Yes she does FSC.

Also advises me to eat for my blood type by Peter dadamo. I'm blood group O.

Just been telling my DIL about it as her doc has advised that she writes down everything she's eaten and see if it disagrees with her.

I said the simplest way is to ring the surgery, find out what your blood type is and eat according to that and everything should agree with you.

Unless your a secreter. I won't go into that. It makes things more complicated. Hopefully she isn't.

But yes, anyone can muscle test. It's quite simple.

Dowser · 27/03/2015 09:26

Nice to have you back GOTRED.

SoonToBeMrsB · 27/03/2015 09:37

I wondered where you'd been gotred, good to have you back! The thread was getting quiet Sad

Food last night was absolutely terrible, I can really feel my will power slipping again. I've made sure to have a really nice breakfast and I've planned a lovely salad from Subway to keep my interest piqued. Hopefully I won't be running for the vending machine come 3pm. Again.

OINK OINK.

Come on now Mrs B. think of that holiday and how good you will feel with a good weight loss.

I'm going to give my diet a good boost today.

With my docs comment....if you felt poorly why did you eat potatoes( I'm blood group O ) made me think what else am I contributing too.

My blood group diet is very good.i only slide off it a little bit but she's right while I'm this poorly I should be more rigid with it.

Oh and here's another one. Check each other for warts. Warts are a good indicator of the cancer viruses.

Dowser · 27/03/2015 11:24

Now for a fun bit. I'm going to take over two CDs of soppy love songs to play in the restaurant.

Anyone got any favourites.
One that won't be on the list is

Thanks for the lumpiness...hey oh. One of my favourite songs and I'd forgotten all about that. In fact that and the John legend song were constantly on the tv. We just stayed tuned to the bliss channel for 3 weeks.

Oh I'm tearing up at the thought of the brilliant party we are going to have .

Dowser · 27/03/2015 14:05

Oh god! Lumineers

Added the ed Sheehan one too. Cor the girl in the ed Sheeran video is the double of me.....just I move better!

That's added to the list!

Dowser · 27/03/2015 14:06

You might get deleted Billie!

Dowser · 27/03/2015 15:13

I'm getting into my stride now.

Going to the chapel by the Dixie cups...heck some of you may not even have been born with some of the songs on this list ;-)

It's helping to take my mind of the awful pain I'm in. Got three grandkids overnight too!

FreakinScaryCaaw · 27/03/2015 19:00

What had Billie put?

Good day so far. Danced last night and walked 4 miles this morning. Wasn't going to be so long but I bumped into a lady who walks a few miles. I asked where her dog was and he'd just had the snip. But as we walked she told me her husband died in December. They'd been married 48 years Sad I'd sensed something had happened when I saw her in Jan but when I asked if everything was ok she hadn't let on. I said we can do the walk together when I'm off and she seemed keen. Poor lady said she feels like a zombie. He was misdiagnosed with a clot so could've been saved.

Dowser · 27/03/2015 20:39

Awww.

Billie was making a bit of a pest of herself pushing some slimming system or another.

FreakinScaryCaaw · 27/03/2015 20:59

Ah another one.

Dowser · 27/03/2015 22:55

Aaaargh!

Was doing really well till SIL rocked up with a stack of choccie.

I ate countless heroes, minstrels .......

Willpower! What is that?

If anyone finds mine please send it back to me!

FreakinScaryCaaw · 28/03/2015 13:53

All that sugar won't help you feel well. Is there anything that helps you resist? I know some people say smelling vanilla helps? Or eating bit of dark chocolate.

Done ok so far. Am at work but not with a very active client. We'll get walk into town later. I've eaten small bowl muesli and lentil and bacon soup for lunch. Dp is home and making curry so will have that for supper.

It's nice and sunny but windy. I'll hopefully get out walking tomorrow?

Dowser · 28/03/2015 18:12

Very true FSC. the more you eat the more you crave.

I'm chewing on a crunchy bar as I write as I've been to see my mum in her care home.

She has such a crap, shit life. I've had a horrible visit. She just wanted to escape with me. Whimpering because she is frightened. Just horrible.

Can believe my lovely mum and I are in such an awful position. Her days are just the pits She doesnt interact with anyone unless she is spoken to directly. Sits with her head in her hands. She's ginned 5 lbs on a month. Maybe fluid retention?

I think eating a crunchie is all that is stopping me from throwing myself under a bus.

Dowser · 28/03/2015 18:12

I have some vanilla essential oil. I will give that a try.

SoonToBeMrsB · 30/03/2015 09:15

Is that Monday again? Urgh. Just four days at work though, then I'm off until the 13th April! I refuse to use my time off as an excuse to eat like a pig though.

This weekend DP and I were both terrible and now feel fat, bloated and sickened with rubbish food. Dominos, Indian food, chocolate, full sugar coke - you name it, we ate it! I'm back on it this morning though, I ordered my dress for Ladies Day in June so I'm hoping that it's nice and snug when it arrives so that I can see how much more effort I need to put in. Sometimes a kick up the bum is needed to keep you on the straight and narrow.

I can't say I didn't enjoy every mouthful while it was happening, though! Grin

SoonToBeMrsB · 31/03/2015 16:45

Ladies Day dress arrived and it fits perfectly just now, so it's going back. The sizes must be very generous (I'm NOT a 14!) and the fabric is quite stretchy so I've reordered it in a smaller size, and sadly in a different print as the one I picked has sold out completely Sad

How is everyone doing? It's very quiet here just now.

Dowser · 31/03/2015 23:21

Isn't it just and rather than risk being accused of hogging the thread I've sellotaped my mouth shut and fingers together.

Food is going ok. I'm away from hme not going to be brilliant.

Just getting through a difficult week..

Supporting my lovely cousin as much as possible in the the time we are here.

She is an amazing woman and is doing fantastic. I can't believe it.

FreakinScaryCaaw · 01/04/2015 08:58

I'm a 14 but hope to be a 12 soon. Am 5 ft 8 so fairly tall. I look awful as a 10 as limbs are slim.

Doing ok here. Plenty of dancing and walking. Long organised walk today and doing burlesque tomorrow night. It's a new class should be fun.

Dp DS1 and I had a lush meal at the venue where we're having the after honeymoon celebration. It was a treat from some friends son for driving him to college. He's passed his driving test now so won't need me soon. We only had to pay for ds1 and extras like Jamaica coffees . Oh had to have their chips mmm. The best.

Well am off to get ready chat soon.

FreakinScaryCaaw · 01/04/2015 08:59

Sorry you're week has been rough Dowser x
