OK just had my favourite green day breakfast.
Potato cakes (fried onion smash, shaped into patties and frieed with fry-light), baked beans, and fried eggs (with fry-light). Could also add quorn sausages and mushrooms to this!! ALL FREE FOOD
Lunch SW quiche and salad as a packed lunch at work. Or weekends roast dinner (bear in mind I am veggie), so roast veggies - butternut squash, parsnip, sweet potato etc sprinkled with herbs and fryliht, then roasted. Roast potatoes, I often d baby new potatos simply spay with fry light and roast (no precooking!!!) loadsof broccoli, carrots, mashed swede etc and gravy (2 tbsp = 1 sin) I usually have 1/4 pint = 4 sins
Dinner - some kind of veggies casserole, sometimes with added quorn. I use loads of seasoning like the spice mixes you get from Seasoned Pioneers (Nigellas fave brand, get it from sainsburys), these really jazz up a basic passata based sauce. I make up a bucket load then have over a cfew days with pasta, jacket potato or rice.
Hope these help. SW magazine always has good menu ideas too
