Hey everyone 
It's been what seems like a long time since I have blogged on here and logged properly on MFP 
I have lost a little of the mojo that has been keeping me going but not too much as I have managed to maintain the weight and not put even a ib on
.
From Monday though I aim to come back with the determination and passion that I started with 190 days ago awhile back 
New gym opens Wednesday so hopefully that will help and work. The plan is running Monday, Wednesday (as thinking gym will be rammed on opening night), Thursday swim and Sunday my very first spin class
then following week run, swim and gym and spin again on Sunday if I survived my first spin class the week before)
It has been nice reading everyones progress i'm not jealous or feel like a let down 
Keep it up ladies you are all doing so blimmin well
