cora I reckon you can still score a loss following a 2000 cal day – that’s pretty close to tdee anyway. Enjoy your dinner tonight.
hopefully well done on your restraint to stick to just one biccie. I’m imagining a huddle of mfp-ers on your shoulder dressed up as angels frowning at the sweet treats…
over well done for getting to day 3, sorry for af tho
not well done for boot camp – it will get easier not that I’ve ever done it you can definitely break it into those 10s – we’re cheering you on!
bath well done you – you will make it into the 11s at that rate.
sugarand good luck for day 3 – push through it! [legwarmer emoji]
loli I’m sure that lb will fall, glad your dh is ok
fitter so if you get kitted out, you could join that gym? You would really only need 1 outfit. I actually had a friend take in one of my swimsuits before when I was losing weight, it worked a treat just before a hol and saved me £30 for a new one.
keep nice work on the loss – keep going, you can do this
made good for you and good luck for your exam later! Fingers crossed you sail though, no need to think about resits.
Maybe you could take your own healthy snack tomorrow afternoon, so you can have something to munch on when others are tucking into their biccies?
Not much happening here today. I’ve had 1100 cals already today. No actual treats included in that, despite there being an extraordinary quantity of home baking in the office this week. I’m finding that while I can manage to resist the baking, it’s harder for me to resist all the savoury stuff in the canteen. We have a pretty good work canteen, which means I usually have a filling hot meal in the middle of the day. But this really eats into my calorie allowance, and I actually feel quite full afterwards, perhaps uncomfortably so. I don’t eat like this at all when I’m off work, so I don’t really need all that food. I’ve just got into the habit of wanting it. I need to train myself to scale back my lunches for lighter options, and then I would be able to access those calories at other points, like for sociable dinners, having the odd treat and for weekends.
