Got mine on preorder…. I’m excited and a little apprehensive… have two stone to lose.

received my package yesterday via Voy and taken the first one this morning and the taste is awful

wanna get roughly to 9 stone

lets get this journey started

Joining as I took my first dose this morning. Im super nervous about the side effects as I have young children and some of the stuff online is a little scary about vomiting all day etccccc. Aargh, hoping we all have little to no side effects. Start weight 15stone, GW is 12stone for now. Long process to get there no doubt :)

Well I cannot say that I ate less or felt any different on day one. But then I wouldn't imagine that I would yet , we had our celebration meal out and although I did choose wisely ( main a Mediterranean chicken salad and no dessert), I did polish off half a bottle of white ! Anyway , ill be knocking that on the head now except maybe a couple of glasses at a weekend.
Was up early this morning took my tablet at about 5am, and five hours later I'm not hungry all. No adverse effects so far .. But I know its not a starvation diet so even though I didnt feel hungry I have just eaten two scrambled eggs and mushrooms. Tonight I'm planning a piece of salmon and salad ... I'm going low carb / high protein (but not leaving out good fats) as it worked well for me on the fast diet . I know from previous diets that my TDEE is pretty low and that I need only 1200 cals max to lose..

Haven’t read the full thread so apologies if this has come up. How much are these costing on average per month?

The 12 month plan with Voy, first month was £74 and then:

• 1.5mg: £129
• 4mg: £154
• 9mg: £194
• 25mg: £244

I am not happy with Voy, my order still hasn’t been sent off and it was supposed to arrive today. If it fits in my mailbox it will be sweating in there for over a week!

Thanks @loveev , I knew I’d be away from the weekend but thought the delivery date of July 8/9 gave plenty of leeway.

The tablets are the same size as my hay fever tablets if that helps at all
the width of the eraser on the end of a pencil ish

I’ve had a notification mine will be delivered tomorrow morning. Would I still be able to take my first one at 12 tomorrow as long as I haven’t eaten and then don’t eat for half and hour? Or should I just not be impatient and start on Saturday?

I complained to Voy this morning about their tardiness and surprise, surprise my order is now with Royal Mail and is being delivered tomorrow. My e-mail confirmation states I am getting 4mg tablets though. I jolly well hope not as was expecting 1.5mgs!! Not impressed with VOY so far I must say! Hoping to start on Saturday then. Good luck everyone.

I have just checked my email and it says 4mg too. I assume that’s a mistake though

You can change the dosage
when I signed up and paid for first I changed the 2nd due in August to the first dosage due to I don’t wanna change until I’m used to the side effects

Mine arrived Wednesday (chemist4U, through letter box). Had a work event yesterday so just took first one this morning. 35kg to lose 😳

I also got mine through voy, it also said 4mg in the dispatch email. Fortunately the correct 1.5mg dose arrived on Wednesday.
As I was super excited to get going (😳) I didn't eat anything until they got there so inadvertently fasted for 17 hours (where is that restraint normally🤔).
The tablet tastes revolting I foolishly put it in my mouth then hunted out the water. I felt sick immediately for about 20 mins - do not make this mistake.
I then finally ate something 50mins later and felt nauseous again. That evening went to pizza express and ate 3 dough balls and half a legara pizza - driven by fear.
But since then I've not felt sick at all. I also haven't snacked, in fact between meals haven't thought about food. Again I'm wondering if it's the placebo effect. But 2lbs down in two days I'll take it.

Day 3 no nausea/ ill effects so far, I was definitely less hungry yesterday and kept to my 1200 TDEE. Im trying not to weigh myself daily but sneaked a look this morning and 2lb down from Wednesday morning .. Im only counting weekly stats though, I know how it can change even during the day ...
I have Asda my starting weight on 19th June when I ordered the tablets and that was on return from a week away which included a cooking course and several meals out ( and a lot of walking!). But since then with today's weight I am 6lbs down .. Thats mainly through the hot weather ( making me not wanting to eat much )
Next week we are off camping for 10 days. Lots more walking coastal paths ! My main concern is when to order the next lot of pills as ill need them a week after we get back ..

... but after my 2 boiled egg and a handfull of cherry tomatoes breakfast with black coffee, I feel really full ! Like I have eaten a big meal ! That's quite a strange feeling.....

I had a bit of a headache yday afternoon on my first day of taking it. Feel ok today. Dont feel hungry at all though. I’ve noted my actual weight down instead of what I told myself I was so I really can’t wait to see what the scales say in a week or so :)

Day 3 for me.

i am very headachy but it’s so hot. Could be dehydration. I am also drinking a lot of water but could be sameZ

otherwise I feel normal. I feel in control of my eating more and don’t have that “”what can I eat” mindset I sometimes get. But again that could be placebo/normal/heat.

i do think I’m feeling fuller after eating.

My tablets have arrived from Voy along with two fancy packages one of of anti-sickness tablets and one of anti-diarrhoea tablets. I'll be starting tomorrow. Excited!

Day 3 here, no side effects. Slight headache (but this is probably the heat) I've not eaten anything naughty like biscuits or crisps. But have had 3 normal meals each day. I am getting hungry at the correct times but not too hungry. I feel full for ages. This could all be down to the heat though.

Mine were meant to be delivered today, but the delivery slot keeps changing and I have a horrible feeling they are not coming 😭
