@eibbed999 so sorry you’re having a hard time at the moment, I detest that feeling, there’s no let up. I’d definitely try what you’re suggesting first to help even things out. It’s fighting an addiction.
@pearlteapot have you tried overnight oats for breakfast? I chop up a couple of dried apricots, frozen blueberries and seeds into it and it’s really filling. If I have 40g cereal I’m starving a few hours later. Full fat Greek yogurt with seeds honey and fruit is another that keeps me full.
