Has anyone just started or about to start Wegovy Tablets? Would love some company

Day 6 yesterday and the last couple of days feels like I’m not on anything.

i felt starving yesterday and I think probably over ate with my portion sizes.

Me too don't feel any different and no decrease in appetite at all

Mine are coming today and I’m starting on Sunday as we have stuff on and I don’t want to risk side affects getting in the way

Day 4 here and the desire to eat crisps (my nemesis) has disappeared. I also chose a healthy mackerel salad while out for dinner when everyone else had steak and chips.

no side effects other then finding the 30 minutes without cup of tea in the mornings is haaaaaard!

I'm on day 7 and had steak pie and chips out and ate the lot unfortunately no lack of appetite at all. I also love my morning coffee but as I always get up for a wee early morning I take my tablet about 5am.

Same - started 3 days ago on 4mg. Previously used Wegovy jabs (lost over 2 stone) but have regained 10 lbs (and hadn't quite reached my goal). Loved the idea of tablets so that spurred me to restart - I wondered if restarting might mean it's less effective.....? Still feeling positive though but definitely still got a strong appetite.

Done my first week weigh in and it’s about 5.5lb down I don’t trust the start weight though because it quickly went down 3 when i stopped being a total pig so probably water retention or something x

Day 7 for me, I feel fuller after meals so am doing smaller portions, feel slightly queasy a lot of the time and managing not to snack. 3lbs lost which I am pleased about!
I can identify with the poster pleased about not craving crisps! With me it is crisps and ice lollies!

Day two for me. Have been eating lots of protein and also been to the gym both days. Still feeling a bit hungry. Hoping that goes as the dose goes up!

I'm planning to start tomorrow as it handily coincides with the 1st of the month helps my dodgy memory for reordering... I assume Bolt will just keep sending the packs unless I cancel?!

I might do the SheMed intro order at some point as I'm interested in the blood tests they include. Bolt has turned me down this morning. I am 5ft 3” and 10st 12lbs so a BMI of 27. I don’t have any medical issues.

Any suggestions of who would prescribe Wegovy pills?

Bolt accepted me with a bmi of 25.8 but I do have high blood pressure

I’ve used Voy and need to book a video consultation and provide ID so I will see if they offer it to me. I have been stuck at this weight since going through the menopause. I’m on HRT but don’t have any other medical conditions.

I had to provide Id and photos but no video, it was very quick and I thought they didn't really look at anything so good to know that they do actually check

Day 12 and for the first time I’m feeling quite nauseous. It seems to be easing with water and mints. I think it was triggered by waiting too long for breakfast and then having 2 slices of toast. Lesson learned.

Thank you to all posters on this thread- I’ve just taken the plunge and put in my first order on med express. Waiting for it to be approved. I’m significantly heavier than most of the posts I’ve seen (over 20 stone) and to be honest, this thread has given me the kick I needed. I’m in my mid 30’s and despite being very short I’m told I don’t ‘look’ as big as I am- but i think a lot of that is simply down to the clothes I wear. When I look at myself in the mirror with no clothes on, I can ABSOLUTELY see how big I am!

I don’t even want to be ‘skinny’- I just want to be able to fit back into my size 18-20 clothes as a starting point to be honest!!

I’ve thought about the jabs for over a year but have been too scared; god knows why, as I’m not afraid of injections? Maybe it’s the thought of them being so ‘visible’.

This thread has definitely given me the push I needed. This is the heaviest I’ve ever been. I’ve easily piled on at least 5 stone since the first lockdown- I used to do at least an hours walking a day with my commute, and I went to the gym around 3 times a week. I now WFH and have an extremely stressful job, so this has absolutely contributed. I cook healthy, well portioned meals but then I walk into the kitchen and eat a load of crap.
