wasnt it 1 Sept the prices increased last year, so it might make sense that they changed again on 1 sept

That makes sense

Oushk have now shut down the thread on their forum (not unexpected, they did the same with the AI bot conversation) -

"We’ll be closing the thread regarding the recent Lilly pricing information, as unfortunately there is currently a lot of misinformation and incomplete information being shared online.
We are working directly with Lilly to make sure that the information we provide to our patients is accurate, clear and based on the full details, and we will update everyone as soon as we are able to do so.
We completely understand why the information currently circulating may seem very exciting. However, there are a number of important details and conditions that are currently missing from what is being shared online, so we don’t want our patients making decisions based on incomplete information.
For now, please bear with us while we get the full picture. As always, we will be completely transparent with our patients and share the correct information as soon as we have it.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. 💗
Love,
Team Oushk"

The news that something has changed is now out there, shutting down the discussion is not going to appease customers when it comes to potentially significant savings.

Oushk have always been one of the more expensive providers. They took great delight in hiking the prices up last year

Blondeshavemorefun · 01/09/2026 20:37

Yet so many like to stay with them

They’re a little cult like for my liking! I remember when they had their scandal about storage and their members acted like it was nothing

I've just been watching a live with Hira from Oushk and she has confirmed there is no price drop from Eli Lilly. Pharmacies have been offered a discount if they sell x amount of bundles.

Where was the live?

I've been paying £289 for 15mg. Just ordered one from a different company for £214 so am pleased with that. Thanks for this thread. They definitely weren't showing those prices yesterday. This was on the comparison site.

On Tiktok with 2 of Oushk's affiliates.

I got my first 2.5mg pen from Curely 3 weeks ago on their subscription plan. I paid £136. Just checked now, and it shows the price for the next 2.5mg pen as £112.50!

But higher doses seem to be unchanged

You should look on the Mounjaro price comparison website for a maintenance pharmacy and switch. You do not have to stay with an expensive pharmacy just because you're near goal. Lots of pharmacies take patients with a BMI in the healthy range.

Thanks. I’ll do that x

Ghilliedu · 01/09/2026 23:43

Not sure why Oushk are saying it’s against ethics because you can only get a bundle of two different strengths when MMP are offering single pens and bundles of the same dose for the reduced prices. Are Lily offering different deals depending on the size of the pharmacy?

Eli Lilly haven't announced any price cuts. This is just a decision made by MMP and, as OP has said above, the terms and conditions mean you have to tie yourself into a subscription with MMP to get the discounts.

It’s not actually a subscription that you’re tied into though, is it. They’re just saying if you want that price then you have to reorder within 35 days of your previous order. With a subscription you’re committed to buying every month whether you want to or not.

Buttons0522 · 07/09/2026 22:54

Email from oushk saying they’ll be providing more details on bundles, discounts etc. Interested to see how this will pan out! Thanks to this thread ordered from MM for a bargain £84!! (If they approve me!)

WeAllHaveWings · 08/09/2026 21:52

ousshk has a live tomorrow (Wednesday) evening to cover -

• Our new bundle options
• Savings for patients who prefer a single pen
• Our new Subscribe & Save option
• How the different options will work

Let’s hope it is straightforward and not complicated like everything else they do. I have a feeling many with be left dissappointed after seeing MMP prices.

I’ve followed Oushk for over a year -
probably as they were one of the first to talk about maintenance and that was fantastic to see.

they started to have a weird vibe. They charged a monthly fee to stay on their books for ‘maintenance’ when not ordering. And the groupie Hira/hero worship, ‘lives’ and “circle” just aren’t for me.

All of that aside they are just never the best value so despite being open to most providers, I’ve never placed even one with them. And I would, but there’s always a better option.

I’ll be astonished if they come in with a competitive offer. My guess is they will come in a bit above the best deals but sell it to their dedicated followers as worth it to be part of the Circle.

TheChosenTwo · 08/09/2026 23:55

I’ve been with Oushk from the very beginning, I must be one of the very few people who have zero interested in watching a live or getting to know the owner or joining the circle, I’ve never done any of those things despite reading about them all here. I just log in to the website once a month to place my order and that’s about it.
i went with them originally because they were the only provider I could find at the time (2 years ago now) where I could choose a delivery date. And I’ve stayed there the whole time because now i‘m at a lower bmi I’d be stupid to chop and change.
More than happy to stick with them, I know they’re not the cheapest - I just want to be able to get my medication reliably and other than when people went mad ordering 3 pens last summer and I couldn’t get one for a couple of weeks I haven’t had any issues with them.

If your BMI is lower than 20 I'd agree. But there are a fair few maintenance pharmacies who will accept you with BMI as low as 20. It would be silly to unnecessarily pay a lot of extra money each month.

Yeah I hover between 19.5 and 20 so it’s fine and works for me!

RenegadeKeeblerElf · 09/09/2026 14:29

Interestingly, MMP is no longer cheapest according to monj - they had a £15 off first order offer which is no longer live, and their prices are looking a bit less competitive, especially for 5mg.

Namechangingregularly · 09/09/2026 14:33

i pay 300 for 15. I’m taking a break for a month and hoping to restart. I hope I won’t need to go back to 2.5 but at least if prices are lower it will be better.
I need to break because of cost and also because I feel it’s not working as it used to
