Doctors in a little while & dentist on Monday afternoon! Hoping they can fix me! Think I've finally succombed (sp?) to DDs cold. Feel awful this morning, not helped by the lack of sleep from constant pain in my hip last night! :(

well done guys on the sts and the loss! just think of it all as weight not on, and maintaining the work you've already done.

piste, with all the running are you taking in enough calories every day? do you use food focus online or anything? just wonder whether you are struggling because of the calories burnt and the lowered intake and maybe need an extra 1-200 calories a day or something? or try lots of "superfoods" like melon, pineapple, celery etc.

bebe, hope you feel better soon. I have a bunged up nose and a chesty cough now, cant believe how crappy this winter is for illnesses. Last time I was like this is when I piled the weight back on, because I just gave up when ill and never got back into it.

Its so disheartening as well Trimmer isnt it. I got down to 11st 10, 18 months ago - and went back up to 12st 11 by the start of this year. Having lost 14lb since then I cant help but think how much slimmer I would be if I had stuck with it and lost 14lb from the 11st10 weight if that makes sense? I just seem to lose the same 1-2stone all the time and then give up.

but not this time goddamn it.

It's not as easy to change habits, I change them and lose weight then go back to them! I agree smokin, this time....

Having support makes an enormous amount of difference though Smile

Last year my niece got married, so there was something to aim for, so I'm going to clear out my wardrobe and find some clothes I'd like to fit in. I bought a tunic when we were in France, looking forward to some French chic may help!

im really happy,lost 2 lbs (sure one was from last week lol)

have now lost 2 stone :)

got 5 lbs to get to target, though still not 100% going to get into my trousers,as still bloody tight and sure 5 lbs isnt going to make a difference, so may go 7 lbs lower when at target weight

Have adjusted my target to spur me on a bit!

Been to doctors. When I fell a month ago he reckons I have managed to bruise the bone & cartilage in my hip joint. (Coz the steroid injection had made a vast improvemnet up until that point) Nothing to be done until that has healed. So another couple of months & if there is no improvement we will re evaluate then. Just have to take regular painkillers & ice pack it 3-4 times a day! :( So painful last night I hardly slept, feel like a zombie today!

as you may have gathered i was really pissed off last week as didnt cheat/ate correct points and sts

where as next weeks wi, if i sts i dont mind,as was out for lunch today, out tomorrow at tgi (and tbh all food there is so bad in pp) and then out for curry wed so gonna be a bad week foodwise

trimmer you are so right i didnt chnage my weight, how the hell did i miss that out? Hmm

Yes, need to change it. I need some motivation. Not going to push it though. Can't do any exercise though because of stupid hip! Feel so foolish for falling over...what a prat! Very Envy of TGI

Having Jacket with creamy chicken & veg for dinner. (Tend to not bother ff on a Friday) will try not to let myself go over the weekend!

Am bunged up. bloody cold now. streaming nose, cant breathe let alone exercise. Am really fed up of being ill.

Was fairly good last night at the baby shower - picked at a few bits but ate lots of the crudities too which helped. Also drunk fizzy flavoured water and tea so nothing bad there.

Today had a quorn cottage pie for lunch and have some soup defrosting for tea.

Seeing as I cant drink tonight I spent my £20 alcohol and taxi money on some new bits for soup making! Big stock pot and a hand held blender - cant wait until Thursday to make more soup! Am slightly addicted now!!

Out tonight to an Ann Summers party - have my bottle of diet coke and will avoid the snacks, especially as cant work out tomorrow before weigh in Monday.

Well done Blondes. You are doing fab!

Feeling rough as anything today & craving crap. Just have no energy. My body wants sugar & carbs!!! Hmm

My friends wedding is June 18th, I'd like to be at my new target by then. Perfectly do able if I can kick my crap addiction!! :o

Had a very bad day yesterday, not brilliant today either, back to it tomorrow for some damage limitation!

I have a recipe for butternut squash and coconut soup, made with light coconut milk, it is one of Anna richardson's in her diet book. Will post if anyone is interested.

Hope grotty colds get better soon
