I am forcing myself to go for a run today and signing up for a 10K somewhere, only way I will do any.

Don't think anyone does Tuesdays.

29 points today.

Breakfast and lunch planned

1 boiled egg and soldiers (5)
free celery soup
4 ryvitas with tuna salad (7)
1 low fat yogurt (1)
free fruit

How is your foot now blondes? all completely better?

Not watched TBL yet busy last night with an application form.

bebejones · 01/02/2011 10:00

Just made some Parsnip & Apple soup, had to add some skimmed milk at the end to thin it out a bit as it resembled baby food! Hmm So not as healthy as it could be, but not that bad!

Got music group with DD this morning, don't have the energy at all!

So far today
B - OJ, cereal bar & banana
Planning
L - Tuna (left over from last nights jacket) with ryvita & a yoghurt
D - Parsnip soup & hm bread roll

Happy 1st of Feb to everyone. No weighers in today? I saw WI and immediately thought Jam, Cakes & Knitting! Hmm Grin Not sure what that says about my state of mind at the moment?!

GettinTrimmer · 01/02/2011 10:07

{grin} I thought about posing naked in front of buns

GettinTrimmer · 01/02/2011 10:08

I meant hiding behind the buns Grin

Blondeshavemorefun · 01/02/2011 11:45

Lol at buns and knitting fir WI

trimmer lunch sounds good ad healthy and well done for running

Bebe - add water or stock to thinnen - not milk but least not double cream

bebejones · 01/02/2011 12:23

I was going to add water, but it just looked like what I used to feed DD, and that put me off a bit! Hmm Didn't add much, prob 1/4 of a pint to the whole lot, got 4 portions of it, so hardly any milk per portion!

Just ended up carrying DD around town up & down hills, she is having a grumpy day & is very clingy...most unlike her! It's wet out & I just couldn't face her throwing herself on the floor & then having a cold & wet grumpy toddler on my hands! So at least that has burnt some calories!

bebejones · 01/02/2011 12:31

Just worked out soup (how I did it) at 118cals per portion! So not bad at all! :)

Blondeshavemorefun · 01/02/2011 13:29

very low bebe - well done

we have sun here :) but sure it will rain (according to radio later) but as i do school run

parsnip soup was yummy :)

bebejones · 01/02/2011 14:03

Sunny here too, but rained this morning so probably heading your way Blondes!

Had my tuna & ryvita while DD scoffed a toasted cheese muffin & flapjack! Envy

Blondeshavemorefun · 01/02/2011 14:35

yes its pissing down - thanks bebe, how kind of you !!!

bebejones · 01/02/2011 15:36

:o You are welcome!!

Blondeshavemorefun · 01/02/2011 16:00

'shakes brolly'

have just made tuna&veg pesto pasta bake for dc, with melted cheese on top

i had a mouthful, thought i had died and gone to heaven Grin

bebejones · 01/02/2011 16:26

I'm having parsnip soup for dinner...DH & DD are having bean enchiladas...using wholemeal wraps & lf cheese! Wink But still need to be good this week so not having any! :(

Blondeshavemorefun · 01/02/2011 17:57

I have also sinned, was being mary poppins a good nanny and made cakes with the dc, i helped lick the bowl Blush and then ate 2 thin slices of cake Blush not sure what that is in pp, but def dipping into my weekies this week :( and soon be running out and still got 2 days till WI :(

smokinaces · 01/02/2011 18:15

I have sinned too. Meals very healthy. But both yesterday and today had a slice of cake (very thin to be fair) at work.

and got meal out at Harvester tomorrow. Simply Chicken with unbuttered jacket best option isnt it?

Going to catch up with Biggest Loser and try the stepper tonight, see how I fair.

and cant wait to go shopping Thursday for parsnip for the soup!

Blondeshavemorefun · 01/02/2011 18:35

'pats bench of Shame beside her for Smokin to join her'

smokin yes chicken and jacket prob best or even ask for new potatoes and no butter

Such eagerness for parsnips :)

bebejones · 01/02/2011 19:00

When my mum was at university back in the late 70s she told me that they went through a dieting phase (her and her friends) of eating boiled parsnips with gravy in the dinner hall to save calories so they could have pudding! :o

smokinaces · 01/02/2011 19:06

wonder if you could do the cabbage soup diet, but with parsnip and apple soup instead? would be lot less smelly, and probably have similar results....

smokinaces · 01/02/2011 19:07

'sits comfortably beside Blondes and thinks what the hell, might as well have a G&T too.

Except no gin in house. Lemon squash it is then@

RatherBeOnThePiste · 01/02/2011 22:13

Passes the gin.

Well, I am behaving myself on both the exercise and food front.

Went running tonight and was absolutely knackered. Am currently lying on the sofa with my legs on top of DH who is rubbing my poor tired feet Wink

On to watch BL USA now.

Blondeshavemorefun · 01/02/2011 22:19

Smokin parsnip and apple soup all day sounds yummy

Tho one would def fart lots like on the cabbage diet lol

Tbh I'm happy to avoid booze at the moment - prefer to eat it instead lol

RatherBeOnThePiste · 02/02/2011 08:37

I am far too genteel, refined and posh to discuss farting. Hmm

Blondeshavemorefun · 02/02/2011 09:17

yeah right

piste pops all the time Grin

GettinTrimmer · 02/02/2011 10:34

No comment Blush

Does anybody find that bread is fart inducing?

bebejones · 02/02/2011 11:29

No but lentils are! :o
