murtette sorry you sts :( i have about 270og ish of parsnip (6pp) and 2 apples and chop up with an onion and bung all in together into my stock and simmer for 20mins, then whizz
made some more this morning and will have tomorrows lunch
dh has no choice, he can watch BL or he can go outside for a fag or he can go upstairs

try and get your bebe butt back into being good bebe, doesnt mean you cant be bad at weekends, esp as you have lost yr weight, but dont go downhill or you will be the same as me and lose the weight within a year and then 2stone creeps back on, and its been hard getting it off this time :(
tbh its prob better to get yr bmi down to 22/23 so you have a bit of leeway rather then be top end of it - but again REMEMBER how well you have done bebe you are the only one who managed to get to goal and within a year!!!!
i had a very healthy tuna salad for lunch and may have a bowl of soup 5ish to keep hungar pangs away - as although i love salad, i tend to find it doesnt fill me up :(
