I had the light choice, 1/2 margerita pizza and salad ( and loads of wine)

By accident I've been semi doing 5:2 as have been fairly low cal yesterday and Sunday and on plan today.

Weigh in tomorrow - any loss would do.

But my head's been turned by the 11,000 calories.LOL!
I'd have
Breakfast: full fry up loads of sausages, beans, hash browns
Snack: Pain au Chocolat or a few of those Portuguese Flans ( can get them at a coffee shop near me - which is where I am planning to go on my 11,000 cal oddessy!)
Lunch: Club Sandwich and chunky chips, lashings of ketchup and a pint ( or maybe 2)
Snack: a whole lemon drizzle cake, milky coffee
Dinner: Out for a curry - with all the sides and loads of pints!
On the stagger home from nightclub( although I'd get a taxi - I wouldn't want to waste any energy) : Real chipper chips.(large)

I might have a large bag of crisps and a large bag of M&Ms on the go to keep me full up during the day too.... maybe some full fat coke ( haven't had that in years!)
